The only bad experience I've had at this Best Buy (4 over 5 stars) was with an iPad and a iPad Pencil that they sold me. The pencil wasn't compatible with the iPad I bought, and it really felt like, as a shopper, I wasn't technically guided right in my purchases. I purchased a washer dryer set on 1/18/19, after having it delivered to my home the washer made a grinding noise and the dryer ran for approximately 20 minutes at a time. I called several times and received no response. When I got my first response they said they would come fix the equipment. On the day scheduled to repair, I was told they wouldn't ve able to come till Monday. Well, on Monday they called and said they were bringing a loaner dryer while they repaired my dryer and they'd fix the washer. They brought a loaner dryer that does not work at all and the washer continues to make same noise. Now I have called 6 times in the past week and have received no response or attempt to rectify the problem. Save your money, time and sanity and DO NOT deal with this company! The cheapest is the cheapest for a reason.

Excellent. We are fairly new to the area and haven't needed any repairs to our newer appliances…read morebut, our dryer is 30+ years old and stopped running. In the 30 years we've had it there were never any issues or problems, until one day it just stopped working. We didn't know who to call for a repair on this old machine, an original Maytag, and a model that is no longer sold. No electronics, no bells and whistles, just an old workhorse. We didn't want to scrap it because of the quality build. We needed someone who knew about older machines as well as the newer more electronic ones. We are so happy we called Bob at Canton Appliance Service. He arrived on time, diagnosed the problem, had some parts with him and within a quick half hour or so, the dryer was repaired, cleaned and reassembled. He was prompt, courteous, reasonable, and a good value. We couldn't be more pleased with our choice for a repair person, Bob is a good choice for all older machines and of course all the newer fancy ones.
