Amongst our group of 13 people, we all had issues connecting to the WiFi and the tv. I convinced the front desk to give us an iPad to manage the music and that also wasn't working. I called the guys to the room multiple times to troubleshoot and it still wasn't working. We fought with the technology throughout the whole 3 hour reservation which really made it difficult to enjoy the experience. During the times it was working, the app was glitchy and we had difficulties seeing the queue and skipping over songs. Also, one of the microphones was barely working. Additionally, before booking I inquired amongst a number of places to compare prices. We picked this place because we were told that there would be an assigned server to our room to allow us to enjoy the open bar experience and not have to step out to the bar to get drinks. Upon arriving, I was told that wasn't the case, even though it was in my email. After a lot of back and forth, they finally agreed to come serve to our room but there were still times I had to leave the room and chase them down. I have done karaoke many times and this was a very stressful experience.

It shouldn't be a big deal, but they don't get it to what you want. They'll either adjust it to be too cold or they shut it off, altogether. Could be a language barrier. It's BYOB and Food. We came prepared. The song selection is decent. They have a good mix of modern and old songs. Not enough Filipino music, though. The sound system is still good, but the controller to input the songs can be tricky. Also, some song listed in their booklets may no longer exist in the system. We've experienced it quite a number of times. We still enjoyed our time there. And we are most likely to return, especially since we don't know any other karaoke joints in my area.

When I first reached out by email, Alex responded within about 10 minutes. From that moment on he was incredibly helpful, organized, and easy to work with. He walked us through all of the options and helped us create a plan that worked perfectly for our event. One of our biggest priorities was having the food served buffet-style instead of a sit-down lunch, and Alex made sure that was arranged exactly the way we wanted. The food was excellent and everything ran smoothly during the event. Originally I planned to do the decorations myself, but Alex told me they offer decoration packages. My daughter-in-law wanted a jungle theme, which they had available. Alex even shared photos from a similar event he had done in the same room, which helped us picture how everything would look. When we arrived, the decorations were absolutely stunning and far exceeded our expectations. We had family and friends traveling from all over New Jersey as well as Boston, and Morristown turned out to be the perfect central location for everyone. Alex also made sure the children attending had their own menu and even provided coloring sheets and crayons, which was such a thoughtful touch. Everything about the day was seamless, beautiful, and exactly what we hoped for. Alex truly made the entire planning process stress-free, and the event itself was perfect. There's also a large parking lot out front, so parking was easy and convenient. The rooms themselves were decent, but the karaoke setup definitely felt outdated and was harder to use than expected. There were two ways to select songs: using the Korean karaoke system or a Samsung tablet connected to YouTube. We ended up using YouTube, but the system was frustrating to navigate. The tablet had a thick film over the screen that made clicking difficult, and searching songs had to be extremely specific for karaoke vibes (for example, typing "Love Story KTV" instead of just the song name). It was also inconvenient trying to queue songs while someone else was singing because you had to minimize the current video to search the next one, making it hard for the person singing to follow the lyrics. On top of that, every time we tried adding songs to the queue, it would accidentally click into another video and cut off the current song mid performance. A lot of time was wasted just trying to search and add songs. It would be better if they allowed Bluetooth connection to personal devices instead, so adding songs would be more efficient, just a thought...
