I have given this place multiple chances. I got the $38 wash for interior and exterior. As I was called to pick up my car, I noticed various spots on the window that were not cleaned. Then I got in my car and I was very unhappy. It basically didn't look like it was vacuumed or very well dusted. My cup holders and dashboard still had the dust on them that was there before I took my car in. I asked one of the workers if these things could be fixed before I left and they proceeded to tell me that they were "too busy." It was in the middle of a Friday morning...needless to say I've had better service from here when it was PACKED. I ended up having to go to self service and it took me another 15-20 minutes to get my car properly vacuumed and dusted. This entire process took me over an hour. Absolutely ridiculous and will not be back. P.S. My mother's membership has been about to expire because of their lack of updating billing information we have provided. We have called and gone to the car wash multiple times to correct the issue because she wants the membership. For Inside I would advise to stand there with boys and girls and if they miss something remind them. I just had the worst experience at your Nottingham location... I was told when paying for service that I could not get a full detail done. Got the $39 wash and interior. Thought that would include cleaning my interior and it did not. Was then asked if I wanted to upgrade to getting detailed. Told the employee that was what I originally wanted but was told it was unavailable. He apologized for the miscommunication and got me over there. I was then told I needed to go upgrade and pay the difference. I asked if there would be any sort of discount for the miscommunication & now my time being wasted waiting. Management came and told me no there would be nothing done for me at all & to pay the difference and they'll get started detailing my vehicle. I gotta tell ya... being someone that has been in customer service for a very long time a little nicety here n there goes a long way... Large and modern facility. They offer monthly membership levels which are quite cost-effective if you wash your car at least 3x a month. Membership entitles you to a barcode for your windshield which automates your entry through a members-only lane. They do a great job of cleaning your car inside and out, the workers labor over every detail including the often-ignored coffee cup holders. The car scents used could be a little stronger, but that alone doesn't deserve a drop in stars. I recommend dropping by when you're in the area or visiting the White Marsh Mall. read more

My first visit to this car wash was quite disappointing. The environment and appearance of the facility was so clean and neat that gave off the impression that the service was be superb. My husband paid for the platinum wash for $37, the customer service representatives were pleasant and the ambiance of the waiting area was soothing while the "work" was being done on the vehicle. About 20 minutes passed as they worked, my husband's name was announced over the intercom and we went out to assess the vehicle. As soon as we started our inspection, we noticed several spots on the exterior of the vehicle that remained dirty. We looked at each other with regret, shook our heads and then got inside the vehicle. As we were about to drive off, I noticed a considerable amount of dust on the dash and console. At that moment, I became overwhelmed with disgust that we paid $37 for this poor work. The car looked quite similar to the condition it was in prior to the wash, with a hint of new car smell. That when I couldn't help but to ask to speak to a manager. I walked back into the office and let the representative at the cashier know that I was not satisfied and need to consult with management. A young guy was sent over to us, I'm guessing he might have been the shift supervisor, and listened to our concerns. He then tried telling us that everything that we paid for was done on the car. That the platinum package only includes a dusting of the dash and console. So I asked him to look in the car and tell me if anything in there looks like it had been dusted? He looked, then said he would fix it. He drove the car forward to "fix" it. After the "fix" the car remained dirty. We were in a rush and very annoyed so we just let the guy know that we were disappointed and left. Thank you!!! My girlfriend's car was broken into at the local park and we took it to Canton Carwash after the police report to clean out all of the glass. The eve shift employees, George and Evan cleaned the entire car for us and wouldn't let us touch the glass. She didn't even belong as a member. I was the member and out of respect for the police and Jessica, they did it as a favor because of the dangerous amount of glass. They even kept her son occupied so he wouldn't touch all of the glass. I purchased the $50 a month service. They do a decent job washing your car and depending on who's working that day they also do a halfway decent job cleaning the inside. They somehow lost one of my car mats and a pair of binoculars. Even though management was willing to take a look at the footage and saw nothing as he says out of the ordinary he made it sound as if I was lying or mistaken somehow. He told me when it gets slow he will take a look at older footage to see if the mat was lost earlier which was a nice thing to say to get me to go away for now but I wonder how much of this will actually be taken seriously. When my membership expires I don't think I will renew Inconvenienced and not happy. "Update" The manager actually looked