    This is horrible!!!

‼DO NOT BRING YOUR DOG HERE‼‼‼‼ I brought my very well behaved German Shepherd for grooming. When I picked her up, I noticed She was limping. I put her in the car right away, she smelled so bad she stunk like dirty, wet socks.!! I put her in the backseat... a couple of blocks later I pull over because she's crying. I look at the seat and there is blood her 4 nails were bleeding!!!! I came in to show the front desk girl Natalie the pictures and she is acting super defensive and saying they put Quick stop I asked why didn't you mention it??? She said it happens all the time and there was no need to inform you. Instead of apologizing they are acting super rude looking at me as if I am the wrong one here. No pets should be going through this. They clearly cut it wrong three of her little nails were affected. Dogs hurt too. They have feelings, but it's gonna take a while for her to heal. Andrea was the unexperienced groomer clearly doesn't know what she's doing, Kate, and Natalie, where also rude and unprofessional. I am never coming back here, if you love your pets, which I know you do, please do not bring them here. all I wanted to hear was and I'm so sorry or I apologize I understand... Didn't show any compassion or anything never even smiled when I walked in , they are completely heartless

I truly don't trust any day care for pets. I'm so happy to find trustworthy and safe environment with advanced trainers and handlers. My rescue German Shepherd puppy just got back from one week vacation at the resort, she did not wanted to leave lol Layla is very reactive puppy, at the early age she experienced a lot of trauma. And seeing her happy and social is beyond amazing. Thank you for you support and providing healthy stay for many puppies like Layla.

This is Pony boy right before his spa day. Look how excited he is to go!!

I love this place! Have a rather large lovable fur baby, Capone, and they always treat him like the King that he believes himself to be . Prompt and excellent service by a loving staff!

Thank you for taking great care of Tank and Luna. Theu came back home happy and very clean.

I was initially happy to find this place. I used this place 2 times so far and can tell you I will definitely not be sending my dog back! The first time was for 2 days and when I picked up my boston terrier he had a raw scrotum. I chalked it up to it being hot because it was summer and treated it. Today I picked up my pup and his bottom side was extremely raw and oozing! It's not hot out and there is no excuse for this. What is upsetting is that we called several times to check on him and no one mentioned a thing about this. When we picked him up no one said anything. My dog shook the whole way home and smelled atrocious! I definitely DO NOT RECOMMEND. And I will never step foot in this establishment again!

Oreo was spirited on our way home.

After checking out many places, I and very happy to find this. They are very kind to dogs and tea take good care of the furry babies.

I hired the valley pet sitters to come for an extra day and came home a day later thinking my cats had at least clean glasses of water and extended my trip. I also left a handwritten note by the glasses of Water saying please do two fresh glasses each time of fridge water. When I got home, there was only two glasses used and both were full of slimy bacteria filled water because they were not cleaned or changed out for over a week. I would not have stayed an extra day if I ever thought for a second the note wouldn't have been read or the notes online that say use two fresh glasses that are in a pile of fresh clean glasses right by the fridge. even if I did not leave the note, why would anyone ever think cats would drink slimy bacteria infested water they would choose toilet water over a dirty bowl of water. You should always change the dry food bowls before we're feeling and the dishes of water rinsing is not even good enough, but everyone that knows Cats knows this. You're a bad caretaker for cats. If you give them water in any dirty dish, that's disgusting and rude.

If you're looking for a place where your dog will be loved like family, look no further than Dog…read moresitting by Ally I cannot say enough wonderful things about Ally and the care she gives to every dog. From the moment I met her, I could tell this wasn't just a business--it is truly her passion. She has such a kind heart, an incredible work ethic, and a genuine love for animals that you can feel immediately. My standard poodle, Chewy, goes to daycare with Ally , and when we went to Hawaii for nine days, I never once worried about him. Instead of being kept in kennels, the dogs get to live together in a comfortable home environment. They can relax on dog beds, sleep on furniture, play together, and simply be dogs. It's such a refreshing and loving alternative to traditional boarding. One thing that meant the world to me was how often Ally kept me updated. Every morning and every evening she sent me photos and updates of Chewy having fun, relaxing, and making friends. Seeing those pictures while I was away gave me complete peace of mind and allowed me to truly enjoy my vacation, knowing he was happy, safe, and loved. I also love seeing how much thought she puts into making the dogs' days special. During the hot weather, she even sets up fun water play for them, and it's obvious from every picture that the dogs are having the time of their lives. Although I've only known Ally for a short time, I genuinely admire her. She is young, hardworking, compassionate, and has built something truly special. It's rare to find someone who cares this deeply about every dog in her care. Chewy absolutely loves going there, and I wouldn't hesitate for a second to leave him with Allie again. I recommend Ally's Boarding & Daycare wholeheartedly to anyone looking for a safe, loving, and happy place for their dog. Your pup will be treated like family, and that's something you simply can't put a price on. Thank you, Ally for taking such incredible care of Chewy. We are so grateful to have found you!

