I'm honestly so upset about this experience. I drove over an HOUR for a refill just to be treated like this. Annie was incredibly rude from the start. No greeting, no acknowledgment--she just told me to lay down. When I tried to explain the style I wanted, she told me to "just show a picture" while scrolling on her phone the entire time. She stayed on her phone while I was literally talking to her. I asked about pricing multiple times and she straight up ignored me until I had to say "hello?" and she just said "wait." Like... what? It gets worse. She started working on me without washing her hands, which is honestly disgusting, and was super aggressive the whole time. I had to stop her to ask AGAIN about the price before continuing, and she tried to charge me more than what the owner originally quoted. The second I told her to call the owner, suddenly the price dropped? That's shady and completely unprofessional. The entire experience felt disrespectful, unhygienic, and honestly sketchy. I cannot believe I wasted my time driving this far for this level of service. read more

Luna was my lash tech for my first visit here and she was so quick and detailed. Very kind and accommodating as she constantly asked if I was comfortable and offered me a blanket for the slightly chilly temperature inside. She had gentle hands the entire time and did phenomenal work on my natural set. Love this location since they had lots of good deals for Maine / Asian styles lashes. I've been to canny w couple time and have always loved their service and style of lashes however, they seemingly closed for a month or two but are back up. A bit confused as to what happened as their branding has split from the other location and the website and phone number has been a bit confusing. I booked my appointment via text and there was a lot of miscommunication. Hopefully the website is fixed soon! As for my most recent experience, it was a bit turbulent. But after getting my lashes done in the am, they were not like the picture I had shown to my lash tech. I wasn't happy with them so they offered to redo it with a different lash tech. LUNA was my second lash tech and she did so amazing!! I loved loved loved the results and she definitely understood what I wanted. I highly recommend her for those who are looking for a longer sleeker lash design. She was fast and friendly. For reference, I got the Natural anime wispy design ( longer on the ends). If you come here definitely show a photo reference of what you want and speak up if what you get is not what you asked for. Everyone is kind here but the management right now seems a bit scrambled. If I could give this place zero stars I would the product is cheap and does not last more then three days when you get it fixed they fall off again three days after in clumps ! The work is garbage why hasn't this place been sued I will be calling state board on they're shop because they are doing things they are suppose to it's rushed you make an appointment and they already have people getting their lashes done go didn't have an appointment? So making an appointment is pointless don't bother and the product that they use makes you sick and causes eye infections,styes, and irritation everyone I know who gets lash extensions all said they don't have issues and they saw my work and right away said it's cheap work and they won't refund you and blame you when they do poor work. read more

I am disappointed in my lashes and at my first visit to this location. I had an appointment for a full anime/volume set with bottom lashes with no tech in particular since the one I preferred was unavailable. Ivy was very sweet and nice, however did not seem to understand the style I was trying to use for the set. I was showing her a picture of exactly what I wanted from their own instagram post, and yet they still did not turn out how I wanted. The set was a bit too anime and not as wispy as I explained, so I am not sure what the disconnect was in following the picture. Secondly, the quality of the extensions were not as expected, and the application was poor. At one point I did get a bit of glue or some sort of chemical in my eye was burning halfway through the appointment. Although Ivy was very nice, I will not be returning to any of their locations and will be removing this lash set. read more

