Absolutely abysmal company with NO customer service in North America and the bill will be 3x what you signed up for. (Their call center is somewhere in Asia - probably answering calls for hundreds of companies.) I specifically stated both when I signed up and in the portal's delivery instruction section that the driver HAD to ring the doorbell and bring my jugs inside, as I am on medical leave and cannot lift them. (Thus the need for water delivery.) Instead, I got a text saying my delivery was complete and found the jugs sitting at the bottom of my front steps. Called for a week to try to get it resolved, but since the people answering the phones don't actually have any connection to the company none of their promises that the driver would come back or call me ever happened. I ended up paying the son of a friend to come bring them inside days later. The sales rep I signed up with stated my bill for first delivery would be $24.99 (after a referral discount). I was charged $70.96. This is pure fraud and the company has made sure they don't have to hear from ripped off customers by hiding behind their overseas call center. And has anyone else notice that every single response on Yelp by this company is an identical AI-generated blurb? There is actually no "Cara K" or any of the other alleged "people" who are "replying" from Sierra Springs. No wonder people contacting their Texas number are told they don't exist. read more

I have had service for a year or more. My payments have always been automatically withdrawn. Its July. I called to see why no water was delivered this month. They said I had been canceled due to non payment. I was confused because water was being delivered each month and no one had ever reached out to say there was an issue with payment. The rep then told me that months ago they had a policy change that doesnt allow payment to be taken from a checking account and that also is not their policy to notify customers. That made zero sense to me. I asked to transfered to a member of management, was on hold for 40 minutes before a sales rep answered and said I had been transferred to the wrong department. They then transferred me back to customer service where I was told there was no manager on site. They went on to tell me that they delivered water from March to June with no payment and no person ever reaching out about payment. I now owe 200 dollars and NOBODY can tell me why they dont allow auto pay to be taken from a checking account or why I was never notified of the change OR non payment. They also increased price with their policy change and their new rates are insanely high. 80 dollars for 5 jugs of water is nuts. I am currently looking for a new water service. ​ read more

Three words: bait and switch. The Sierra Springs website does not match their actual prices. Sierra Springs indicates $8.49 per 5G bottle of spring water on their website. On my recurring order, it shows up at $12.99. I could live with that, in theory, but for the onboarding and billing experience. It was, how shall we say, NOT SMOOTH. Billing has not been straightforward: I am charged a bottle deposit fee for every bottle, but I returned 5 bottles on March 21 and was credited $0.00. Their delivery and bottle deposit fees are not included in their online price quotes. My recurring order price indicates I should owe $38.97 per delivery. My monthly bill after this first month is over 3x that, including the bottle deposit I wasn't reimbursed for. How's their support, you ask? -- I sent an email six days ago and still haven't heard back. I DO have two compliments: 1. Their customer service reps have been really nice and helpful when I got them on the phone. (Unfortunately, I've only gotten through twice out of five or six attempts. Long holds.) 2. My delivery person seems nice and was helpful when my cooler was delivered. While I'm at it -- I never know who I'm dealing with. Sierra Springs? Primo? Water.com? Since Sierra Springs bought out Earth2O the customer service or complete lack of is truly appalling. After 8 calls to customer service and endless emails and requests to speak with management I'm told every time that they are unavailable. I still haven't gotten a call back from my initial complaint in October for an overcharge! My call to custom service today was useless after requesting to speak with a manager from the first person I talked to, I was transferred to 5 more people who couldn't help me and and weren't managers just so I could end up repeating myself over and over. Maybe after 3 months I can get someone to call me?! After being over charged and told "a check is in the mail" for my bottle deposit, I am STILL waiting to get this resolved. For the past year, we have had the privilege of working with this company... Most notably, Tyler G... When I say his customer service is spectacular, I mean it. During our very busy golf season, and especially during the first LIV golf tournament, in the United States, Tyler went over and above what needed to be done. He was prompt, courteous, professional and always did what was asked of him. We are currently in our slow/rainy season, but Tyler's service for us, has not changed. He has come back out when we've had emergencies, such as needing more water, for our clubhouses, due to our water being shut off as a result of a broken pipe. Any time I reach out, Tyler responds immediately, and is always helpful. In this day and age, when we question our young people, and their work ethic, let me assure you that this young man, and this company are the best of the best! My experience has been terrible with this company! 1. The price went up nearly 30% in one month (found on the bill in tiny print, along with "We are busier than ever"), making it $9.50 for a 5 gal bottle! 2. Delivery has been unreliable, not on scheduled days and bottles placed in random spots. Empty bottles not always picked up so we were stuck moving them back into our house and storing them another month. 3. Service was cancelled but they sent another delivery and refused to pick the unwanted bottles up. 4. Customer service was rude and didn't even care that I cancelled service. 5. I have requested an email to change my password several times over the last month and have yet to receive the email. The delivery drivers steal the water that they are supposed to deliver then lie about it to management and are believed 100% over the customers that can prove definitively that the drivers are lying and stealing. And to top it all off the customer service phone number is only good if you want to be ignored and initiated. read more