Lately, I've seen so many heartbreaking stories about doggy daycares: dogs getting hurt, neglected, escaping, or simply not being treated with the love they deserve. Every time I read one, my first thought is the same: thank God Nova has Ally and Travis. Nova has been coming here since he was just 6 months old. He's now about to turn 5, which means they've been part of nearly his entire life. They've watched him grow from a timid, reactive puppy into the confident, happy dog he is today. They know his quirks, his routines, what makes him nervous, what makes him excited, and they have loved every version of him along the way. As dog owners, we all know there are very few people we'd trust with our entire heart. That's what our dogs are. They're not just pets, they're family. And somehow Ally and Travis have earned a level of trust that I didn't even know was possible. I've left Nova with them for the longest periods I've ever left him with anyone, and I've never once laid awake wondering if he was okay. There has never been a moment where I questioned whether he was safe, loved, exercised, or cared for. That kind of peace is priceless, and if you're a dog parent, you know exactly what I mean. What means the most to me is that Nova makes the choice himself every single time. The second he realizes where we're going, he's beside himself with excitement. If he doesn't get to see Ally or Travis, he cries. When he does, he runs to them without looking back. As someone whose dog was once fearful of people, seeing him love someone that deeply tells me everything I need to know. Dogs don't fake trust. They don't pretend to feel safe. They either do, or they don't. Nova has never questioned whether Ally and Travis are his people. Over the years, they've been there through my work schedule, my vacations, family emergencies, and every moment in between. They have given me something I can never truly repay: the ability to go through life knowing that the biggest piece of my heart is safe. That feeling is something every dog parent hopes to find, and so few actually do. Even if life takes me somewhere else one day, if I'm ever back in town and need someone to watch Nova, there is no question where he's going. I would drive hours just to leave him with Ally and Travis because trust like this isn't replaceable. They're not just our daycare: they're part of Nova's family. If you're scrolling through reviews wondering whether this is the right place for your dog, I hope this helps. Five years later, after hundreds of drop-offs and pickups, I can say with complete confidence that choosing Ally and Travis was one of the best decisions I've ever made for Nova. They have loved him like he was their own, and I will spend the rest of his life being grateful for that.

Because of this, I decided "heck, I can afford for someone else to do this if it makes my life easier." I could not be happier with the deals and multi-visit packages being offered here. For $400, I got a total of 10 visits for the year! Granted, she is on the mini side of things, but if you look at prices literally anywhere else... this kind of deal is unheard of. To top this all off, my Pebbles is an anxious chatty type and a drama queen all in one, which has been a frequent complaint we have received from other groomers since she was a puppy. Here, she's heard and appreciated as a funny little girl with a big heart and personality. I also included some pics of my girl for reference on the price that I paid. He always comes back smelling well and they give him a seasonal handkerchief around his neck. Little touches that made the pricey de-shedding and grooming fees worth it ($125 for a grooming of large dog, 85lbs). I wanted to simply address this to a manager via email to show photos, but their contact form on the site is impersonal and gives no email address and no opportunity to upload photos. On his last visit on Friday, my dog came home panting and not wagging his tail. I just thought he missed me, but it felt out of place, more like a "hyperventilation" type panting. I didn't think anything of it until the next day, as I was petting him, I felt bloody scabs across his head. Till today I find more that's hidden in his long fur. I'm super sad because Andy's has done a great job with his de-shedding, and I know it's no easy task with his fur. But, he is the mildest-mannered service animal for kids with autism. He doesn't bite or bark or squirm, so to have big gashes like this on multiple parts of his skin after a grooming is a red flag. I won't be sending him to Andy's anymore. Very sad about it, but this isn't how you treat a dog or long-time customer. You disclose the cuts and address how to help treat them.

I was actually waiting for a text or phone call to let me know he was ready, but I never received either. Instead, I was the one who had to call and text them to ask if he was finished. When I finally reached them, they claimed they had already texted me and said I would be charged for daycare. This entire experience was frustrating and unprofessional. Charging extra fees based on questionable reasons and poor communication is unacceptable. I would not recommend this groomer based on my experience.
