This is a couple minutes down the road so I come here often. Other than the drive thru wait time,…read morethis place is great ! The staff are welcoming and know their products well. I had a transaction that was mistakenly charged twice, so I called in and they told me to wait a couple days. My next visit I had brought up my situation and Miguel explained things thoroughly and also added some product to my order for the inconvenience. Thanks !

At its core, this dispensary is just... a building with weed in it. Which, apparently, is all they…read moreaspire to be. I kept coming back because, honestly, how bad can buying weed be? Ignore the rude cashiers, grab your flower, tap your card, and leave. Cute in theory. The last three visits have been an Olympic event in customer frustration. The last two visits I had to remind the cashier that I get to spin the little promo wheel. Babe, why am I training the staff? The visit before that, I "won" free gummies. Except--plot twist--I couldn't actually have them. I was told I had to come back within 24 hours to claim them. And wouldn't you know it, every time I "win" gummies there's suddenly some reason I can't leave with them. It's less of a prize and more of a scavenger hunt. Then today's episode. They couldn't scan my product because of labeling issues, so I'm already standing there longer than necessary. All I wanted was to pay and leave. Instead, the cashier became emotionally invested in getting me to spin the promo machine. I politely said I wasn't interested because of what happened last time. He kept insisting, "I want to make sure you get what you paid for." Sir... what? I did get what I paid for. It's literally in the bag you're holding hostage while trying to convince me to play the dispensary slot machine. Meanwhile, y'all still owe me from the last "prize." The whole experience feels like late-stage capitalism wrapped in neon lights and loyalty rewards. Every interaction is another promotion, another gimmick, another hoop to jump through instead of just providing decent customer service. I'll happily drive 20 extra minutes to support a dispensary that treats customers like people instead of contestants on The Price Is Pot. I'd rather spend my money somewhere with actual community ties, competent management, and employees who don't make walking out feel like I'm the punchline. The weed may be the same. The experience absolutely isn't.

The staff at both locations are always super freindly and knowledgeable about the products. Jesse James over at the Eastern Ave location always goes above and beyond. Take care of that employee bc he takes good care of the customers.

As a VIP, medical, and pickup patient, I wanted to bring a recent experience to your attention…read morebecause I genuinely believe it deserves your awareness. I have been a patient at this location for more than eight years. That kind of loyalty is earned, which is why this experience was so disappointing. I have continued choosing this dispensary over countless others because of the service and consistency I have received over the years. My interaction with Alfred fell well below the level of professionalism I expect from your brand. Rather than answering my questions respectfully, he was dismissive, condescending, and lacked basic customer etiquette. Instead of educating a customer, he made me feel as though I was asking foolish questions. No customer, especially one who has remained loyal to the same location for over eight years, should leave feeling belittled. As someone who regularly reviews businesses, I know exceptional customer service is what creates loyal customers and positive word of mouth. Poor customer service has the opposite effect. After this experience, I understand why this location has accumulated so many negative reviews centered around customer interactions. One employee can have a significant impact on a business's reputation. Alfred's communication style is undermining the customer experience and, in my opinion, diminishing the reputation of your brand one interaction at a time. I am sharing this privately because I believe owners deserve the opportunity to address concerns before loyal customers simply stop returning or post public reviews. I hope this feedback is received in the spirit it is intended. Coaching on professionalism, customer etiquette, respectful communication, active listening, and de escalation would greatly improve the experience for future customers. Thank you for taking the time to read my feedback. I sincerely hope it leads to positive change because your loyal customers deserve the same level of respect that keeps them coming back year after year.
