This was the WORST car detailing service I've ever had. I bought a plant that fell over in the car so I took the plant home and came here. The inside of my car was still dirty after they were done. Why would u only get up half the dirt and use your rag to wipe the pedals? Now the pedals are somewhat slippery smh. They actually left dust and streaks all over my screen. Used to be really good when they first opened. The service is decent however the results are ok at best. Windows are always streaked and the vacuum is never good. Console and doors are never cleaned. They also never dry off my rubber mats. I typically have to tell them to dry the car again. For $53 I'd expect a lot better. I've only kept the membership because of convenience. I typically go in the morning when it's not busy, but they still do a rush job. I'll be looking for a new car wash. read more

I wanted to treat myself to a premium carwash, but I paid top dollar for an inferior wash. The outside was adequately cleaned, though spots were left untouched. The inside was barely touched though. The seats and console were now vacuumed and the inside windshield and rear view mirror are so smeared I could not see clearly through them. This place is a huge rip off! And, I was charged a SUV surcharge even though I have very small car. So, I finally received a response from someone ( a week and a half later)- she suggested that o should have looked over my car before I left. That would have been nice if I wasn't rushed to move my car once it was finished. Never again will I go to this place! read more

I used to love coming to the White Marsh location, but service has slipped recently and more often than not I leave unhappy! I'm considering canceling my membership that I've had for 3 years! It's not worth the $35 per month or the headache I get from going. Half the time the dry down team gives me a thumbs up and they didn't finish drying or put tire shine on, rags seem to be scarce at the vacuum stations and the machine for the members only "fast pass" lane won't let me scan a gift card! When I ask about it all people say is "oh I don't know" or "yeah it doesn't like to scan those but you can go through the other lane." Yesterday was the most epic failure of communication I've ever experienced when I got stuck in the wash tunnel for 5 minutes and had to exit with a soapy car. After waiting close to 20 minutes nobody had bothered to tell me the wash was back up and it just got worse from there. I spoke with Chris, one of the managers and he was apologetic, but I'm still not convinced that they can do better at this point. read more

Alexis was so nice and immediately came to my assistance!! She was very cognizant of me needing to get my car back ASAP for a birthday I have to go to! She immediately explained the process and the options I had and had me go through the car wash whole process took ~2 Mins or so. Edgar was also very polite and helpful when I had my car go into the wash, and then I kept hearing Kate saying over the mic how fast my car needed to be out!! Very impressed, and all the people I mentioned here def deserve a bonus or a raise! The team in the interior cleaning was also amazing; very polite, immediately greeted me and shook my hand when I extended a handshake. I had to face the truth. The wife wasn't going to clean her car. I started looking at professional detail places and was staring down the barrel of several hundred dollars for a mini van. Passing the canton location several times, I figured I'd look up the prices. $37 +$3 for it being a van isn't bad for a interior and exterior clean. We pulled up in line and was greater nicely. The gentleman outside explained everything car side. We went through a automated wash and was hand dried. After that we were told to pull into another spot where we left the vehicle and they wiped out the inside, vacuumed, cleaned the glass and polished the wheels. It was confusing in the wait area because we're you pay looks like a Starbucks. I would like to see more direction from the employees of where to go and what to do. Most seem Spanish so communication isn't great. I figured out that I pay at the coffee bar and waited in a nice little area with tablets for kids until the vehicle was done. They called over the intercom for our car and we went out. I wasn't happy with the interior service. They didn't clean under the car seat that I was instructed to loosen specifically for that. Some cup holders weren't clean and t appeared to be rushed. They fixed the issue though and 10 minutes later I was satisfied. Overall I'll come back again but I feel this place needs some tweaking to become a 4 or 5 star spot. read more

This place is great in terms of their equipment and their workers. But their hours are horrible. This is the second day in a row (just this week alone!) that I've come by to get my car washed and they have been closed. Their signs say they close at 6, but I've arrived at 5pm and 5:30 and they are still closed. If you have a regular job the crappy hours make it tough to get in. Ive been paying for the monthly membership for several months, but it just doesn't seem worth it, since I go through this like every week. read more

I've been going to this car wash for years, only because it's convenient. It is the worst car wash ever. Every time they are done with cleaning it I have to grab a cloth and finish the job myself. They do a horrible job on the rims, vacuuming, cup holders, and dashboards. They just don't care. It's every single time. No need to complain, nothing happens or gets better. Not happy with Canton Car Wash service in White Marsh at all!! Ordered the $28.00 service and the guy ordered me the 37$ service instead. I noticed this as I was going through the car wash. Had to make the workers outside aware and the girl at register. Once the truck was done and I drove off I noticed my front windshield was smeary from them using there dirty rags on it, some of my windows were cleaned inside and some not. When I lifted my hatch to the back of my truck it was still dirty as they did not vacuum that area. So after paying $31.00 to get my truck cleaned I came home and cleaned what they did not! And my tires were partly shining and parts still dirty. They were busy, but no excuse for a lasy terrible job! Will not go back! read more

