He told me he would "text me a confirmation for the date and time shortly as he is walking on a busy street" After not hearing back for a few hours I followed up via text and call (left a voicemail) same day. No response. Called again on Friday (another voicemail) - no response Left another voicemail on Saturday - no response Assuming he is closed on Sunday and that I'd hear back by Monday afternoon/evening - I left it alone. Last and final attempt to reach him late Monday afternoon - no response. There are too many tint shops in the area - time is money; spend it wisely.
