I sent this email below to the head GM on January 7th after I had called the Sales GM and left numerous voice messages. I updated it with information that has occurred since with ZERO response from Audi Wilsonville. This is by far the worst car purchase experience in my 53 years of auto buying. My email to the GM: Since we can't seem to connect I am sending you my reasons for trying to contact you. I purchased a Certified 2022 Q5 in September 2025. I found the entire process very different from the 2 Audi's I purchased from Audi Beaverton. I have a lot to say about that but it all started when I came in to my appointment. The vehicle was covered in water spots and was dusty everywhere. The vehicle engine was and is filthy. Much more to this including badly pitted windshield. My 91 year old best friend and father figure to me came along. He has never had an Audi but he liked mine so he actually went back and bought a Q3 from Dee, my salesperson, because I love Audis. He traded in his BMW. He is extremely disappointed with the Q3. The vehicle had about 7000 miles on it and there is an issue with the brakes. Now he's being told by your service department that they will replace them but he has to pay over 1000 dollars for just the front. This is ridiculous for so many reasons but leads me to a current issue with my Q5. I was told to bring it in on Dec 24 at 8 am. I did. I heard nothing for a week so I emailed service. The response : I just checked with our shop foreman and your repair order is still in the que to be dispatched. All of our customers in loaner cars are currently waiting about 1-2 weeks for work to begin due to how busy the shop currently is. I WAS NEVER TOLD THIS! I have a squeak in my steering column! Now I have no idea when I'm going to get it back and it's probably sitting outside all this time in the weather. When I received it my salesperson said a lot guy had sprayed it off while it was parked and that caused the hard water marks! I spent hours trying to remove them and got some out but not all. I also had it hand washed and waxed. Now I am anticipating all that effort and money was for nothing because it will be sitting on your lot for weeks! My son wanted a Q5 like mine but newer. I told my salesperson this in September and never heard from her. I also contacted Audi Beaverton. They contacted me numerous times and we ended up getting a beautiful 2025 Certified from them in December at a great price and they threw in a cargo liner at half price! So I am very upset for numerous reasons. The fact that Audi Wilsonville has failed numerous times is assuring me that I won't be back. And they DID charge this wonderful 91 year old to replace his front brakes AND their sales Manager Mo wouldn't even give him the part missing from his spare tire kit without charging him! His reasoning was because it had been more than 30 days! He has since traded the Q3 for a new Lexus. We thought the Audi would be his last vehicle but now it just ranks as the worst car purchase in his 75 years of buying cars. I won't be back and I am posting the review I've been holding onto after I gave them yet another chance to respond before I moved forward. They have already lost a very nice sale to Beaverton, 3 customers and all my service work in the future. It's obvious they don't care! I am so glad I finally got my Audi back 17 days after dropping it off. Covered in more watermarks. Nothing was done to fix the windshield so I'm having it replaced at Audi Beaverton. They have been wonderful. I am waiting to hear back from Audi USA. I hope this helps others when it comes time to purchase an Audi if that is your vehicle of choice. We want to start by acknowledging Chris, our service manager, who did everything within his power to assist us. His efforts were appreciated, but unfortunately, the overall experience with Audi Wilsonville particularly the lack of involvement and communication from management has been extremely disappointing I've never seen worse. Our car was in service for six months, and during that time, we never once received a proactive call or email from any manager. Despite our repeated attempts to communicate, asking for updates, and doing everything we could to expedite the process, we were given no guidance and no support. We had to do all the work ourselves reaching out to Audi Corporate, finding alternatives, and negotiating for months only to be handed a massive bill at the end to figure out how to pay. At no point did management make us feel like they were on our side or trying to help us through the situation what's so ever it felt like we were another paycheck they were waiting on. No customer should be left in the dark with little to no accountability from those in charge. This is not the level of service one expects or deserves when choosing a premium brand like Audi. We hope future customers read this and carefully consider the dealership they choose. She lied to me and told me that the car did have that feature and "Wireless Apple CarPlay and Android auto are standard in all audi models since 2021." Fun fact: it is not. Had