Spent $40 to get car vacuumed and detailed to get all of yesterday's dirt out. Drove home, went to put the floor mats that I ran through the washer in and found more dirt on the front seat floor, they didn't vacuum the rear doors and the dash is still dirty. If I could give no stars I would. This place is overpriced- $27 for an exterior only car wash!!! The results are no different than if you went to one at a gas station for $10. I was waived up by the worker (the layout is also confusing - wasn't sure where to go). She up sold me on the platinum wash and hot wax but did nor mention it didn't include interior cleaning! I have a full size Lexus SUV and was done when they directed me to the free vac cleaners! I don't mind paying for quality but there's still bird poop on my windshield! I called the manager and there was no offer to try and make it right...or even offer to let me come back and pay the difference & get full service! For $27 exterior only - their solution better detract dust from my car for 3 months! I had a horrible experience. First we stopped in the car wash for several minutes and then I waited twenty minutes to get into one of the bays where they clean the interior of your car. The girl working in there shooed me out of my car and when I was told my car was complete I was unimpressed by the quality. My floor mats were soaked but no cleaner and it looked as if they weren't even vacuumed under. The worker looked offended that I would question the quality of the service and asked what i wanted him to do about it. He begrudgingly recleaned my mats after I physically had to show him the dirt on them. My back mats were just thrown in the back with water draining onto my floor. So i bought my car to the car wash today. I pay a monthly membership and I also paid a extra $5 to get the hot wax. Needless to say after they said my car was clean, it still had spots that looked like it hadn't been touched. One guy offered to run it back through the wash while the other said just to wipe it off while being very rude. The second time it went through they left water on it. I'm canceling this membership. They did a horrible job and I had them go back 4 times before they got most of the dirt of the doors and everything. When I went in to ask for the manager he took his time coming out so I just gave up and left. I'll be cancelling my membership that allows me to come back as often as I would like each month. We dropped our car off at Canton Car Wash, Nottingham early Tuesday morning and was told that afternoon it was ready. Once we got it home we realized the back seat middle console had not been touched. My husband immediately called and was told to bring it back in Wednesday morning. The manager, went over the vehicle with my husband and was very disappointed in the work. They completely redid the detailing, not just the back seat! Mark did an amazing job, paying attention to everything that was missed. Not only did they re-detail, they also gave us a gift card for having to bring it back. The customer service was amazing. Let's start with the fact it took almost an hour. I had to point out issues twice and got so frustrated after it still wasn't right I just left. 40 dollars for a platinum what a joke. My rims are still not clean. They didn't even wipe out the cup holders. You point out issues to the person w the microphone I assume to be the manger and they sigh and say are you serious? I guess I'll fix it. Yet they clearly are not capable of doing so. You hustled me for $40 canton car wash. I can assure you I'll never be back. I just wasted 30 minutes in line to get my car interior cleaned. It took another 30 minutes before my car was ready. Cars that were in line after mine were cleaned before mine. I just got my SUV washed at Canton Car Wash in White Marsh. VERY disappointed!! When I spend almost $45 to get my car wash I expect to to be perfect when I get it back .. not this time. They has cleaner all over my steering wheel , my glove box was still dirty , I saw the guy vacuum my floors but it looks like they didn't , and the outside of my car doesn't look completely clean either. The automatic car wash did not clean the car really well but I did love the option of wiping down and cleaning out my car at the individualized self service area. I had spilled a drink and there were visible sticky spots that were not touched. Dust left in crevices. Totally missed the corners of the dash. Why on earth did I pay $30 for this?? Never again! Gonna try out that Eastern Car Wash everyone raves about! *Update: I was contacted by a customer service representative who basically told me that because I got the basic service I shouldn't expect a lot. If you look at their services menu, it clearly states that the service I paid for includes having the interior, console, and dash wiped down. My first experience was good enough that I signed up for the free month of unlimited washes. When the free month expired I maintained the membership because I was pleased with the service received in the first month. First month under the paid membership was decent, but my car exterior was not fully clean as there were spots. I had the mind that there is a margin of error, so I gave it another chance. Next time I went for a wash I was told all things that were included before now had an additional charge of 10. Because this was not explained I chose to pay the 10 for the additional services but cancel my membership. The wash and services were incomplete even though I paid the extra $10. Upon canceling the membership I was told that my membership was valid until the next payment cycle ( an entire month). I went back today to get a basic wash under the membership and was told that I didn't have any more washes allotted. Prior to this moment it was again not stated that there were an allotted amount of washes under the membership. I'm disappointed in the business as a whole as they are not CLEAR about the membership details even with the less than stellar service to the car. read more
