He has helped me out of countless binds from getting stuck at work and needing a last minute walk to helping me have someone stay in my home with my pup while I was out of town. He is always super helpful no matter the question. I also love how you receive an email when he gets to your house and then another email with a note about how the walk went. They are fun to receive during work (I forward the funny ones where Rufio poops more than two times to my mom and sister ) and are also great when your pup is under the weather and at home alone. My dog tends to be a bit of a pain when it comes to weather and Mike is always great with that. If Rufio refuses to walk in the rain or snow Mike will bring him out and then stay and play with him for the rest of the time. Mike also helped give me referrals for dog trainers! I seriously could not say more about Mike and his service. Rufio loves him and I am so glad I was sent to RSP!
