As far as I can tell, I will have to pay for them to come to my house to replace the filters for a truly outrageous fee. Looking at upwards of 4 figures for a simple filter change. What a horrible company.

When I call to report it, the manager personally delivers the missing bottles. A few months ago, the driver stopped delivering to my front door because it hurt his shoulder, and if I'm not here to pay him $10 to bring them up my steps he won't do it. Today I was at work, and he left them on a public sidewalk!! The manager is nice and apologetic but we are talking every month for a year delivery has been short. It's frustrating to pay for something I'm not getting.

Water Wagon arrived on time of the scheduled service of one tank of water for the pool and spa. Gave Jeff an update (water was fairly clean after uncovering it from being winterized) and he went right to work laying out hose to get the job going. Pool topped off with a little extra for backwashing and filled the spa as well. Recovered the pool after vacuuming to let the filter do its work before adding chemicals. Cost was very reasonable for the amount of water delivered. I highly recommend Water Wagon for your water supply delivery!

From the very beginning they have been honest, helpful, professional, reliable, and courteous. They make sure our offices are stocked with sugar, creamer, tea, coffee, filters, etc. I never run out of things anymore. It's really great to have this kind of service. If something goes wrong with one of our hot/cold units they are quick to replace it. If I call because I want to add a different kind of tea to our stock, they swing by the office when they have a minute to drop it off for me. They just really make you feel like you are genuinely important to them. I love that about them.

The problem now is with the actual water, itself. I'd say about 1 out of every 5 5-gallon bottles literally tastes like pennies were in them.
