I dropped off 20 Lovesac covers at this cleaner on a Wednesday and was told they would be ready by Monday. I returned five days later to pick them up and immediately noticed that several of my cream-colored covers had a red/pink tint to them. When I brought this to the owner's attention, she said she didn't know how it happened and offered me a discount. After I paid, I explained that the covers still needed to be fixed since they had been damaged during cleaning. She then told me that because she had given me a discount, I had essentially accepted the mistake. I disagreed, as these covers are very expensive and should have been cleaned properly the first time. She set aside seven damaged covers and told me they would be ready in three days. She also stated that if she was able to fix them, I would need to pay the difference from the original price because she corrected the issue. I explained that I should not be charged extra to fix a mistake that occurred during the original service. When I returned, the discoloration had been corrected, but the covers had not been pressed. I was told to come back the next day after 5 PM. When I arrived at 5:45 PM, I was told they still weren't ready because they were busy and to return in 30 minutes. After waiting, four of the seven covers were still not properly pressed and remained very wrinkled. Although she offered to press them again, I declined because I was tired of making repeated trips. The most frustrating part of this experience was the lack of accountability and customer service. At no point did the owner apologize for damaging my items or for the multiple delays. Instead, I was made to feel as though I was inconveniencing her by asking her to correct mistakes that should never have happened in the first place. While the discoloration was eventually fixed, the entire process was stressful, time-consuming, and handled unprofessionally. And tried to make me feel as though she deserved to get paid full price for ruining my covers. Between the damage to my covers, multiple return trips, missed deadlines, and lack of accountability, this was not the level of service I expected. when I first went in the cleaners and brought the jackets there for my roommate to see how much it would be, well right away the lady that works at the cleaners complained about the smoke on the jackets. i told her that we would come back. then the lady gave my roommate a hard time about her smoking. I mean really. yeah the lady at the cleaners said she has allergies but you don't give a customer a hard time about smoking. and telling my roommate how will she get a boyfriend. that is so wrong. the lady didn't have to give my roommate a hard time. then she took are picture too. the lady needs to learn good customer service. read more

She kept going on and on about my old jackets smelling like cigarette. Kept saying she has allergies, why do I smoke, I need to stop, how can I get a boyfriend when I smoke?? Haha! After trying to bite my tongue too many times. I went off on her. She tried to snatch my ticket out of my hand to deny washing my clothes. That didn't work. She started screaming at me when I grabbed my bag and was trying to walk out. She followed behind my roomate and I still yelling and taking pictures of myself and my roomates car license. This dry cleaner is really cheap! They are fast, too. I haven't had any problems with things being lost or damaged, but my clothes don't look quite as nice as they have from other cleaners. For the price though, it's a good place. read more

There to pick up my dry cleaning. I had 2 other customers in front of me; and soon there were about 8 customers behind me. i did NOT have my ticket with me nor could I remember the exct day I dropped off my dry cleaning. The female owner could not locate their copy of my ticket in their ticket turn style. I she looked at my credit card to ensure the spelling. She still could not find it. She asked that I step aside so she can help her other customers. I did not like it but I did. She looked through the turn rack looking for my items. She could not find. She finally said "oh well, they do not have my items" I told her they must be there can she continue to look. She became beligerant with me saying that she is trying to "help" me, as if she was doing my a favor. She pulled her other customers into the situation trying to get them to vouche for her and the dry cleaner. This was very emabarassing as I felt she was trying to make a specitcal of me. I asked her what she was looking for when she was going throught the turn rack. She said my name. I asked if it was possible they mistakenly put the wrong ticket on my items and could I look as I could recognize my items. She said they "do not make mistakes there. They do not have my clothes!" The coverstaion admitingly became heated. She turned and looked on their ticket turn style and asked what my phone number was again. This would have been at least the third time I am telling her this. My ticket was right there. There was a type O with just one letter off the correct spelling. Not error enough not to be able to not recognize my name. Not once did she apologize for her MISTAKE. She even said "this is how you people are in this country, appreciate nothing"!! It was a vey ugly situation and I do not recommend ANYONE using their services. There are too many dry cleaners in the area to have to put up with this kind of unprofessionalism. read more

This place was the worst! I had read all the reviews here on yelp so I decided to give them a try. I brought two pairs of slacks in that I needed cleaned & pressed for an event I had that weekend. Due to my work schedule I asked my wife to pick them up for me. My wife stopped by after work and when she went to pay she was told they only accepted cash under $10, so my wife had to leave and find an atm. When she returned with cash the clerk who was at the front had given my two pairs of slacks to another customer (why?). Now I would think an establishment like this would have some sort of system set up to make sure the right garments go to the right people. Guess not! But that's not where this story ends. After my wife had given me the run down I called the lady who I assumed would take responsibility for my loss to see how we could get the situation rectified. I let her know that both of the slacks were my options 1 & 2 that I had for the event (one wool, one cotton) she told me to go ahead and get another pair of slacks and they would reimburse me for the cost since the mistake was on their part. So I go to Macy's and find the cheapest pair of wool slacks in the clearance section for about $80 (mind you the total cost of my lost slacks was about $200) So after the weekend I stop by to meet the lady to be reimbursed, I show her my receipt and she flips on me saying that these pants are too expensive, that she thought that I was getting a regular pair of dockers or some Walmart brand, and that she could only give me $30 for my trouble. $30!!!?? I just took a loss of $280!!! She stated that all her customers were loyal and that whoever took the pants would return them. Well it's been 4 months still no call, no loyal customers returning my stuff. So I would highly recommend going elsewhere for your dry cleaning needs! And if whoever has my pants is reading this, who steals pants??! Shame on you and this place!! read more

What a joke of a cleaners!!!! I dropped a tie off to be cleaned and noticed they have massive signs stating they have a seamstress on hand and are experts at alterations, so I bring back a second tie that needs mending. They say they can't do it, okay fine. Then I ask to pay for the other tie and they inform me that they can only charge $10 and up on a credit card. There are zero signs stating this policy inside the business. I was not informed of this policy when I dropped off my tie & I explain this to the front desk person. The front desk person proceeds to tell me that the credit card machine will automatically charge my card $10 because that's how it works I would have been happy to go get cash but lying to a customer is a very poor business practice and makes your business look sleazy and cheap. There are a million dry cleaners within a 5 mile radius of your shop and you choose to offer poor customer service and questionable business practices. Get it to read more
