We had bought the car at a suburban Boston dealer who will not be named. That dealer tried to say that the issue was normal wear and tear, even though the folks at Mazda USA said it was a manufacturer's fault. The Boston dealer was extremely rude and dismissive. We will never go there again. Turn the page to Mazda Cape Cod; they were friendly, understanding, and professional. They fixed the problem immediately. I cannot say enough good things about this Service Department, and special commendations to Corey German, Rafael Hernandez, and the technician Daryl Delancey. And thanks also to Mazda USA.
