This place is wonderful. The grounds are well-kept and always in excellent condition, My unit is huge for what I pay with enough room for all of my furniture. And I have no idea what I would ever do with all of the closet space! It is quiet, perfect for students hoping to get a lot of studying done. My neighbors are also polite and respectful, even the children. What has impressed me the most, however, is the maintenance. They are always timely in fixing things. The most current example happened a few days ago... I came home after being gone all day, only to find that my AC was not working. It had gotten to approximately 95ª inside. The office was about to close so I rushed over to place a ticket. The maintenance people were gone for the day so I honestly wasn't expecting anything to be done until the following day but about 15 minutes after returning from the office, there was a knock on my door. The office called a maintenance guy in to fix my AC which he did in no time at all. It was an absolutely awesome and very kind thing of him to do. I couldn't be happier living here and highly recommend it to anyone moving to the area.

There have been ongoing issues that have made living here far more stressful than it should be. Communication and management have been disappointing, and it often feels like residents are left to deal with problems on their own. For what you pay to live here, I expected a much better experience. If you're considering renting at Sage Stone, I would strongly recommend doing your research and reading the negative reviews before signing a lease. I personally would not choose to live here again.

Also to add to my prior review…read more.. The number you gave me to talk to the community is THE EXACT number I have had in my phone registry for years now as OFFICE.... I've called it numerous times asking for help on a number of issues. Even hitting 5 for "security " who doesn't care!!! Now I have figured out a " New Glitch" in the "Matrix" system that they forced us to put into our apartments... It's THE NEW DOOR LOCKS AND AC SENSORS!!!! Well sometimes your doors WONT LOCK RIGHT OR UNLOCK if it happens to get twisted by itself... SO ALWYS HAVE YOUR KEYS ON YOU.... Now : if your internet goes out ; which it will non stop all week long, especially late nights......... Whatever your thermostat is at it will save that temp " even if it's on a timer" and automatically TURN YOUR FAN ON FOR THE REST OF THE NIGHT!!! Just spinning wheels and talking more money out of your pocket... We have the app and I try to turn it off but the fan just keeps running so I have to get up at all hours of the night to keep turning it off... Then around 6am I'm hot as H@!!... I've tried contacting the office a number of times..... If you guys actually want to talk then reach out to me... not the other way around.....

Management is NOT using the "Usage Report" or adding the usage on our Rental Invoicing Bill. How does management expect the residents to pay the trash, sewer, and water bill breakdown and costs on our monthly rent invoice each month when you are not being transparent and not showing the usage for each unit or a METER start and ending for each bill? THIS needs to be fixed... And not by telling your residents to call Entrada when printed right on our Rental Invoice clearly says to contact the leasing office with questions about our utility bill. There was a meth pipe left in the doggie area (yeah, a freaking meth pipe). If you place a work order, good luck on them coming to fix whatever it is within a reasonable amount of time, you might as well do it yourself. The walls are just drenched in paint. It's like they don't actually clean the walls after someone moves out they just paint over the dirt. I honestly feel like I am the only person who cleans up after their dog. People leave their cats out overnight to roam around and never clean up after them. There's no enforcement of anything. People park combat style even though there's clear signage stating against doing so. People just throw trash wherever and don't give a care. They literally do not care about how trashy that makes the entire complex look. There's no discernible schedule to when they unlock and lock the North gate, so sometimes it'll be left open all weekend which allows random people to walk into the complex. What's the point of having a gated complex if your one gate is remaining open? I've renewed for one last time but I will be looking for a new place to live immediately. I am continuously disappointed with Silvercreek and their lackluster property management/staff. Supposedly, there's upgrades coming and for the price that I'm being charged this renewal, there better damn well be. It's ludicrous and it's condescending to be told "well, you're paying below market". Like the market price is hyper-inflated. Give me a break. I'm now paying over $1000 after fees for 660sq ft so there better be gold paving the damn sidewalk and I better hear Julie Andrews singing The Sound of Music whenever I venture outside. Absolutely obscene. TLDR; save yourself the disappointment and grief. Find another place to rent from.
