The half price appetizer at the bar for "Appy" hour were amazing! The drinks top notch and not skimpy. The staff was entertaining and very pleasant! You cannot get a better atmosphere or view! I love this place.

if god himself came to earth this is where he would stay. ethereal doesn't begin to describe the beauty and perfection that the resort offers

Inside - don't request a regular table by the window. You need the high top.

We always go to Pelham house when we visit Cape Cod. This visit was good. We started with the clam chowder and the crab cake. They were good. For mains we had fish and chips and the steak. The fish and chips were amazing but the steak was just okay. I would also like to give everyone a tip about seating. We waited to get a table by the window. We took a regular height table but didn't realize that there is a white metal strip that goes around the middle of the window. It's exactly at eye level so it blocks your view of the ocean. I'd recommend getting a high top near the window to make the most of your view. Then you'd be able to see the ocean.

We ended up here after we tried another restaurant that was booked with a wedding and were told that this was a great spot to try and it was! We were able to get in pretty quickly and got a high top table with a view of the water. Very friendly staff and a great cup of clam chowder and a lobster roll.

This review is for the Waves restaurant at the Pelham Resort Vibe: Upscale, oceanside, outdoor dining with fire pits lining clear glass panels, looking out on a small grassy area and the ocean beyond. Service: Very good, we were seated quickly without a reservation although would recommend a reservation during peak season/hours as it was busy. Our server was very good, the runner was definitely a new seasonal worker and got tables mixed up a few times. Food: Very good, we really enjoyed everything we got. The menu features sushi, poke bowls, and flatbreads in addition to more varied appetizers. Crispy smashed potatoes - perfectly crispy and and served with tasty sauces, ample portion. Firecracker roll - a delicious cucumber wrapped, rice-less sushi, exceeded expectations Shrimp ceviche - very good, expected a bit more citrus flavor, was a bit spicy, overall delicious. This was a very tasty meal of shared appetizers, prices are not cheap but food is very good quality, service is good, and the setting is very nice, would recommend.

    The view!

GORGEOUS view. Lovely drinks. Food is excellent. Lana the waitress is the best! Sweet, kind, helpful, and her energy is contagious! Even the hostess was so sweet. The fantastic team made the night even better! We love the spectacular view of the ocean, the ambiance, the cocktails, apps everything! You must come for sunset! Even in the fall it is so fabulous!

Settings. Plural. Beautiful views on every level. We had a reservation for an early dinner at the rooftop restaurant. I had looked at their website to learn they also had a guitar singer by the pool, so we planned to do that after. Turned out an excellent plan. The Pelham Rooftop is spectacular. Incredible Nantucket Sound views and very modern design. My friend and I had thought ahead of time we'd share small plates. We did order to share one lobster roll warm with butter. Of course yum. The server recommended the asparagus frites which were delicious and enough for four. Great way to get your veggies. Their wine list is large and we liked starting with their special margarita. We then went to the pool to listen to a performer. He was fantastic, singing Jimmy Buffet and Paul Simon and more. Fire pits there and some folks were having dinner at tables. We could see that all the settings (lawn, beach, Waves restaurant) had the amazing views. And we happened to be there on a spectacular July day. Looks like a nice place to stay too. Cheers.

Beautiful setting with an upscale non-cape menu. You can actually get fresh food. We went just for a quick bite and had the most relaxing time. I love to concoct cocktails so I asked the bartender to make me something not on the menu. A fig bourbon Manhattan. She nailed it. I had charred Cara Cara oranges with roasted beats, pomegranate and pistachio with the creamiest burrata cheese and toasted bread for dipping in the balsamic glaze. Delicious. My partner had pork schnitzel which he loved. All the waitresses are all super friendly and nice. Go for the view, but love the food.

This meal at the pool house was everything I wanted! They were able to swap seared tuna for chicken & it made my meal even better! The view was impeccable, especially at sunset. The hostess, Allie, was so warm & welcoming & our waitress, Maggie was very accommodating and lovely all the way through! 10/10 recommend!!

    Restaurant view

We ate there for dinner and everyone from the valet to the waitstaff were wonderful! Our meal was great, I had scallops and pea risotto and it was perfect. My husband had the fried haddock and chips and raved about the entire meal including the summer slaw! Dressed was an orange flan, so good! The property was well manicured and the oceanfront views were spectacular!

It was a slower weekend, likely because the on-site bar and restaurant aren't open for the season yet, and the weather was still a bit chilly. We stayed in the Cross Rip building, one of the two main buildings on the property. The room we stayed in was small, quaint and a bit dated in terms of decor and appliances. There are also a few houses available to rent and a pool house with a game room located across the street. The game room was a bit of a letdown--only the shuffleboard was usable, and we couldn't find paddles or pucks for air hockey or ping pong. It's possible you need to request them, but nothing was clearly indicated and we didn't end up asking about it. The highlight of our stay was definitely the heated pool and outdoor jacuzzi at our building! we spent a lot of time there. It was never crowded, and at times it felt like we had the whole place to ourselves. I imagine it gets a bit busier as the season kicks into gear. Every staff member we interacted with was warm and welcoming. I'd absolutely come back for the peaceful atmosphere and beautiful setting!

So allegedly we got the wedding room block rate, and only charge us for poolside, well next morning went to turn the keys in for the new room keys and they need the charge card because we're changing rooms, I tried to tell manager mike the situation about the reservation being messed and why we needed the new room we already paid the deposit in March and the remainder when we checked in so it was already paid for and we thought there was discount for the wedding. His response "we don't offer discounts, you are getting upgraded, and we need to have the charge and you people shouldn't be coming at me like this I don't know what you people are talking about. But you can check out if you want" well we are there for a wedding and he knew it and every place requires minimum 2 nights. It has a great location steps to the beach (about 250 according to the innkeeper), a pool, a newly obtained liquor license so you can purchase drinks, and a friendly staff. It all made for a pleasant place to stay. The included continental breakfast was very nice - it is limited to 8am to 9:30am. A nice selection of yogurts, cereals, bread items, fruit, hard boiled eggs, juice. Also has one of those press a button, get a pancake machine. A couple of toasters, but they toast slowly. Fresh coffee is available at 7am, and Keurig machine is located in the lobby. The grounds are well maintained with beautiful flowers and greenery out front. The rooms all have chairs so you can sit outside with a pool in the center of property. A good idea for the Commodore would be to install a clothes drying rack in front of the rooms since everyone uses the chairs to hang wet bathing suits, towels, etc.. could make things more convenient and look neater. The rooms were nicely updated. The bathroom in our room (125) was very small, but luckily the sink is outside. The toilet/bathtub area's door barely clears the toilet so it feels a bit small - especially if its more than 2 in a room. The in the wall AC worked well, and the white noise it generates help to block outside noise. There was an issue about drinking your own alcohol you brought in since they now have a liquor license. There was sign in the room that your own alcohol could not be consumed anywhere on the grounds. I never heard of this before, but Massachusetts has strange liquor laws so something you may want to keep in mind. I like they have free to borrow beach chairs and beach carts for bringing stuff to the beach - so no need to pay the $20 parking fee to bring a car to the super close beach. Shuffleboard and cornhole games are on the grounds. Harwich is a nice, family friendly town with some nice places to eat nearby, or a short drive to other parts of the Cape.
