$70 for pedicure? I'll pay that much at a 5 star resort on vacation, but at Mashpee Commons? Need to replace the low back chairs. So uncomfortable. And you have to put your foot on the technicians leg for pedicure? Ok I get the water bucket but for $70 there should be more comfort. No it was not clean. The table next to me was very dusty and dirty. But you do get free pretzels. read more

I highly recommend booking an appointment ahead of time because they book up fast. Their pedicures are my favorite and when I went after my knee surgery they were so accommodating. I am a positive person..and rarely post negative reviews, but I just paid $60+tip for a terrible pedicure experience. I should have walked out the minute I saw that the pedicure stations were arm chairs and cute metal bins full of water. I stayed because i prepaid when booking the appointment and so many people gave positive reviews. Not only was I uncomfortable as I awkwardly had to slouch and put my foot on the technicians legs, the water was cold within a few minutes. To make matters worse, the very nice nail technician was very junior and spent very little time working on my toes/callous (3 minutes total on each foot). I finally had to ask her to stop during the lotion/scrub part (usually the best part of a pedicure) as the pain to my sciatic nerve was too much with the combination of the position and her pulling my legs up. She accommodated me with a small step stool and was able to get through her applying the polish on my toes. I cannot recommend this place for pedicures! read more

The ladies did a beautiful job on my manicure and pedicure. Very detailed work though removing my old gel polish and nail set took quite some time with the product they used. The foot bucket approach may be more hygienic, but there is no way to keep the water a nice temperature (who wants to keeps asking them to stop to reheat the water?). Maybe include a top up or two instead of having the customer request it over and over. The chairs are cute to look at, but are not comfortable, and I did try using the available cushions. Plain polish; they don't offer gel. Made me wish I'd checked the photos and menu before selecting them. read more

What a rip-off! $140 (before tip) for my 8 and 6 year olds to have fingers and toes painted and for me to have the most basic pedicure ever (I'm a guy, so no polish). Uncomfortable chairs and no jacuzzi foot tub. Never again. There are much better places around with more amenities and much better prices. read more

Made an appointment for my two girls (ages 5 and 3.5) and I. It was the first time we had ever been! The staff was absolutely amazing!! They were SO good with the girls. Super clean, peaceful and cute environment. We checked in and they got started right away. Tons of colors to choose from, and the prices are perfect!! Today I had the most amazing experience with Sarah from Cape Cod Nail Company. I run an after school program at Falmouth High that explores future careers for students and my group expressed their interest in cosmology. I reached out to CCNC and Sarah happily agreed to come to FHS and give all the kids a tutorial on how to properly care and paint your nails. The best part was she told her amazing story about her experience in high school and how it lead to her starting a mobile nail business to then having a store front. She really inspired the kids and showed them if you have a dream you can obtain it! At the end she gave each kid a goody bag with a file, buff, and mini bottle of CCNC nail polish. (You should've seen the kids faces light up when she brought those out) Sarah went above and beyond for my group of students and took time out of her incredibly busy schedule to inspire the next generation of cosmetologists. Really clean, airy, modern nail salon with custom colors and wonderful service. It was easy to make an appointment online a couple days in advance. Upon arrival I was greeted by my technician for a combo mani pedi. All the mail equipment was clean/new which made me feel reassured from a hygiene perspective. Excellent pedicure for me and my daughter. However, I was surprised that none of the nail technicians wore masks, especially as it is an indoor setting. I prepaid for the appointment online (walk-ins are not easily accommodated) so it was irritating to see that no one was masked when I arrived. read more

A relaxing oasis in Mashpee Commons, the CC Nail Co puts time and care into the manis & pedis. The folks that work there are very warm and welcoming and no feeling of being rushed or upsold (my 2 pet peeves!). Great color selection. Absolutely awful salon. We booked 5 for pre wedding nails and toes and were totally disappointed. Dirty plywood platform where they metal basins of lukewarm to cold water for soaking feet for pedicures. Did not feel clean or relaxing. My person seemed like it was her first time doing a pedicure and took forever. She was unable to even cut my toenails and I had to take the clippers from her and cut them myself ! We tried to pick polish from the samples but they couldn't find our colors. (weird since everyone was doing wedding neutrals) . None of us came away happy and four of us had to take polish off and repaint. Never going back! read more

Sara and her team came to an Event for the Coast Guard Spouses Association this week. By the end of the night it was like having three new girlfriends! (Seriously, phones were out as pictures were being shared like we'd all known each other for years). The company is a group of female entrepreneurs- they aren't just using polish by others like most Salons, they've developed their own recipe that is available commercially. Their polish is 9 Free (lacking 9 toxic chemicals traditionally found in polish), Vegan friendly, cruelty free, fast drying and super hard. Three days later and my nails look great (between cooking, cleaning and work I'm really tough on my nails). Pricing was also great, manicure and pedicure for $50, they were running a special so we all also got a bottle of polish to go. They are party only, but with a $200 minimum that is pretty easy to hit with your crew. The colors ranged from edgy to traditional Cape Bougie so there is something for everyone. Support a great local business; have a nail party or buy the polish in stores/ online. Good luck ladies, it was a pleasure! See you again! read more

Sarah the owner, responded promptly and enthusiastically about all the options they offer. Their prices to the flexibility of an on site "poolside" mani/pedis was such a wonderful surprise on the Cape. Sarah and her girls arrived early to set up and everything went swimmingly!
