They want you to try everything, which is awesome. No one wants to buy a marinade or sauce just to get home and not like it. The store is small but organized extremely well from not hot, to blow your socks off. (I'm a blow your socks off kind of gal, so the far right of each table is where you'll find me.) I've tried 2 marinades, 2 salsas, 3 hot sauces, and both Bloody Mary mixes. And of course they are amazing but I already knew that because I tasted them all first. I had one of their sandwich specials, which was the turkey, brie, gruyere, and bacon (with a mayo called "prickly pear jalapeno mayo) on excellent grilled focaccia bread. In fact, it was my favorite sandwich of the trip. We ate outside on the patio, which was nice. Although you order at the counter, they bring your food to your table (it was a bit slow) and you bus your table too.

He has good tastes as the little weird or misc items he packed inside are great tasting and good vendors, prices are what you would expect the only store like this in town to be.
