They brought us a different fridge which took 5 days (so my daughter had no fresh food or drinks for 5 days and she had lost food twice before when they failed) and within two weeks it stopped working. Kelly said it's because we hauled it ourselves but funny they delivered the 2nd one and installed it. She had no answer for that! She refused to give us our money back even though their website says 1 yr warranty. She actually said to me " well you shouldn't have been dumb enough to buy a used refrigerator! " ha! I purchased a washer dryer set on 1/18/19, after having it delivered to my home the washer made a grinding noise and the dryer ran for approximately 20 minutes at a time. I called several times and received no response. When I got my first response they said they would come fix the equipment. On the day scheduled to repair, I was told they wouldn't ve able to come till Monday. Well, on Monday they called and said they were bringing a loaner dryer while they repaired my dryer and they'd fix the washer. They brought a loaner dryer that does not work at all and the washer continues to make same noise. Now I have called 6 times in the past week and have received no response or attempt to rectify the problem. Save your money, time and sanity and DO NOT deal with this company! The cheapest is the cheapest for a reason.

Before signing, we asked how long the project would take. They said it would take 4 to 5 days, which somewhat justified the high labor price for the 4 workers and the Project Leader. The project actually only took 2 days but, I got no credit for the lesser project time. To justify the gap, they jumped the previously quoted charge out rate from $90 /man/hr to $150 - $200/man/hr.
