I cannot thank the people at Copeland Subaru's service center enough!! Traveled to Cape for a…read morewedding this weekend, and my car wouldn't start. Mind you, this same problem happened while I was home in NY, but at that time, the AAA person assured me that my battery was fine, and that I'd be safe to travel "as usual", including long distances - which is why I still drove, and I'm equally grateful that I made it to Cape safely. In hindsight, knowing what I know now, I would've delayed my trip by a few hours and gotten this resolved back home. Either way, I'm in a panic and called AAA to help me jumpstart, but I still needed somewhere to go to fix the issue. This was already 2pm so when I found this Subaru location, they were very upfront with me about whether or not they could help me given time constraints, but given the unexpected nature (and my pleas), they were willing to try. Ryan at Copeland Subaru was kind enough to offer to have someone drive over to jumpstart my car (I was super close by, otherwise it wasn't something they'd usually do) since we weren't sure how long AAA was going to take, and I was trying to reach them by 3. Thankfully AAA arrived in minutes from my request, got me started, and I was about to get to the Subaru. Immediately upon arrival, they checked me in, got all my info, and got started. I had probably checked in with them 3-4x in the few hours I was waiting since I had been trying to make it to a rehearsal dinner that evening, and not once did they make me feel like I was a bother. They diagnosed, changed my battery, gave me recommendations, and sent me on my way - and I made it to the dinner! I am forever grateful! Everyone here is genuinely kind, and I will never stop recommending them enough for the transparency, efforts, and patience they gave to make sure I would safely travel home again!

Went to j&j auto in south yarmouth, witch is about a hr and 6 minutes from me to go look at a honda…read moreridgeline. That i seen online some where, forgot what site it was. After going to see about 4 other ridglines from other places including a trip to seabrook new hampshire, So went to j&j auto looked underneath the truck, no rot, then this gentleman walked up and said how you doing, can ihelp you, so i asked about the ridgeline, and he talked to me about it, and let me take a test drive. His name is hassan, really nice guy, we talked about the price, we met at a good deal , i bought the truck in cash, 2 days later the battery was dead, called hassan he said no problem bring the truck back, i'll put in a new battery, went there 2 days later, he did what he said he would , new battery, give this place a look at when your shopping for your next vehicle, hassan and his teamwill help you out, i'll check them out if i get another vehicle, thanks hassan .
