There were no other options given, there's no way I would have driven this far from home to get a car wash and not get my car vacuumed. The price alone is ridiculous, but I was already in line with cars behind me by the time I saw the price board, so I was screwed at that point. My car's exterior was still dirty (especially the front bumper and front grill) even after the wash, scrub and hand wipe down. I had to get the guys to come back and clean it up after they already told me my car was ready. The interior wasn't much better. I asked them to vacuum between the seats and the console, and they missed it. They also didn't wipe down the door wells or drink wells very thoroughly. Basically, this place is a horrible value for your money. I think pretty much any other car wash would do at least as good a job, and probably for about half the price.

He also attempted to clean my leather seats with a heat vacuum/steam vacuum and burned my seats. In addition he burned a hole in my passenger seat and denied it when confronted.
