Two stars because the outside and inside are *decently* clean, but you'll see in the photos that it's still a poor job. I will not be coming back. It's more worth your money to go wash and vacuum out your car yourself... it would rake about the same amount of time (20 minutes) and wayyy cheaper (I paid a little over $35). I just got home from getting the platinum full service, which is the most expensive option. There is a huge dirty, looks almost like oil, mark on the hood of my car. There is still dirt in the crevices which could've easily been vacuumed out. I keep my car fairly clean, it honestly appears that they didn't even vacuum these areas at all!!! There is dust on the dash still. Please see attached photos... I could take photos allll over the outside and inside of the poor job that was done, but I think these photos will give you an idea. I'm sure if I went back, they would vacuum out and clean off the hood, but that's not the point. It wasn't busy at all when I went (around 1045/11 am this morning) and they clearly did a rushed job. Don't waste your time or money! CCC- You are a CAR WASH. Wash the car guys! I understand that it's Winter and cars get dirtier but this is the business that you guys are in! I stopped to wash the SUV had a slimy smoothie cup inside and was pleased when the staff (Kay) didn't mind washing and rinsing it out. Whew! If it stayed inside the truck probably would have diminished the fact I had just got it cleaned inside and out. Grateful for the staff being so nice! A waste of money. I should have just washed it myself! The one star accounts only for the speed and efficiency of the whole process. You drive up to the line, tell the employee what wash you want, get a receipt, drive your car onto the track. Look at the person giving you instructions at this time. It goes through the wash. Once its off the track, pay attention to the guy who just looks like he's hanging around. He is actually there to instruct you to a booth. You drive up to wherever they tell you. Get out, go inside and pay and wait. I didn't give them my keys until they asked. Watched them do a piss poor job on the interior. They call your car over the intercom when its ready. The End. By far the worst service that they gave me and my lady !!!! I have a membership with them and every time I have to tell them to do my windows, clean the rims, wipe down the track, etc..... and today the manager said that this is a express wash and that if my expectation of the car wash wasn't to my standards, then leave and don't come back .... wow only if the owner was there !!!! I've been a loyal customer (on the monthly plan) of this car was for over 3 years as well as my husband. Visited the canton car was on Friday 1/21/2022 as I normally do and the gentlemen at the front desk was very rude and unprofessional. I purchased three gift cards in November. During that time they were running a promotion- for ever $50 you receive $10 to use in 2022 and the young lady indicated I could use towards any purchase at the car wash which included air fresheners which I attempted to use to do. Which i was attempting to explain before the employee got so rude therefore i asked for the manager. She came and wasn't even interested in me telling how rude her employee had been but yet proceeded to get agitated with me. After 20 minutes and them not knowing what to do, they finally contacted someone on the phone who indicated they could only be used toward a car wash. I never received an apology or anything. Great value for your money. However not a great wash. I go there often. I've noticed they never do my rims (factory's) no chrome no anything. I bought it to there attention. They informed me they will do it this time as a courtesy. I asked courtesy ?? That comes with it... She said not really. They just do a wipe down. The service has become increasingly lacks. An attendant was rude when I asked of they were supposed to wipe down the inside of the car. I said at $60 plus dollars a month everything should be done. He rudely says "yeah thats a lot of money almost a million". I am paying for a service, he gets paid to do a job! If he does not like it, thats his issue, but I am not over reaching to expect the car to be cleaned properly! Additionally, everytime I come the service gets less customer friendly! My first experience and I will not be returning due to management. After my wash was over I noticed my truck did not have tire dressing I paid for on the tires. I showed this to one of the employees he told me they had been having problems with the tire dressing applier in the tunnel. He would just go ahead and apply it. Once Golmer Pyle the manager saw him about to take care of me he stopped him and told me to go back through the tunnel after I already waited 30 minutes for a full wash and the line was now even longer. He told me the employee didn't know what he was talking about regarding the broken tire shine dispenser. Mgmt simply should have corrected the issue at hand instead of telling me to get back in line for an entire another wash instead of letting his employee apply the tire dressing. You should only go here if you check the cleanliness of your car before you drive away. You would think for $33 they would vacuum your trunk and clean your cupholders, but don't assume that. They don't. You can go back and ask for Steve or Scott (the managers), who will redo the job that the workers in Bay 2 didn't do. But that would be a waste of your time. Long time car wash member who has usually been satisfied with the service at canton and white marsh locations. I've even recommended memberships to other people. Today I called the canton location to set up an express