    Wired not wireless.

    As others have indicated the sales people here are shady and will have no problem lying to you. Sabrina was helping me. I wanted a car with the Technology package to include wireless CarPlay. She lied to me and told me that the car did have that feature and "Wireless Apple CarPlay and Android auto are standard in all audi models since 2021." Fun fact: it is not. That did not stop her from repeatedly lying about it. I finally asked if she could provide me a picture of it. She provided a picture of the wired CarPlay interface and kept lying and saying it was wireless.

    I don't normally write reviews but this was a particularly egregious, and scuzzy experience. I've owned Audis for many years. I went to Audi Wilsonville to upgrade from a 2020 A7 to a 2023 S7 with the intent to place an order for delivery of a car directly from the factory. So, delivery of a car means there is no real significate amount of upkeep, salesmanship, and general minimal work from the dealer. The salesman attempted to charge me a $26,000 after-market dealer mark-up. So that is approx 25% markup over MSRP (the cost of a whole new Mazda). When asked what I was paying for he couldn't explain it but said that it was because of demand........I've.....never....had someone try to rip me off so egregiously and without care. He said this was standard practice and that all Audi and car dealerships were doing this (normalizing the scam/price gouging). ****For clarity, the salesman did describe the charge as an ADM and rationalized it because of market demand. ADM is an "after-market dealer markup". It was not for anything I requested and he reported that it was non-negotiable because the car would be sold wether I purchased it or not. So, I left, called Audi Beaverton and drove 18-miles up the road to place the order with them for MSRP value. So, to clarify, Audi Wilsonville tried to charge me $133,000 for a $106,000 car. Audi Beaverton, had no problem placing the order and recognized that they had a free sale with no work. I'm not going to get into the multiple different quotes for fixing an air vent going from 3k to 1k after I commented on how they are charging more than medical providers per hour. (The part requested to be ordered can be found on the Audi website for approx. $150). These guys are not ethical, and unless you like giving money away I would really suggest going to just about any other Audi Dealer though Audi Beaverton appears the most honest. You've been warned. ****8/13/22 - Was contacted by the Sales Manager this morning requesting I take down the Yelp! review. I've been struggling with this all day because I'm not a big fan of creating conflict. Upon discussing it with friends I feel that it would be right to leave the review up as it's accurate and warns others. I appreciated the Sales Manager contacting me but I think transparency is important. I also want to make sure that anyone purchasing automobiles or making large purchases are checking and fully vetting the dealers as well as reading what they are signing.

    This dealership doesn't deserve any stars. 2016 I leased a new Audi A4 with 15 miles on the car. Paperwork was simple- Anton had to lie about my credit score to get me into the car. (1st red flag.) Anton who also sold the car states the mileage allowance. I then asked: "What happens if I go over?" Anton: "As long as you return the Audi and good condition & plan on purchasing another car from us you won't have to worry about that." LIE! Fast forward to September 2019 I return to Audi to return the lease. I wait for a little bit. And Jason Lockwood comes back to tell me my credit isn't issue however I've gone over on mileage and that totals $8,000. So, you can pay that now or best option is refinance, pay the car down for about a year or two and then trade it in. Also they values my Audi at $11,000. Remind you it's a $45,000 model Jason let's me know those are my options. Jason proceeds to tell me the car payment will go down... $500 to $478.13 wow what a tremendous jump. Now being a female and this was my second big purchase in life, I don't know car dealerships or rules etc. I end up refinancing the car. The car is priced at $25,000+ and with interest they tacked on $10,000. The loan rolling out to 2026. Sold "as is." No warranty. Fast forward about 30 days. I'm still extremely upset because the day I came to return the Audi I was there to return it for something AFFORDABLE & practical as a single working parent. I call the dealership & ask for a manager, Sam is the lucky winner. Sam reassured me that he's sorry that's what happened, to come in "we'll make it better," we hate seeing customers leave unhappy and unhappy in a car they don't want. We'll make this right.     This dealership is amazing! I was in the market for a new car and was curious about Audi's because of their quality. After a walk through of the lot, my husband and I went inside to ask about test drives. Issac greeted us right away and grabbed all the keys and walked us out to each car. He was very helpful with telling me about the features on the car while I was driving. Issac made it very easy and no pressure to pull the numbers and find the perfect financing for me to go home in the highest quality car I've ever owned. I wasn't 100% sure about buying an Audi when walking in, but I am so happy with this dealership and Issac. Stop by and find him, he's by far the best sales person I've ever dealt with!

    Audi Wilsonville is an exceptional dealership as every luxury car should come with first class service. We experienced a low pressure sale without expectation from our rep Alex Hoffman. He went above and beyond what I consider normal and helped us get exactly what we "wanted" above everything else. He placed our needs above a sale and spent several days over multiple visits making our purchase perfect. Being picky people, he's earned our loyalty for as long as he's at Audi. I would recommend anyone looking for first class, luxurious service to request him directly. We truly appreciate all of your help Alex. Thank you for making us smile, laugh and feel cared for. That was the best car buying experience I've ever had! Throw a cheers in there for Moe! I bet he's completely under appreciated and probably needs more fun jokes thrown at him. Cheers brother!

There was zero reason to have it that long, and there were no updates from these guys, I had to call every day, multiple times per day. I kept being told they would give me a call back, which never happened. They ordered a part for me and it got sent to the wrong store, because they have 3 names: Milex, Mr. transmission, and also Protech. Too much room for confusion, too much miscommunication. I would never take my car there again, and the owner (Bob) needs to retire and stop being creepy toward women. He's made multiple remarks about my mother that are extremely uncomfortable and creepy as hell.

    I hired Anthony Kraft on 12/2/201, the owner of Kraftsman Mobile Automotive, to fix my car. After…read moreabout 30 minutes he figured out a part in the steering column needed to be replaced. Anthony asked for payment in full and he would run into the parts store to buy the part needed. It took a couple of days for the part to come in. On Saturday - Anthony came out again to work on the car to install the new part. After about an hour he stated a cable snapped and would need to be replaced. Anthony said the Napa store had the part. He was suppose to pick it up and come right back. He never did! I've tried calling for 3 days, but Anthony never called back to finish the job. I've had to hire another mechanic to come out to finish the job. Be warned - Anthony will rip you off. I hope no one else gets ripped off like I did. I would not recommend this business. A police report was filled out, and the Sheriff's office will follow up. Maybe a few months in jail will change his mind.

Unfortunately I did not see this previous Yelp review when I found Anthony's business for mobile auto service for my mother of senior age. She established a trusting relationship with him and contacted him for service on a few occasions, where he completed service and charged her credit card. After taking on an extra job for her of pressure washing her driveway, he had apparently stored her credit card information in his billing system and charged her over $4,000 in unauthorized charges. After discovering these charges we attempted to contact him, and now both numbers are no longer in service. We have reported the fraudulent activity and working to remove the charges, but this is a prime example of a sleazeball taking advantage of a senior and running up charges. Sad life choice, Anthony!
