He has good tastes as the little weird or misc items he packed inside are great tasting and good vendors, prices are what you would expect the only store like this in town to be. The employees appear to be there only to wander around glaring with hostility at any customer that might approach them.

I have a loyalty card, which helps me save 10-40 cents a gallon of gas when I tank up. Shop before 8am or after 8pm. Avoid the first Wednesday of the month as that is when retirees flood the store for their 10% discount. The deli isn't stocked until 10:30, and no baked chicken until later. I do like their deli offerings. Best deals for that is late afternoon. I find their meats and chicken cheaper here than Safeway. Always check the ads. They often have unannounced specials. The aisles are wide enough for two carts to move through. It can get crowded in the vegetable aisles, though. I wasn't crazy about the company switching to self-check lanes. I prefer a large load to be checked by an employee, rather than me being watched by a high schooler. There are usually two lanes with employees for that, but they can get long. Parking is plentiful.

This coop is overpriced on just about everything. They do have a few good items at reasonable…read moreprices but that is a very few. Also, for a coop one would expect some degree of knowledge of basic natural foods. One person who worked there actually said they had no wheat berries but they did have strawberries! They have a huge selection of supplements and other "healthy" products that are loaded with questionable additives so I don't think they consider or know enough to check over ingredients before ordering. There are a few nice people who work there and also others who are rude at best. I go there occasionally for the few things they have at a good price or when I don't want to wait to order online. For a food coop it's not a particularly warm environment.