an urgent need for assistance (recalibration of my system) after a windshield replacement through my insurance company. I had all of my service done at Audi Beaverton. After trying to get a hold of Audi Beaverton multiple times with no help, I called Audi Wilsonville. I was greeted with compassion and exceptional service by Paul H., a service advisor. He was extremely patient with the shop and worked to identify the problem with recalibrating my Audi but unfortunately the shop deleted some programs that they were unable to recalibrate. Paul made space in his day late on a Friday afternoon for me to bring my Q7 in for assessment and recalibration. He was absolutely professional, reassuring, and incredibly helpful. I don't normally write reviews but this was a particularly egregious, and scuzzy experience. I've owned Audis for many years. I went to Audi Wilsonville to upgrade from a 2020 A7 to a 2023 S7 with the intent to place an order for delivery of a car directly from the factory. So, delivery of a car means there is no real significate amount of upkeep, salesmanship, and general minimal work from the dealer. The salesman attempted to charge me a $26,000 after-market dealer mark-up. So that is approx 25% markup over MSRP (the cost of a whole new Mazda). When asked what I was paying for he couldn't explain it but said that it was because of demand........I've.....never....had someone try to rip me off so egregiously and without care. He said this was standard practice and that all Audi and car dealerships were doing this (normalizing the scam/price gouging). ****For clarity, the salesman did describe the charge as an ADM and rationalized it because of market demand. ADM is an "after-market dealer markup". It was not for anything I requested and he reported that it was non-negotiable because the car would be sold wether I purchased it or not. So, I left, called Audi Beaverton and drove 18-miles up the road to place the order with them for MSRP value. So, to clarify, Audi Wilsonville tried to charge me $133,000 for a $106,000 car. Audi Beaverton, had no problem placing the order and recognized that they had a free sale with no work. I'm not going to get into the multiple different quotes for fixing an air vent going from 3k to 1k after I commented on how they are charging more than medical providers per hour. (The part requested to be ordered can be found on the Audi website for approx. $150). These guys are not ethical, and unless you like giving money away I would really suggest going to just about any other Audi Dealer though Audi Beaverton appears the most honest. You've been warned. ****8/13/22 - Was contacted by the Sales Manager this morning requesting I take down the Yelp! review. I've been struggling with this all day because I'm not a big fan of creating conflict. This dealership doesn't deserve any stars. 2016 I leased a new Audi A4 with 15 miles on the car. Paperwork was simple- Anton had to lie about my credit score to get me into the car. (1st red flag.) Anton who also sold the car states the mileage allowance. I then asked: "What happens if I go over?" Anton: "As long as you return the Audi and good condition & plan on purchasing another car from us you won't have to worry about that." LIE! Fast forward to September 2019 I return to Audi to return the lease. I wait for a little bit. And Jason Lockwood comes back to tell me my credit isn't issue however I've gone over on mileage and that totals $8,000. So, you can pay that now or best option is refinance, pay the car down for about a year or two and then trade it in. Also they values my Audi at $11,000. Remind you it's a $45,000 model Jason let's me know those are my options. Jason proceeds to tell me the car payment will go down... $500 to $478.13 wow what a tremendous jump. Now being a female and this was my second big purchase in life, I don't know car dealerships or rules etc. I end up refinancing the car. The car is priced at $25,000+ and with interest they tacked on $10,000. The loan rolling out to 2026. Sold "as is." No warranty. Fast forward about 30 days. I'm still extremely upset because the day I came to return the Audi I was there to return it for something AFFORDABLE & practical as a single working parent. I call the dealership & ask for a manager, Sam is the lucky winner. Sam reassured me that he's sorry that's what happened, to come in "we'll make it better," we hate seeing customers leave unhappy and unhappy in a car they don't want. We'll make this right. The service department is horrible with follow through. I called on a Friday to ask about a replacement for a climate control button. In this phone conversation, I learned that there was a maintenance service contract that was transferred from the original owner to me when I purchased the car. Keep in mind this is the first I was told about this. Hunter who I was talking with said oh you only missed a small service. To me all services with Audi are expensive so no service is too small. We scheduled a service the next Monday. When I arrived I asked Hunter about the climate control button he said he was