I started coming here July 2025, and I would try to get 2 week refills. I would jump from Sunflower to Natural Anime lashes(12mm inner corner, 13-14mm). There was a slight burn when I got the lash removal (for a new set) but it went away. It was quiet/calm music in the background. My lash tech was Lily! I had an appointment with Lily on 06/22/26 at 2pm and drove all the way from Koreatown La to Arcadia, because one of my co-worker recommended this place to me and, I'm glad I gave canny beauty lashes a try, because lily was super nice and friendly. I fell asleep during the appointment and woke up with amazing set of lashes, definitely will be my to go lash place for sure since many places in Koreatown where I live doesn't really live up to my expectations. I wanted to get my lashes done before I came to Cali for the Sabaidee Festival, but I don't know any Mass lash artists that could do douyin type lashes. I've been following Canny on ig for a while and decided to book them for the day I landed. I was late due to airport stuff so I called and let them know ahead and they were very easy going about it. I was stuck between getting Thai or Demon anime. I just let the lash tech do what she thinks looks good. My eyes get dry after a while and she offered eye drops which were very helpful. Before sitting down with Annie i let her know what I wanted i showed her photos from there instagram , specifically Because this is the second time I ever got lashes done and I wanted to get anime lashes i checked your yelp and instagram and saw that you guys do them really good, I don't understand the disconnect from what I wanted to get, I understand eye-shapes are different but what I got was full and not anime, I did start to cry and she walked away saying "I can't do this" walked away to get her phone to take a photo gave no explanation until I asked why she is taking a photo and said she had to send it to her boss, I don't know why, Im not looking for a discount or a free service i just wanted what I asked for. I payed and still left a tip. I explained to her that I don't know what I'm talking about I never get my lashes done I brought a photo to help explain what I wanted. came in for a lash removal appointment & was scheduled with Luna. the booking site stated it would be $25 for an eyelash removal for 20 minutes. she was quick, finishing in around 20 minutes. when it came time to pay, i thanked her and we went up to the front. she pulled out a calculator and typed "39", turning it to me. to clarify, i asked "$25 right?" (as the price stated on the booking site). she nodded but pointed to her calculator again with the 39... confused, i asked again, "$25 right? your booking site said this service is $25." she attempted one more time to get me to pay $39, but when i asked for the reasons why, she said "okok" and confusedly, i handed her $25 in cash. i thanked her again and i left. later, i check my booking and it was changed to say "$15 Paid with Cash", striking through the $25...weird..... i walked out feeling confused & feeling like i almost got scammed... I almost tipped her too, but the confused and frustrated feeling she left me with, turned me away from giving a tip... i do not recommend this location for canny lashes due to the scammy behavior. $39 for a lash removal is crazy. if the booking site stated that price, i would not have booked here in the first place. also, she didnt give me any reasons it would be $39... if she explained why, i might've paid it (?) but overall, bad experience here. dont get scammed and stand up for yourselves ladies! i know times are tough, but it's tough for everyone, so be honest!!!!! dont scam your clients! read more

$80 for 6D anime lashes + free bottom lashes is such a stealllll and the ladies were super nice. It was very relaxing in there and clean! Lily did a phenomenal job especially since a lot of techs have a hard time with my baby non existent lashes. I even waited a few days to write this review to see how I felt overall and no complaints. If I could give ZERO STARS I would . They use Por quality lashes and glue I don't know what it is they use. I asked for wispy lashes with a little more volume I even showed a picture for reference and my lashes were very thin and natural in the end and extremely thick and full in the inner corners and not at all whispy .I was already late to where I had to go but still explain that this wasn't what I asked for they said I can come by tmr or the next day . By then Almost all my lashes had fallen off within 2 days I asked what can be done they say they don't have any availability to fix them but I can come in the next day for a removal which makes no sense, If they offered to fix them already for not doing them correctly. I drove from LA to Arcadia . NEVER AGAIN . It's not about the price but the service was also terrible absolutely no conversation or a welcoming and just told "lay down " "show picture" . If you want a good experience and good quality lashes DO NOT COME HERE . read more

She was gentle, helpful, and patient with what I wanted specifically, and we finished in under an hour which is the quickest I've ever completed a full set. I loved my experience here. I hadn't had extensions for about 6 months, so I decided to take a chance on this place through one of their promotions. Plus I was able to take advantage of their free bottom lashes M-W. Luna has great technique. I have sensitive, watery eyes, but there was 0 discomfort during the appointment. These are probably the most comfortable volume lashes I've ever had. I'll be returning, even though it's a bit of a drive from me (45 min). read more

