At its core, this dispensary is just... a building with weed in it. Which, apparently, is all they aspire to be. I kept coming back because, honestly, how bad can buying weed be? Ignore the rude cashiers, grab your flower, tap your card, and leave. Cute in theory. The last three visits have been an Olympic event in customer frustration. The last two visits I had to remind the cashier that I get to spin the little promo wheel. Babe, why am I training the staff? The visit before that, I "won" free gummies. Except--plot twist--I couldn't actually have them. I was told I had to come back within 24 hours to claim them. And wouldn't you know it, every time I "win" gummies there's suddenly some reason I can't leave with them. It's less of a prize and more of a scavenger hunt. Then today's episode. They couldn't scan my product because of labeling issues, so I'm already standing there longer than necessary. All I wanted was to pay and leave. Instead, the cashier became emotionally invested in getting me to spin the promo machine. I politely said I wasn't interested because of what happened last time. He kept insisting, "I want to make sure you get what you paid for." Sir... what? I did get what I paid for. It's literally in the bag you're holding hostage while trying to convince me to play the dispensary slot machine. Meanwhile, y'all still owe me from the last "prize." The whole experience feels like late-stage capitalism wrapped in neon lights and loyalty rewards. Every interaction is another promotion, another gimmick, another hoop to jump through instead of just providing decent customer service. I'll happily drive 20 extra minutes to support a dispensary that treats customers like people instead of contestants on The Price Is Pot. I'd rather spend my money somewhere with actual community ties, competent management, and employees who don't make walking out feel like I'm the punchline. The weed may be the same. Ok This review is for my overall experience. I visited this establishment twice while I was in Vegas last week. The first time I went on Friday afternoon. It was just me and my husband and we had a nice young lady who was actually expecting help us out. We talked about California products and what was available there? And what we were looking for blue dream infuse Pre rolls well, she initially says there wasn't an, but then she said, oh, there is 5 pack left. That was discounted, and we purchased those products. Great experience prices were average. Some things that we would normally purchase in California obviously were not there in Vegas. But the STIZZY brand was, which was familiar. The second visit was on Sunday. Now, If this second experience was our initial experience, we probably would never go back. The second time we went was me, my husband, and my brother. The male Budtender, who assisted us on Sunday afternoon, was a bit more dramatic disengaging, and only really wanted to speak with my brother. He did not have time for me and my husband when we asked questions, he basically turned his head and looked at my brother. So I don't know what his attraction was to my brother, but we pretty much just fell back and left out. My brother even interrupted the guys rudeness and informed him that ai was his sister...to nicely check him. It was not cool. Anyway my brother purchased whatever he purchased and again. If that was been our first experience, we would never went back. Their products were okay. Overall, I would recommend, but just depends who you get as a to serve you. The store is very clean.The host, when you get checked is very welcoming. There's a sitting area when you first get in there.The only drawback was that one, budtender on Sunday afternoon seemed like he had some hips and other things going on but who cared, he was so extra with all his mannerism, it was just like I would have never go back if Ithoughthe wouldserve me. I went to pick up an order by drive thru and spent about about 8 minutes behind another car as if the dispensary workers had to cook something instead of bag it up and give it out. When I finally got to the window I was told my id was 3 days past expiration. I told the worker that I renewed and have digital verification. "It has to be printed out." I could understand if they were keeping or making a copy OR if we lived in a day and age when you actually had to go into a DMV to renew your license. I literally offered to log into the DMV website so they could confirm but nope. The idea that a piece of printed paper that could EASILY be doctored carries more weight than my TRULY verifiable digital copy is insane. I like that it's modern and easy to get in and out and also has a drive thru (just no kids in the car I think it said?) there was a new budtender in there and said he just started not too long ago...big guy name Cameron and he was very knowledgeable and explained things I didn't know about different strains which can be frustrating for someone like me and my friend that aren't too knowledgeable. I normally am a regular here but after today I won't be coming back. I was charged for an 8th that I didn't want. I asked for a quarter and they charged me for both. It was my first time paying card here and I feel like I got taken advantage of. She said I had to have a certain amount in my account and that the change would be given to me in cash. I wanted to stop by a dispensary and saw this place on our way home. The building looks modern and big but the weed selection and the service were not good. We were seated after we checked in as usual and there was a bit of a wait. They were only serving one guest at a time despite all the space and bud tenders they had. My bud tender did not get me much