BEST DECISION EVER! From our initial consultation with Yo we knew our 1 year old Belle was in good hands. Yo was able to identify the issue we were having with Belle being protective over us and come up with a plan that Yo and Julie executed. During our in home sessions Julie gave us lots of helpful information and her instructions were clear and easy to follow. The entire staff is amazing and you can tell they love what they do and love all the dogs they train. We have now incorporated Belle going to daycare once a week. It's a great break for me to get work done and I know she loves it too. She comes home exhausted from a full day of mental stimulation and playing with her new dog friends. But most importantly we have seen a huge improvement with Belle at home. We used to have to cross the street when going on a walk if we saw people or another dog approaching as Belle would growl and bark at them until they passed, but now she has so much more confidence and doesn't react to people or dogs on our walks. I am really disappointed. Everything seemed great (with a prompt phone conversation and follow up links) however when I attempted to become a client (via completing the assessment/questionnaire) I never heard back. Im frustrated by this -no call business model. Even if business is so booming, you can't take on new clients, at least let me know. They were available for a few days of our trip, however, due to a family emergency wasn't able to watch our old boy, Rusty, for the remainder of the time. I was frantic. Absolutely fantastic! Julie and Yo have been incredible with our 1 year old golden retriever Bruce. He has done train and board with them twice and is such a well-mannered, gentle pup after their diligent care and training. They were fantastic in preparing him for our newborn and have continued to work with him on loose leash walking, settling down and learning how to release all his energy. I always felt confident when he was boarding with them and he still wags his tail like mad when he sees Julie -- even after months. My dog had a bad habit of pulling on the lease (as well as other annoying traits) and she not only helped correct my dogs behavior but she also helped teach me the correct mannerism and how to further train him.