leather seat cleaning and was told to bring it in, no appointment needed. I came in about 45 minutes later to be told this location performs all the express detailing services except the leather cleaning. The one service I called about. I paid for exterior service with Rain-X. Almost home realized the rear window was terribly smeared I called at 5:37 and was told to return and they close at 6 would be there a few minutes after. This was the only option given. While unloading my suv I noticed the tires weren't done the Rain-X had run down on the exterior tape that was applied was not removed. Poor customer service. For a $16 wash, my big van came out clean and I didn't even have to get out. I was feeling a bit lazy but needed to get some bird poo and tree goo off of my vehicle and I thought I'd give this place a try. After the car and I went through the wash, an older dude wiped it dry, well dry-ish. He could have done better, but it IS a pretty big vehicle. I gave him $2 in quarters for his work - it's a thankless job, I'm pretty certain - and I was on my way, looking better than I came in. Today I visited the Canton Car Wash to get a long over due wash to my car. Unfortunately while going through the wash I had a little mishap with my car ( totally my fault) however Chris the Manager in Duty was readily available as soon as I asked for help and he immediately took care of the problem! Front as a high end carwash, charge as if they are, too. No matter which wash you select, it will come out looking the same as it did... just wet. Your greeted by a young person who let's you know they hate their job, directed into the car beater tunnel. Then in to where they are suppose to dry and clean the inside, but they don't. They want your money and then push you out. They never have been detail oriented, I've learned my lesson for sure after this past visit. Premium means nothing. Windows were wiped with... something? Dash, seats were left untouched. Back window was never cleaned. Exterior was cleaner, not great. Imagine if you're one of the twits who buys a membership . I purchased the gold full service wash ($28) which is the cheapest interior/exterior car wash option. I got into my car and questioned if they had even touched the inside, other than wiping off the windows. I had some sand on the seats and mats on the back, nothing crazy, and it was still there when I got back in. I could have done a better job with the $0.25 gas station vacuum and some windex. I asked an employee to take another look and he pulled my car back around and gave it the clean I expected. I've been dissatisfied in the past with a Canton car wash. I've lived in Baltimore for almost two years and have been to Canton Car Wash numerous times, each time disappointed. Unfortunately, I don't know of another car wash in the area so I'm forced to keep going back. Every time very easy items have been neglected such as vacuuming, wiping something down, dusting something off, etc. I thought maybe if I buy the higher priced package things would be better but no, still the same. My boyfriend even paid for a full detail on his truck which starts around $250 and even then, it was a poor job and it was five hours over the scheduled timeframe. I understand they are busy but if you're unable to fulfill a promise to your customers something needs to be done. The only reason they're still in business is because they are the only shop in town. I left canton car wash feeling a tad ripped off. I opted for the $37 platinum exterior and interior wash. Now the people who cleaned the interior had their work cut out for them as my car hadn't been vacuumed in ages. With that being said, for that price, I expect them to wow me. The car was "cleaner," but it was a lackluster job. Plenty of noticeable dog hair left on the seat and crumbs in the cracks. I wasn't expecting a miracle, but the effort looked rushed. Hell even the ocean fragrance was barely noticeable. This is a $20-25 service being charged for $37. Joke. At least they cleaned my cup holder.... I've heard a lot of great things about this place, but I was pretty disappointed. I went there this weekend to get a car wash and had debated taking another vehicle there to get detailed before selling it, but now I'd definitely think twice. I've typically washed my vehicles myself and thought this might be a great way to get that service with professional quality, but it was far from that. I bought the Platinum Wash for around $35. Bottom line - they did an incredible job on about 60% of the car and seemed to have mostly ignored the other 40%. Some items simply weren't done: Trunk Vacuumed (despite me requesting it) Interior Vacuum Rubber Mats Washed And others were done very poorly: Even the basic exterior wash didn't really get the entire car clean A lot of the console was wiped, but pretty haphazardly I didn't really look at the car much before I left, but when I got home fifteen minutes later, I noticed that there were sections around the bumper and rear of the car that their automatic car wash had missed entirely. Inside the car, they obviously hadn''t vacuumed much: there were still crumbs on the passenger and drivers seat. The wipe down was mediocre. My floor mats hadn't been scrubbed or even washed. There was a ton of armor-all shine on the dash and the first things I looked at, but as I glanced around, it looked like they hadn't paid any attention to anything else. It seems like their main focus is pushing through cars quickly and selling their membership packages. I was told by the cashier that the membership package would be free for the first month - I was pretty enticed by this opportunity, but now I'm relieved that I declined.