at older footage and found my mat that one of the employees pulled out but never put back. Not sure where the binoculars went. Can't say anything bad about their customer service I suppose since they did take care of this issue in a timely manner. Have gone here numerous times. Today and several other times car has been dirty after going threw the wash and being hand dried. Dirt spots in corners of windows, and lower part of doors. I'm super disappointed in the car cleaning service here. My husband and I came to get our car detailed inside and out. The outside turned out good but the inside there's still dust all over and dirt and it looks like they just took a rag and barley wiped over it. Also the seats are still covered in dog hair which was the main purpose of even coming here was to have it vacuumed out. I've paid less elsewhere and had my car cleaned better than here. It wasn't bad but it wasn't great either. We decided to get the membership- not sure the name but it was $30 a month. We have a black XC90 that absorbs dirt. After the first wash we decided to just let them wash the exterior & vacuum the inside. I don't like having my interiors wipe with armor all. I'm astonished at all the bad reviews. If I could give them 0 stars I would. Terrible service today. Greeter was so absorbed on his phone that I was not offered the standard 50% off on hybrid deal that I normally receive. When I asked if he entered me as a hybrid he said no and said to talk to the cashier. When I got to the cashier, ends up that the greeter gave me the GOLD service which is not eligible for the hybrid discount. So I paid full price for much less service than I would have gotten for $10 more than I normally pay for the PLATINUM wash. When I got my car the mats were terrible and the kid said to me, well you can wash them yourself since you only got the GOLD service. That was it. I got in the car and drove off. So this place really doesn't clean your car that well and they do not have a focus on customer service. I literally had to wait 20 minutes today just to be let through the gate. The management here constantly tells me that the barcode should read through my window. I explain to them it doesn't so I had to walk in for them to check my account for no reason. Management here is pathetic and really inexperienced. They do not assist customer with issues and also take no responsibility for actions on their immature and underdeveloped process. This place does a decent job at actually cleaning your car. The young lady at the gate (by the name of Shareen) is delightful and did a great job of explaining services. The great thing is the place allows you to clean your own car there with their vacuums and cleaning products. However, they offer you "clean" towels that are almost always soiled and dirty. The staff is either young or does not speak English. There are many times I have to go home and make sure I put a good coat of wax on my car to remove any swirl marks. Their management is either really young or immature minded. Other than the young lady Shareen at the gate there really isn't any special about their customer service. Their hours are somewhat inconvenient outside of the summer months. Shareen made the trip pleasant however this place has mediocre service and less than satisfactory cleaning services. I think a lot of people give this car wash bad reviews because they get the cheapest package lol. I took my car there awhile ago and I have never seen a car wash so nice! I mean they have fancy lounge area with a full service coffee shop there! I got a pumpkin latte there and it was better than a Starbucks one! My car came out clean inside and out! For your rims, I think you should pre-spray them with rim cleaner before you go there. It will help loosen up the dirt on your rims so they'll get cleaner when you go through the machine. If I didn't live on the westside of Baltimore I would go a lot more often. Pay a little extra money and get your car done right. Plus when you get a higher priced package you can complain more so they fix whatever is wrong. I love this place! read more

Terrible service and equipment. I was a member until this weekend and the terrible service i received. The machine malfunctioned and my car went through twice ( first time with no water or soap being sprayed). When i told the attendant that i was unhappy and would like a refund on my wash. He explained i could go through again or just leave and was quite hostile. I explained no service was ever tendered since the machine never performed it's function and he did not seem to care and waved for me to move on. Poor customer service.... That's really all you need to know but I'll expand - the car wash is like $40 where at other local places it is closer to $20. They do a terrible job but don't discriminate - you'll get a poorly done job inside AND outside of the car. Rims and mud flaps are always forgotten and you're guaranteed to still have stuff left over in your cup holders or a dash that isn't wiped down. The worst part is how aggressively they try to get you to sign up for the monthly plan - they will not take NO for an answer and talk down to you as if you're stupid for not taking them up on their offer. I called and asked if I needed an appointment for an express detail. Was told no, to just come in. When I got there an hour and a half later, and was told they were too busy to do an express service. So, that part wasn't thrilling. That said, I had a platinum wash which included their staff doing a lot of the interior in their finishing bay, and I'm really happy with the work they did. I think most of what I