information at all. When I walked in, I asked if there were any first time specials and he told me no. After I paid and was about to leave, he told me about their loyalty program which would've given me a deal that I was interested in. I had literally just purchased that item instead of getting it from a reward! I asked about their products and the selection was so limited. There were only two types of disposables and my bud tender said he did not recommend one of the two brands. He said they were low on product since 4/20, but I came in on 05/05, over two weeks later. And then when I asked for indica, the only option was the one he just said was not good! As I asked more questions, his answers felt condescending, like I didn't know what I was talking about when I was asking him questions that he didn't have answers for. He did not recommend any products. When I asked about flower, he asked my price range. He told me eighths were $20-60, didn't give me recommendations and showed me one in the middle range. First time I went to this location was 11/9/24. It's been about 3 years since I have taken edibles for pain and to help me sleep, but my pain has come back and edibles were the only thing that seemed to work, so I did some research online and found some edibles from a company called Kanha that it said NMM sold on their website and I came in last Saturday with a screen shot of the Kanha Indica passion fruit gummies that I thought would be good and to get some further guidance from a professional bud tender. The bud tender that assisted me was Nicole, and I showed her the screen shot of what I wanted, and she came back with 3 different flavors of Kanha edibles that were not even the ones I asked for, and I told her I was looking for an Indica that would help me with sleep and pain. She proceeded to advise me that the Kanha 2:1 Harmony Gummies Açaí Blueberry flavor which contained CBG would help me sleep. When I got my purchase home, I looked up what she sold me and it was a Hybrid, and the CBG does not help you sleep, it's CBN that does. Today, I went back there with my receipt and unopened product, and didn't want a refund, but just to get the right strain of edibles that could help me. A bud tender called Sierra waited on me and she was totally nice, understanding and empathetic, and she she knew right away when I pulled out the bag and she saw CBG on the top that Nicole had sold me the wrong product. Sierra called over a manager named Justin, who I explained the situation to, and he said they were not allowed to take back a purchased product, even if it hadn't been opened, so he said they weren't allowed to swap it for me, which put my back up a bit, so I insisted that I was sold the wrong product by an incompetent bud tender and THAT was NOT MY FAULT. So Justin went in the back and looked to see if he could find me some free promos, Indica Kanha products, to make up for it, and a couple minutes later, he came back with 2 different packs of Indica gummies just what I was looking for last week in the FIRST place. Sierra said there would be no charge on these gummies they gave me today, and told me to keep my original purchase, which I really appreciated, and was more than fair and which also turned what would have been a negative review into a positive one, and assured a good customer experience outcome. My NV go to. I found this place while waiting for food to be ready - that's a separate, disappointing review. This place saved the day! I went to the warm springs location initially and found the St. Rose spot later, it's closer. Cracks me up that it's in this unsuspecting business park, but stranger things have happened. I gotta give the staff props. No matter who helps me, from the guard opening the door, to the front desk ladies, I love everyone here! I only had to wait in line once, Super Bowl Sunday. NBD, everyone was pleasant. My tenders are ALWAYS SUPER knowledgeable and I learn something every time. My days are Thursday's - carts are on special, and Monday's - Wyld anyone. I love the Sips but they don't go on special and that's fine. I bought $150 worth and got a spin on the wheel. I won a premium eighth! Hell ya! I want to start off by saying this is my second review of Nevada made marijuana in the two years. My first review was unfortunately a negative review for my experience. I don't post negative reviews without real consideration. On December 31st New Year's Eve I had the opportunity to review Nevada made marijuana a second time. I started off by being checked in or what I thought was being checked in. I came to find out rather quickly after I seen other patrons answer the shopping for. Front desk person incorrectly check me in and after other patrons went on to the sales floor he asked me to see my ID to check me in again. Never asked about my veteran insignia on my driver's license. The salesperson Sterling was amazing talk me through the products as well as took responsibility for the mix-up at the desk when it was not his fault at all. As Sterling is completing my order I can tell there's still some mistakes or updating on my account. That by itself was a very poor taste in my mouth knowing that my information had not been put in the system correctly. Sterling asked the manager on duty to come over to apply discount because of the error. The manager had no time to hear about my experience or why the discount was being applied. He applied the discount and went on his way. I've lived in Vegas for over 20 years this place is not for locals. This place is for people driving from Southern California that cannot wait to go to a quality dispensary so they choose Nevada made marijuana instead. Do better! read more