Since my last rating they have been awesome!! The service has been fantastic, the delivery guys have all been wonderful, even if they've changed deliverer or delivery date, they do everything they can to help and will deliver if I run out between service dates. Of course COVID hasn't helped things, and the guys have had to take on more work since they haven't replaced a couple drivers, but they all have maintained their smiles! Let me start by saying, if they deliver in your area USE CULLIGAN WATER INSTEAD. We are a public school district. We used EartH20 originally and they were awesome. When the switch to Sierra Springs happened we originally had no issues. Almost a month ago now we were scheduled for our usual water delivery, they were just supposed to pick up the old bottles and replace them. The delivery driver instead picked up and took our entire water dispenser and left. Sierra Springs DOES NOT own our water dispenser, they never have. So the driver stole our property on a Thursday morning, I called 5 times between Thursday and Monday only to be able to talk to the call center in Florida who were not able to get a hold of the people in Oregon or give me any sort of explanation. I was told I would get a call from the corporate office but never did. They returned our water cooler without a word FIVE days later. At that point, we still had not received any actual water. We have been out of water for three weeks and the deliveries keep getting missed, when I call they have no explanation but say that they rescheduled the delivery for the following day. Then the water delivery never comes. I just keep getting told I will get a call from someone and never do. I have called 8 times in the last month, I have sent 5 emails, and I have heard n o t h i n g back from anyone who can actually tell me what is going on. read more

Called them and the Call Center person said the Branch was experiencing a delay in service and won't deliver until May 23. A 7-day DELAY?? None of this was relayed to our office. I have Never seen a company works so hard to NOT get my business! I recently moved to the Keizer/Salem area and when I found out that the city water has fluoride in it, I wanted to have water delivered. In my post office change of address kit I found an invitation with a coupon from Sierra Springs, so I decided to check it out online. I signed up for service, the website was user friendly and made it seem fairly easy. It allowed you to select a day and either AM or PM for your first delivery and selected a date and an evening time according to their calendar. When I was done I received a confirmation email which confirmed the day/time and gave me a confirmation code - here it is, I just X'd out the code: Thank you for your order! Dear Valued Customer, Your order has been received and below is your confirmation. Order Confirmation Number: XXXXX Scheduled for Delivery: 09/24/2015 If you haven't already guessed, the delivery never showed up! The next day I tried to call Sierra Springs and waited on hold for 15 minutes before I hung up. At that point I emailed their customer service address and received a confirmation that my inquiry was received. I never received a response to my email inquiry - just that confirmation that they received it. I have tried calling them two more times, just to sit on hold waiting for another 15 to 20 minutes. I have emailed them again too - no answers to my inquiry! I wasn't even a disgruntled customer - I wanted to sign up for service! Now I'm a disgruntled would've been customer! If it's this difficult to sign up for service with Sierra Springs I can't imagine how awful it would be to actually be a customer who has a problem! Would not recommend, unreliable and confusing billing. I finally quit over missed deliveries and then over delivery. To quit they have to come out to pick up the dispenser and I had to be home. They scheduled a whole afternoon, after waiting several hours at home I called to to get an ETA, was told appointment was rescheduled to tomorrow. No notice of me of the change. Sierra Springs Water, purchased through Costco, is a greedy operation. They make the customer pay for their cost of operations...like $7.00 for each delivery. Plus, they charge $4.00 to send a paper bill. So...what, they fill the bottles, charge $8.00 for 5 gallons and charge customer for delivery and billing. What a scam. Costco needs to find a more cost effective service. Oh, then they make an automated call every time the day before the delivery...like you need that. Their fees have increased 21% since April 2020. This company started out good and stayed good for a while. Then they switched to "Primo" and everything fell apart. 5-gallon bottles were underfilled, horrible wait times (almost an hour) for "customer service" that never answered, reps at the main office that actually answered the phone, then transferred me to "customer service" for more hold time. I finally gave up and contacted my credit card company to block all further charges, which was the only satisfaction I could get. Jeremy, the account rep, is great. Not sure who the driver is but they lack the basic courtesy of communication. A friend signed up and was delivered a dispenser which was to loud so they brought in a second one, refurbished, which didn't chill the water. Friend called customer service who promised to have the driver bring out another. After a week of no communication, she called again and this time was told a manager would call her back. After another week of no communication, tried again but again, no results. Customer service person promised a couple free bottles of water for the inconvenience but what did that accomplish? Still a broken dispenser. After making arrangements to be home for the driver to drop off another dispenser, the driver was a no show. Another call to customer service and another apology but no dispenser. After requesting that a dispenser not be left outside her apartment, the driver showed up while she was away and left another refurbished one outside the apartment. The box had no top or bottom and the dispenser was scuffed on top. After about a month of service, a few no show appointments, still no working dispenser and an irresponsible driver that still refuses to communicate or keep scheduled appointments or follow the most basic of instructions. read more

After several months of them missing their delivery dates, leaving more or less water than agreed, I finally decided to cancel this nightmare after receiving a notice from collections for several months I did not have service as I wasn't even living there at the time they state the bill is for. They acknowledge they are in error, but tell me I must resolve it with the collection company since they no longer have authority or access to make any changes. I am very unhappy with sierra water. We don't even get a full month and they always bump our delivery date up. I try to call and get placed on continues hold I even tru the website but every time I hit contact it asks me to log in again. I haven't paid my bill waiting for them to contact me.