waiting on an email from warranty. Since that date two weeks ago, I have left 1 message for Hunter, also missed him on his day off, I have left two messages for Roman the service department manager, no phone call back. I spoke with a gentleman in the service department who said it really isn't the sales team's job to tell us about the service contract transfer?!?! They sold me the car!!! Who else should tell me about it. I was also told that he would talk with Hunter the next day and would get back to me. Here we are one week later and still no reply. I have asked for the oil change service to be credited to me since I didn't know I had/lost it and also need final answer on the climate control button if it's covered under warranty or not. I also called for the general manager who is never in either. Bought an SQ5 from Wilsonville Audi in May,2024. The buying experience was good except for their requirement of a credit check and backup finance agreement even for a cash purchase. I understand the need to protect themselves from fraudulent buyers but would have appreciated the option to wait and take the car until after the check cleared. Brought the car into the service department in Dec,2024 for the 1st 10K service, installation of the front license plate bracket (which was missing from original purchase), and diagnosis of a noise coming from the driver's door area. I was told it could take as long as 4 days to complete because the noise diagnosis could take a while. Since a loaner was available, I agreed to the 4 days but requested a call to talk over the plan if the door needed to be taken a part. 2+ days after drop-off I received the inspection video which included video of the already dismantled door. No phone call, no text. I let it slide since they claimed to of recreated the noise in the door and a faulty clip was the solution. Fast forward to the end of day 4...tried to call and text to get an update but neither of these were returned. Day 7 (Xmas eve) finally received a text that the car was complete and ready for pickup without mention that they were closing early for the holiday. Changed my plans to get there before they closed only to be serenaded by an even worse door noise on my way home. Needless to say, very unhappy with the service I received. read more

I purchased a used 2018 S5 from Audi Wilsonville in October 2022 and at that time was very impressed as their sales department was good to deal with and I was happy with my car. I even purchased a 3 year 36,000 mile warranty to go with it. The problems started when it became necessary to get servicing done. I took my car in to get the tires balanced that the dealer installed when I bought the car. When I got my car back one of the center caps off my wheel was missing and they could not find it. Since then it has now been four months of very few phone calls, no emails, no updates, no center cap on my custom wheels. It's a minor thing that just looks really ugly on a high end car. This is an update to my last review: I do understand that my wheels are different than the standard Audi wheels and as such my center cap is a different size and more difficult to replace. Roman and Chris came through for me with a new complete set of center caps, color matched to my wheels and they look great, better than the ones that came off. The Electrify America credits offered by the dealership did not work. Electrify America said it was an Audi issue but customer support, the service dept., and sales management (assist. sales manager, Mel) said it was an Electrify America problem and would not rectify the problem. We lost 11% of our cummulative charging ability on our new Etron Quattro in just one year at only 9,000 miles despite working with the dealership service dept. The trip planning function did not work as it grossly over estimated how far the car could go on a charge. read more

This was the most enjoyable car buying experience I have ever had. Starting out to buy a A7 replacement for my A5 trade-in, we reached out to Wilsonville Audi and were connected with Kevyn G. He explained the lack of inventory for the A7, which we were expecting, but scheduled for us to test drive an A6 and discuss our options. With all of the uncertainty these days, car inventory is tricky and we were expecting to order an A7 and wait it out. I had done my research on various models, knew the differences, and was flexible knowing the various options ahead. Kevyn was ready for us when we arrived - he was extremely pleasant and personable and had the A6 ready for us to test drive. But knowing that I wanted something "more" than the A6, he also had the S6 ready to show. My partner and I had quite a few questions, and Kevyn answered all of them so that we had information to make a decision about special ordering a car versus buying the S6. I could not have been happier with the experience or point to anything that I wish was done differently. I bought the S6 and was laughing and smiling the entire drive home - the entire process was seamless and enjoyable, especially for buying a car! I attribute this to Kevyn