Lisa is meticulous and hygienic. My nautral lashes are in great condition, unaffected by the glue and process. She consistently creates a natural and effortless look. :) I wouldn't go anywhere else. Found Ulash while looking for a lash spa to do my lashes while waiting for my lash tech to come back from her 4 month vacation. Ulash is too far for me but I happened to be around the area that week. After reading good reviews I decided to give U Lash a try. U Lash offers booking through fresha app. It is easy and simple. This is a cute little lash spa on the second floor in a small retail space, lot of parking. The room is clean and cute, it just doesn't have a private room or curtain between two beds. When going for a new lash tech, I often worry if the new tech is gentle and experienced. She handles sharp tools near my eyes so I freak out each time with a new tech, and the lash filled is the scary appointment when the tech cuts off your old ones, but Shirley was gentle and I barely felt her hand on my nose (like some other lash tech). I came back a second time before I left for a month of vacation. I only tried out Shirley while waiting for my lash tech but I know I can come here again in the future if I need a new lash tech. Also her work lasts. I hope she will have option to work on lash from other places. read more

She makes you feel comfortable immediately, and is very careful and meticulous with her work. The studio is very clean and peaceful, and she is the only lash tech I've ever had who will wash her hands each time between moving from different clients. Such a small detail but so important and I noticed this the first time I came to see her. Her work is always on point and each time, I leave her studio with the best lifted lashes. I have even gotten a permanent bracelet done by her (called Love and Lock in the same space) and I've had it for years and it still looks perfect. 5 stars all around for Jen and Wax Boutique LA!

No pain except a bit on the left pinky but again, habitual nail biter so not their fault. I paid 65 total for the set and manicure. + 9 tip (1 dollar extra for credit card) so 75 total. I had to get this for a conference but hey if I needed to get this done, this place seems solid! Again I know nothing bout nails so.... Place was pretty clean, she pulled out a whole bunch of new supplies which was nice. would come again if needed! I'll figure out how this works somehow haha
