The lady took down my information (name and phone number) and handed me a ticket for pickup. For pickup, I handed her my ticket and she gave me my shirt in a protective plastic. The shirt was cleaned and pressed with no signs of the oil stains left. 1 shirt is $3.50. High quality service at affordable prices. I gave up on my other cleaners nearby when a coat and three dresses and a shirt cost over 80 bucks. The coat wasn't even wool or leather. I shop this Krogers all the time so checked reviews and they were mixed. I tried them last week and was blown away. At pickup expecting 60 to 80 for what I'd left (a 3 piece suit, 3 dresses and a blouse) with underarm staining (solid deodorant) on the dresses. Not only did they get it ALL out, it was $45. Amazing. I asked if I could purchase some basic black buttons, six of them, to repair a much loved shirt, and the man helping me brought me the box so I could choose the correct size and then wouldn't charge me for them. Amazed again! But it wasn't until I got home that I was truly knocked off my feet. I stripped the bags and protective paper sleeves to transfer my garments to my hangars, especially my suit which requires a curved suit jacket hangar to maintain its correct shoulder shape and drape, and there was already a plastic suit jacket overlay on the wire hanger my jacket was on. And for the matching skirt, instead of being safety pinned onto a wire hangar like the other shop always did, there was a disposable skirt hangar with the clips on my skirt. BEYOND AMAZED. Beyond. I would never take anything to this cleaner. Used to be great until it was sold to family. They have lost my clothes in the past and today gave my husband the wrong items of a duvet insert and duvet cover. I went to exchange and pick up my items to see that they had used a chemical to clean the duvet cover (according to the owner) and completely changed the color of the duvet cover. His wife then argued to not refund my money! The duvet cover was gray when dropped off and now is ivory. Worst service ever. So disappointing and infuriating. If I could give zero stars I would. This is the first review I have ever posted because I feel so strongly about the poor quality of service. read more

I dropped off 3 shirts on Monday to be pressed and cleaned and to replace 2 buttons on one. It took 48 hours before it was ready, and I even gave them an extra day. I show up to get my shirts and they aren't ready, and I'm told to wait while she quickly ironed one of my shirts. Why was it not pressed with the other 2 shirts idk... it cost $11.37 for three shirts($3.50 each) which to me is way too much! They don't have a drop off box, or drive through window, they gave me problems about not having my ticket. They did a good job cleaning them, but have poor customer service and not accommodating or punctual and expensive! Will not be returning here read more

I've found it! I've actually found it! A cleaner that doesn't make you feel like you've been "taken to the cleaners"! I generally avoid dry cleaners at all costs because of my horrific experiences with them. But I absolutely had to have a Hilfiger down quilt cleaned otherwise it would end up in the trash. Thanks to a tip from my daughter-in-law, I gave Cypresswood Cleaners a try. This quilt had stains on it from years ago. I had tried over the years to spot clean it (it has a bright pink, duck-cotton fabric cover) with limited success. I'd been quoted upwards of $50 to clean it, and for a twin-sized piece, I thought that was steep. So some of the blemishes were old. But when an entire 16-ounce bottle of Diet Coke was spilled on it, I had no choice. Yuk. In one day and out the next: under $18 and they got all but two small stains out (and they were very old, small stains). Un-freakin-believable! No fade on the color of the cover and be damned if this thing didn't look great! Apologies were given for not getting out all of the stains -- jeez, I was happy to get the Diet Coke out! They got out stains that had been there for, um, YEARS. Super-friendly employees and although it's a bit of a drive from my house, it's worth the trip. Easy access with plenty of parking, as it's located in the Kroger shopping center. I will most certainly be back, because if they did this great a job on this needy an item, I'm confident they'll do superb work on routine dry cleaning. read more

money hungry with no common sense or regard for customer service. Took a $200 jacket to get the sleeves hemmed and the sleeves came out UNEVEN. The guy tells me that my arms are uneven and that it is natural. WHAT?! i have him measure me right there to prove to him and call his bs. they take it back and offer to fix it. I pick it up a 2nd time and take it home, not paying attention to it and trusting them. i pull it out about a month later and find that it is still uneven. I take it back and they make a face but take it back nonetheless. at this point, im done with them and just want them to fix it since i paid for it already. I go to pick it up a 3rd time and this time, i try it out. its fixed (too short now in the sleeves since they cut out too much fabric and cannot be adjusted anymore) but i quietly accept it, say thanks and start to walk out. At this time, they tell me that they usually charge for this and that they have made an exception for me. WHAT?!! ruined my jacket, made me go there 3 times, still ruined, and you're doing me a favor by not charging me again?! I went off on them. stay away from this place. I shouldve known better when a business keeps their front doors wide open to avoid running up the AC bill, they certainly do not have a care for a customer. The only thing I do not like and doesn't work for me is that I cannot drop my clothes off Friday morning and pick up on Saturday afternoon. Apparently they don't dry clean like that. He told me it would be "next week". That was the second time I was told that. So I went elsewhere. And picked up my uniforms Saturday afternoon, in time to wear them to work Monday. read more