Make use of that and their various styles they specialize in. My go to is Jenny shes the best Tips & advice-- communication is key. Communicate your allergies, concerns, show examples, and be comfortable enough to say you dont like this and want them to fix it because they will be more than happy to oblige. On May 3, 2024, I had an eyelash extension done at your salon. However, by the very next morning, a large number of the lashes had already fallen out. I contacted the owner several times regarding this issue. Instead of addressing my concerns, the owner questioned why only I experienced this problem, which I found quite unprofessional. After my persistent requests, the owner reluctantly agreed to offer a free touch-up on May 7. However, after the service was completed at 5:30 PM that day, I woke up on the morning of May 8 to find that many lashes had fallen out again. This clearly points to a serious issue with your technique or product quality, rather than anything on my end. When I contacted the owner again, I was told that no further free service would be provided. Worse still, my messages were completely ignored afterward. This kind of service quality and customer handling is completely unacceptable. I am extremely dissatisfied with this entire experience. Poor technical skills, lack of after-sales responsibility, and dismissive communication have wasted both my time and money. I request that this issue be addressed promptly and a reasonable solution be provided. Otherwise, I will consider taking further action through consumer protection channels. read more

I tried out a new lash artist closer to my house (bc Canny is like 30 mins from my house with no traffic) and the more local lash artist ended up using too much glue and I was left with really hard and droopy lashes, so I immediately booked here. Maggie saved the day! She was sooo delicate when removing the lashes and then she did an anime/volume set on me and I couldn't be happier! What a great job they do here! Shout out to my girl Natasha, she did the best pair of lashes on your girl. I felt very comfortable and she was very kind, asked all the right questions and listened to my likes and concerns. It was very helpful to have pictures of what you want. Got top and bottom lashes done and they were on special so got a great deal. Worth every penny .They were beautiful and with proper care and along with her recommendations these lashes lasted a long time. (2months) mind you that was also including traveling to a humid climate (Florida's own Miami and Caribbean) I also groom pets for a living. So I am washing and drying said pets(7-8) 3-5 days a week and these lashes held up nicely thru it all. Also I'd like to add that as I started shedding lashes as does naturally happen with the growth cycle of your God given lashes, the style I picked looked so flattering even with some missing, idk how she did it but she is a miracle worker! The decoration design is very special. There are many beautiful photos in it, and I feel very professional. The eyelash artists here are very sweet, and the results are satisfactory. I like the effect of sunflowers. The length is uneven and has a messy aesthetic feeling. This is a designer eyelash grafting shop, which is a little different from other shops. Overall, I was disappointed with my experience…read more I showed the technician a reference photo of a set they had done on another client and specifically requested that exact look, including both top and bottom lashes. However, only the top lashes were done, and the final result looked quite different from the reference photo. Initially, I believed the lashes themselves were poor quality because they felt stiff, bent in an unusual way, and caused significant irritation. After posting this review, the owner reached out and explained that it's possible my irritation was caused by the type of glue used rather than the lashes themselves. Regardless of the cause, my eyes were very irritated throughout the experience, and I've never had that reaction after years of getting lash extensions. I also have photos showing how some of the extensions bent in an unusual way. At the end of the appointment, I was only given a single spoolie. Based on other customers' reviews, I expected the aftercare kit that many people received. I also wasn't given any instructions on how to clean or care for my lashes. Unfortunately, the retention was also very poor. In less than a week, all of my lash extensions had fallen off. I've never had that happen before, so I was very surprised and disappointed with the longevity of the application. Before posting this review, I reached out to the salon to share my concerns. They apologized and offered me a small discount to come back so they could add longer lashes and the bottom lashes that were originally requested. While I appreciated the offer, I didn't feel comfortable returning because of the discomfort I experienced and the poor retention. There was also one part of the experience that made me feel uncomfortable. During my appointment, I noticed three people gathered around me and speaking in Mandarin. I am still learning Mandarin, so it's entirely possible I misunderstood or misheard parts of the conversation, and I don't want to make assumptions. However, at the time I felt like they were discussing me, which left me feeling uneasy. After this review was posted, the owner explained that one of the individuals was actually a student being trained, which is why multiple people were involved. I appreciate the clarification, but I do wish I had been informed beforehand that my appointment would be used as part of a training session so I could have decided whether I was comfortable with that. I truly appreciate that the owner and Amy personally reached out after my review, explained that the irritation may have been related to the adhesive, clarified the training situation, and apologized for my experience.
