The hydrangeas arrived in perfect condition. All of the interactions I had with the staff at chatham Agway were superb. All of the people I dealt with at Chatham Agway were extremely helpful, pleasant and knowledgeable. There was a plentiful supply of bushes, colorful flowers, herbs and plants. Paid in full in early July as they were coming to install. After several trips here and 3 different subcontractors including a trip where the subcontractor showed up and asked us where the fencing materials were! Which then led to Walpole finally calling me to only find out that materials were stolen by the last sub! Finally, the fence was completed mid October! Oh during installation they cut through our irrigation line. Another $190 to get that fixed. We have been promised payment for the $190 and some $$ back for all the problems. NOTHING! Fence is nice but the trouble not worth it! Walpole is incompetent! Stay away!

I never got an estimate, in fact, I never got any response at all. my emails to the man who came to take the measurements went unanswered. My calls directly to the store initially went unreturned. On the third try I spoke to a salesman who promised to get back to me, twice- he didn't. Next I spoke to the manager who promised me an answer five days ago. And I haven't heard back. What kind of service is this? NONE. I understand the times are difficult, but I also understand that in a service business the very least you can do is return the customer's call and at least try to fix the problem. I would not work with these people under any circumstances.