and his great personality, the ease of the financial department and paperwork, and the fact that I did not question the decision at all. As for the S6, it is an incredible drive. My A5 brought me joy over the years. My Audi experience has been reliable and stylish performance vehicles with great customer service. We bought our Q3 two yers ago. The technology package has never worked. We just took the car in for an oil change and to finally get it to work so it recognizes us - but no one there knows how to make it work and they don't seem to want to take whatever steps are necessary to lear how. I will be writing to Audi HQ and asking for some sort of compensation. A class actions suit might also be a thought since I ams are there are many customers that bought their car at Wilsonville and have never had them work properly. read more

Buying a new car should be fun! After having an awful experience at a dealership in Beaverton, I was a bit guarded when I called to inquire about a Q5. I was specifically interested in the Navarro Blue and fortunately, despite low inventory everywhere, Audi Wilsonville had 2 in this color. From the moment I started talking to Maddie, she was so professional and warm and set up a test drive with Kevyn. When I arrived, both Q5's in Navarro Blue were waiting for me. Kevyn explained how the trims were different and accompanied me on my test drive. I had some questions about the SQ5 among other things and he always answered my questions thoroughly, never pressured me into my decisions, and was so thoughtful. From setting my seat preferences to putting a big Congratulations sign in the window, to doing the same on the box to the extra key, he made the car buying experience fun and seamless. This review is meant for those customers of Audi of Wilsonville having routine scheduled service , or , parts & repair OUT OF WARANTEE I have owned 4 Audi's over the past 25 years , The cars are excellent in my view . The Dealor services are excellent when the vehicle is under warantee . This dealorships costs to cutomers for both recommended services and any parts & repairs you may need after warantee I have found to be 20% to as much as 40% higher than what other Audi dealors charge for the same work . And ( by my expereince ) BE SURE TO SHOP BEFORE BUYING AN EXTENDED WARANTEE AT THIS DEALERSHIP . My expereice with them in this area has proved to me that i did not do my homework . They also practived an awful bait and switch . I WAS TOO TRUSTING ! Back to my just 2 days ago eperience at Audi of wilsonville - When confronted with the facts of ther VERY HIGH PRICE FOR WORK and informed this would result in a poor review , the service department finally did reduce their cost . But , they were even at that still $200 more after the discount then the two other Audi dealerships i had spoken with . In fact , i went on to a web based mechanic quote service after the fact to find that no one was anywhere near what they charged me ! As , this is no way to treat their customers i informed them that i was not going to be coming back . This will end a very long term relationship . As to their service people & their work - Their people are excellent and work is done right and on time . If , you arrange for a loaner that too comes off without a hitch . My issues would seem to be at the level of the Dealer management /ownership and not at all with the customer service interface people . The issue here is COST . I have found there to be no real loyalty IF what that is supposed to entail is a fair price . IF , they were 10% high to market I'd be ok with that . But , they are much more . And , don't take their word that what they charge is what AUDI charges . ( as in an Auidi mandated set fee as i was informed ) I have learned that kind of statement to be a misrepresentaion of the facts that is designed to make you think that the cost would be same at any Audi dealership . The truth is that these costs vary , and often , by more than what you would guess .......... ***** I beleive EVERY customer looking to come into this dealorship for service should call ahead and provide vehicle VIN number and service ( in my case the 115,000 mile recomended service ) and do themselves the huge favor of getting a quote . Contact 2 or 3 other Audi dealorships with the same information , and , an independant Audi Certified mechanic too. Do this for parts & repairs as well . YOU WILL BE VERY GLAD THAT YOU DID ! AS TO LOYALTY - I have found that the mere fact that you bought the car at Audi of Wilsoville and in fact have been a long term loyal Audi customer does not buy you anything by way of reasonable price for service at this dealership . Even after following their instructions to get a real-person call back what i did get nearly 3 hours later was a garbled call back and a hang-up . Their service in this area rates an " F " . I got stuck with payments they both knew I couldn't make, after I got a restraining order on Ken, he refused to sign paperwork for 5 months refusing to let me to get rid of the vehicle because he was continuing to stalk and track me via