would have wanted to get out of the express detailing, I got with the platinum wash, so I'm quite happy with them in the end. Paid for a detail job. The workers got wax all over the plastic trim on the outside of my truck and it won't come out. I took it to another car wash and they told me it's super hard to get out! Workers at canton car wash mostly stand around and act like they are working. I guess they forget that there is a huge window we're all the customers watch them screw off. I once pointed out that my windows were never cleaned and the worker just wiped them down didn't even use glass cleaner. Windows looked worst after the wash! Upon inspection of the car, I instantly noticed that there was still pet hair. Per the employee who I dropped the car off with, he guaranteed me that the additional $50 is required in order to get all the dog hair out. He told me he all the special tools would make it flawless not one hair in sight. Wrong. I instantly noticed that the car had been cleaned but there was still hair. Upon further inspection with the assistant manager, she agreed with my complaints and offered a refund for the inconvenience. She later walked me back to the front desk with my debit card in hand ready to refund the $50 fee I was additionally charged. However, as she begins the process, the manager runs over telling her to "wait" and then proceeds to ramble on how HE cannot refund the service because it's already been done. Instead of a refund, he offered me a coupon and told me to come back tomorrow if I wanted the services to be re-done. I declined saying that I only want my $50 back which the assistant manager was WILLING and AGREED to do! He explained that the assistant manager was in the wrong and since he was "higher up" and from "corporate" his decision was final and that the money cannot be refunded. I told him had he been in the bathroom just now that by the time he came out she would've refunded me and I would've left a happy customer. Instead he had to put in his two sense. Final take away, the manager was so money hungry for my $50, he demanded that his assistant manager help him go over the car PAST normal operating hours. She kept apologizing profusely which I told her it's not her fault at all it's clearly the manager. Ultimately, I felt so bad for the assistant manager as she was nothing but wonderful and helpful. She's obviously working under a greedy boss and feels as if she can't speak over him even when she's in the right. Don't be surprised when a woman is running this business in the future and not that corrupt man. A successful business is one that can have returning and SATISFIED customers. Car wash never gets back middle of vehicle clean. Have the unlimited monthly washes. Usually not crowded when I go so I dont have to wait. One day it was crowded. There is a fast lane for members but the day I went the regular customer lane moved faster then the members lane. Two vehicles in the regular lane passed through the gate compared to one vehicle in the members lane. Sent a comment to customer service and they never responded. Worst car wash ever!!!! Great idea of having unlimited car washes for one set monthly price, but terrible execution. There's no supervision, the employees do whatever they want and that isn't much. I can not even remember the last time they washed the back windows on my pickup truck, inside or outside, or my wheels (rims- or whatever you want to call them) or the Tonneau cover that goes over the back of the truck bed. And if you are lucky enough to get them to wipe your windows, all they do is smear them up so you can't see out of them. Last time I complained the manager came out and wiped my car down himself. Now that is great and all but I get my car washed several times a week so if your not going to show the employees what the problem is and how to fix it, then that is poor supervision... just my opinion. read more

The manager at this location, Chris and his staff are detailed, friendless, professional and helpful. My daughter's van broke down after the detailing was finished. It looked beautiful but the alternator needed replacing. My daughter is pregnant and also had her two year old with her. The staff pushed her to safety, hot shotted the car and took care of her while she waited for help. Mean while, we got to see the manager handling other emergencies and was so impressed with his management. Great team!! read more

I will never return. This last time the bird doo did not wash off the car. I had to point it out in 8 places. The fix was to spray some cleaner. This left smears and took off the wax I just put on. The front window was so streaky I had to redo it at home. It was better dirty. Only 1 of my five visits were ok. The last time my whole back seat had not been vacuumed. Doesn't someone check the cars. I hate wasting another 20 min to get what should have been done in the beginning. My cars back left gate is usually dirty because of the way the rollers run. Well I have been on the Progam for 8 mths and I do love the idea of getting my suv wash sometimes multiple times in a week. But they need some new management that can train the workers on how to do the simplest things... every time I go they can never wipe down the glass before it drys and they us nothing else to get rid of all the water spots.. this shouldn't happen if they used the correct filters on the was but maybe something they can buy or again clean the darn glass... Then I have nice wheels only 1 out of 7 visits they wipe them out and add tire dressing correct!! I never drive in the mud or let the vehicle dirty I would probley do myself!!!
