I got to fully enjoy my birthday weekend in New Orleans in epic Mardi Gras style as we were receiving twice daily reports and pictures of the wellbeing of our kitties as well as the security of our home. They also do some housesitting duties. And only once did the alarm go off accidentally and we got a notification from both our home security system and Sitter 4 Paws which helped us resolve it quickly and our cats still get the TLC for the day and me going back to drinking my Hurricanes (a.k.a.Slurrrricanes). Before our first visit, Mia took the time to come meet with us and our pets - she's been so friendly and consistent ever since! Her staff (we've been visited by Caitlyn, Summer, Erika, Bryanne, and Malissa) are all great - they leave detailed messages with pictures about how their visit goes; it's such a comfort when travelling to have these check-ins. I have 3 dogs and I have been using Sitter4Paws regularly for almost two years. Mia is the owner and primary dog walker and she does a great job. My dogs and I love her and her employee Rae. These ladies are the real deal. They know and love dogs and follow all instructions to the letter. They send daily reports with photos. In the report they mention the basics but also any unusual behaviors or concerns. They're also good at following special notes and instructions. They cram more into a half hour visit than I thought possible. The website is easy to navigate and the confirmations on the bookings are quick. They only charge $5 for late bookings and cancellations - which at their great base price is more than reasonable. On occasion I have booked them last minute and they have always come through. I would recommend Sitter4Paws to anyone who leaves their dogs alone for more than six hours a day. She's very nice and professional, taking notes and asking all the details regarding the pet and what we are looking to be done by them. Their site was really easy to use as well. The only reason me personally might not use them and didn't give them a 5 star is because you'll have to get a key box like those ones realtor use. I understand why they don't take the key with them(so whoever has the key can't duplicate it?) but I just don't really trust those lockbox right outside my place with the key to go in my house for days/weeks.
