Valley Pet Sitting was incredible to my cat Archer. The website and client portal was very easy to use. The sitters who watched my cat took detailed notes and lots of photos, there was great detail in the reports. The sitters followed my instructions to a tee. We had an issue with my lockbox but they were so gracious and kind as we worked through it together. They spoiled him in his last days. On the final day it was reported my kitty had thrown up. When I got home he had not improved and I brought him to the vet. Unfortunately, his cancer had spread and I had to say goodbye. This had nothing to do with the care VPS gave Archer. In fact, I think the care they gave him helped him wait for me. When I am ready for a furry friend again, I will be using this company and will recommend them to all my friends. read more

I kept thinking I made the wrong decision because I had several business trips planned, and several days at work where I just couldn't be at home to let him out for a potty break and keep consistency with his time to play, rest, and potty train. I heard about Valley Pet Sitting years ago when I had my first precious boy, but although I called them, it turned out I didn't need them because I had family that could pitch in when I was away. They literally saved my life with my new puppy. They come to the house and give me a play-by-play of everything they did with my puppy (including taking pictures and videos of him playing in the backyard with them) on their app. They also use a Gio tag so you can see where they are when you pooch goes for a walk or just plays in the backyard. The sitters are kind, knowledgeable, and thorough. They asked me every detail about how I take care of him and what's important to me in my home to make sure they don't leave anything disturbed. They even called to make sure that it was OK for him to be on the couch when he made a decision to take a nap during a visit. They are exceedingly responsive and reasonably price for the quality of care and peace of mind I get from their support. BUYER BEWARE! If you care for your precious animal, do not use this service. I used them under the guise that they were a reputable and decent pet service, particularly for dog walking. I hired Valley Pet Sitting to walk our dog on January 16th and 17th. We were in need as I live far away and my partner was sick and in need of a dog walker on the fly. I called and requested service and they were able to provide someone quickly who they stated was "one of their best". The dog walker, Lexi, walked our dog, but on the 17th, that walk ended in tragedy. Our dog had a history of seizures, which Lexi was aware of. At the end of the walk, our precious puppy suffered a major seizure lasting 4 minutes. Lexi apparently looked after our dog during the seizure and timed it, but did not communicate the seriousness of the seizure, only that one occured but that she took care of it. Further, the seizure was not noted in the dog walking journals anywhere, but rather, communicated a very rosy portrait of the walk. So I did not know one occurred until my girlfriend told me that one occurred. Our dogs health deteriorated and we had to take him to the emergency Verterinary hospital where our dog was treated. Unfortunately it was too late and quickly thereafter, our precious puppy passed away due to the ongoing seizures. there was a clear lack of communication when our dog was suffering a medical emergency that we had no idea was happening because of how it was downplayed by the dog walker. This is a serious issue and one where I've filed a formal complaint with he business. Be very careful entrusting your precious animal babies to this place. read more

I've been a long time client, but they provided service above and beyond their usual. I had ants in my kitchen and in the area where the cats eat. Jilliane killed the ants, cleaned the floor, vacuumed and replaced the food, placing the food bowls in another bowl with some water in the bottom. Well, that was awesome to me.
