I had to be literally sewn into the dress moments before the wedding--a nightmare scenario for any special occasion. When I brought the issue to their attention, they agreed to replace the zipper. I explained that the original zipper was small and discreet, and it needed to match. The woman working there dismissed my concern, telling me, "I know, shes a professional." When I picked it up again, the new zipper was huge, completely wrong for the dress, and looked ridiculous. They again promised to fix it. Two more weeks go by, and when I returned to finally pick it up, it still wasn't fixed. This has been a frustrating, time-consuming, and incredibly disappointing experience. She leads to tell me that my gray wool/ cashmere sweater was damaged in the cleaning process that there were hole in it already there and invisible to the naked to eye to where you can't see it until it goes through the cleaning process and they get bigger. What in the world of excuse is that. No maam I tell her this sweater was just ordered! Very unprofessional be careful with your items definitely the worst of the worst!

So I came here to wash my huge alternative comforter and I haven't been to a washing machine place…read moresince I was a kid so basically in the 90s I had to ask him if I could use the washing machine in the front and I also didn't know how to pay, so can you show me how to do that and then a lady in there showed me how to start the dryer and then I didn't know how to put my soap in the dispensers so the man that works there show me how to do that so that was nice. The place was really clean. He was actually cleaning when I was there. There is no trash on the floor anywhere all the areas that you would fold. Your clothes are clean all the pressing machine was clean. I didn't know that they had that that was cool. There was clean seating, clean vending machines and also I didn't know that you needed one of those cards to pay for that either I was trying to use my debit card. I'm like why is it not working? The staff is very nice. The area where he sits with the soap and everything behind him which I wish I knew that they had that there because I had to go into the dollar tree to get some soap, but that is very convenient. I love that there is nothing wrong with the place at all. Also paying 2.50 to use the washing machine then paying 2.50 to use the dryer is not a lot since you're literally going there to use. It is a clean place. It's convenient.

The service, cleanliness, friendliness of the staff, and quality of the cleaning is top shelf. Their prices are also amazing! For example, I took my 9x12 Ruggable rug in on 06/08/2026 to have them wash and dry it and it was only $30 + tax. The rug was ready the next day and it looked fabulous and smelled amazing. I can't recommend Laundry Wish enough!
