They were responsive and kind answering any and all questions and worries I had. Everyone I encountered was incredibly helpful and worked hard on my case; including Chesca, Sheila, Dax. I definitely recommend this impressive group. It was a pleasure to meet and work with Noel and Danny. I'm eternally grateful to have had the support of LLPC during an arduous process. Definitely recommend!

When the terms of your settlement agreement doesn't have your best interests in mind, and you ask…read morethem about it, they tell you to talk to a tax attorney to answer your questions, and that they can not offer you any advice or any explanation, because they're not tax attorneys, completely leaving you in the dark. This is the point where I went from feeling like a had an attorney that was alright, to completely unsure and regretting picking them to represent me. It sucks because if ever there is a time to want to feel confident and assured in the people representing you, it's then. They pressure you to settle. "We advise you accept this settlement" " yeah but I don't know what my acceptance of this settlement means for me come tax season, could you please explain it?" "No, but we advise you accept this settlement." The only communication you'll get with your attorney come settlement time is the forms you need to sign. It's supposed to be a 45/55 split. You get 55. But they split the initial amount then they charge you fees which they deduct from your portion. Shouldn't what you're charging me in fees be included in your portion of the settlement? Isn't that what your portion is for? What is your portion for then? So now it's a 45/55 split, with THEM being the 55. And you still haven't paid taxes on that settlement. They'll remind you that this is what you agreed to as if any normal person understands what any of that shit means when they sign it, not to mention you signed that agreement four years ago, and they'll make you feel stupid for even asking. That's what I get for expecting a bunch of lawyers not to be a bunch of shiesty swindlers. Also I had to show up in person to my deposition in the opposing attorneys office while my attorney was on zoom. I don't think they understand how uncomfortable it is for a former employee to be present and alone in the law office of the attorney for their former employer. It's like imagine being robbed, and now you got to go make a statement to the authorities, giant camera pointed right in your face, in the office of the defense attorney representing the criminal.

I do not recommend this firm…read more I'm sure they'll respond the way they always do to negative reviews by claiming they can't find any record associated with my name. That's intentional. I don't want to identify myself while my case is still unresolved and risk having my case sabotaged before I have the chance to find another attorney after they've dragged me along for nearly two years. I genuinely feel bad for the staff because my case manager was always responsive. It seemed like she was the only one making an effort because the attorney who was supposedly assigned to my case never communicated with me--not once. And that's considering I had two "case managers" during the duration of my case. After nearly two years, I never had a single conversation with the attorney who was supposedly representing me. I did everything they asked of me. I attended therapy, provided witnesses, gathered evidence, and followed every instruction they gave me. Despite all of that, they never filed my case. Now, after almost two years, they've decided to drop my case, saying it "isn't feasible to pursue." If that was truly the case, why did they accept it in the first place? Why continue representing me for nearly two years if you never intended to take it to court? If my case was so weak that it wasn't worth pursuing, you should have been honest from the beginning instead of wasting valuable time that I can never get back. To make matters worse, after keeping me in limbo all this time, they tell me I now have only a limited amount of time left to find another attorney and pursue my claim. Their delay has put me in a far more difficult position than I would have been in had they simply declined my case from the start. Based on my experience, this firm appears to be more interested in cases that lead to quick settlements than in genuinely advocating for their clients. If that's not the case, then their lack of commitment is deeply concerning. Either way, my experience has been extremely disappointing, and I cannot recommend this firm.

I feel fortunate to have come across David Browne and his team of legal professionals. Because of…read morethe business I am in, I've worked satisfactorily around lawyers in the past. However, after only one meeting, I could tell right away that David (and his law firm) was different. To begin with, his intake team was thorough, inquisitive and worked diligently to determine if my case might be a mutual right fit - based on my goals and what was legally provable and possible. David, an obviously busy, bright and in demand professional lawyer, surprised me with his ability to show compassion and offer sensible guidance. His no-nonsense, honest and integrity-filled approach to the issue(s) at hand helped to alleviate my anxiety, and also made me feel heard and less alone. His understanding of the law and his ability to share it in relatable ways was a (much needed) relief. Though not every case will or should move forward, David's input helped me to consider my options in a more thoughtful way. What I will always remember is the kindness, and compassion shown me by David and his team at an unfortunate point in my life. Though for personal reasons my family ultimately decided not to open a case, I would wholeheartedly recommend David Browne and his Browne Employment Lawyers practice to anyone who needs it. Best wishes to anyone who finds themselves on this journey...