the my Audi app, and Audi refused to even talk to me about the situation. Best decision ever. Within an hour of speaking on the phone with GM Josh, I was sent information on 3 cars that met exactly what we were looking for - no attempt at upselling to the highest model. Before we even arrived on site, we had a base price outlined - no haggling necessary. Based on that information we stopped on our drive down to the coast. Josh connected us with Joe who was wonderful. Meeting all of our expectations, he had the two cars we had narrowed down to ready and at the door before we even arrived. He gave us time to look without any pressure and went as fast as possible with the paperwork. The trade in and new values were fair, and straightforward. Kevyn, Tim & Mo gave my husband and I the BEST experience. We had previously tried two other locations and the service and team was honestly horrible. I almost wrote off purchasing an Audi Q8 because of that. However, the moment we started working with Kevyn until the end was amazing. He was helpful, not pushy, patient with all my back and forth and truly wanted me to find the RIGHT car for me. I never felt any pressure. In fact once we did decide to purchase, everything was SO easy. They didn't try to haggle me, and made a very good deal for an AMAZING car. They were upfront and honest about everything, which I cannot say that all Audi is like that, specifically Tacoma was horrendous and tried to sell us a used car as "new". I purchased a gently used vehicle from Audi Wilsonville over one year ago. While I am happy with the vehicle so far, I am extremely disappointed in the face-to-face employee interactions during and subsequent to my purchase. While reviewing financing options, I was told that I could purchase a bumper-to-bumper, road-to-roof warranty that covered the life of the loan. I was skeptical but the Audi employee assured me everything was legit. I moved forward on his assurances and purchased this warranty because it seemed like a good investment for a car with ~55k miles. Shockingly, I was lied to at a car dealership. Fast forward a month or so and I received a call from an Audi manager inquiring about my interaction with said employee. I explained I was under the impression my warranty was for the life of my loan, even if I paid it off early from what the employee told me. I was told this employee was no longer with the company and after auditing his files, they found inconsistencies and needed to follow up with his customers because the warranty I purchased just covered the odometer until 72k miles, I think. I was assured they would make this right and expected a remedy to follow in my email. When I did not receive a follow-up email or call, I took time to go to Audi Wilsonville and follow-up in person. I talked with another manager who said the previous manager who called me was no longer with the company. This new manager took my information, reviewed and copied my warranty contract, and assured me he would "kick it up" the command chain and remedy the situation. NOTHING has been sent to me. I am extremely angry that not only am I out thousands of dollars for a warranty I would not have otherwise purchased, I am upset NOBODY has taken accountability to either 1. Refund my money or 2. Actually honor the contract I signed in good faith after an interaction with the Audi agent. This is no way to run a business, ethically or legally. You are responsible for training your employees and if you find they did not receive proper training OR acted with intentional deception, YOU MAKE IT RIGHT. I now have to escalate my complaints as well as write well-deserved reviews to warn others. read more

BEWARE!!! We bought an Audi from this dealership. My experience here with our sales person was good, however this review is for the process followed During and after purchase. This dealership is shoddy in their work and deceitful to their customers: 1. We were given a temporary car registration and were told that our car title and papers would be sent to the DMV immediately. We were asked to wait two weeks before visiting the DMV to register our car which we did. Two weeks later when we went to the DMV, much to our shock they had not received our car documents yet. We called up Audi Wilsonville to discover that they are too"busy" to send the documents out. Wtf? You are too busy to do your job that was supposed to be done two weeks ago? 2. We had a pre-approved loan from our bank and were NOT getting financing done via the dealership. However the dealership forced us to fill a credit application form under the pretense of the Patriot Act. On doing research later, we found out this is bullshit. When paying with cash or prearranged financing, a dealer has no right to coerce you to agree to a credit check by invoking the USA Patriot Act. They do this to judge you credit wise to try and make more profit out of you. If you decide to buy a car from this place, make sure to research anything they say. Also follow up with them on the process after the sale, because they are untrustworthy and inefficient. read more
