He told me he would "text me a confirmation for the date and time shortly as he is walking on a busy street" After not hearing back for a few hours I followed up via text and call (left a voicemail) same day. No response. Called again on Friday (another voicemail) - no response Left another voicemail on Saturday - no response Assuming he is closed on Sunday and that I'd hear back by Monday afternoon/evening - I left it alone. Last and final attempt to reach him late Monday afternoon - no response. There are too many tint shops in the area - time is money; spend it wisely.

As he's been promoted, he assigned a newbie for me...same ease of working -- true to the sticker "NO BULL" -- and I'm a very discriminating shopper! This time, the one who went above-and-beyond is Kenidy Barnett. I MOST DEFINITELY recommend him if you're in the market for a vehicle. Believe me I am very good at my homework - I've watched every video there is of Prius reviews online and I've compared vehicles alongside each other. BTW -- the last Prius I owned I only gave up because they offered me more money than I paid for it in the first place -- so depreciation IS NOT AN issue with this model! OH, AND EVEN MORE -- their Service Department is awesome! I've been lucky with all the service advisors I've had. I DO MISS the free carwash card I used to get, tho!
