Came in for a dipping powder nail service and had a great experience. The owner Vincent was nice and they have a lot of color choices of dipping powder. Vincent did a great job on my nails and you can tell he's been doing this for a long time. He's super quick but thorough. Overall, a positive experience. I am absolutely in love with this place. Every time I go, once every few weeks to get my set filled and cleaned up. She does just an incredible job! if i could give this place 0 stars i would. i wanted a gel pedicure and gel manicure. gel pedicure- removed my old gel with cuticle nippers and literally jammed my toenail with the blade of the nippers. hurt so bad. and the polish doesn't even look nice. gel manicure- i wanted to remove my acrylics and she used nippers and her debit card to pry off the old acrylic. anyone who has picked off their own acrylic without acetone knows how BAD that hurts. so then i asked her to just use the electric file and acetone to remove them. and she said the way she's was already doing it was faster.... lady, you're hurting me. just get the acetone... read more

I have been here a few times recently - got a gel manicure which was chipping within a few days. Went back and tried a regular manicure along with a gel pedicure. It took 2 hours for them to remove gel polish on hands and feet and do new mani/pedi. Painfully slow process. By next day, polish on my hands was already chipped on almost every finger. Found this place on yelp. My two daughters and I had no idea what we were walking into as we had not heard of this nail salon before. What a charming little place it was! Rose was one of our technicians and she couldn't have been nicer. Vincent,the owner was great also. They did a wonderful job with our mani/pedis and we had a great time visiting with them as well. Got dip nails done here 4 days ago and they are very thick and painful on the nails and are already starting to lift the nail. No drying station for pedicure, was left at the chair to let them dry. Pedicure was good quality but would not return for dip nails. read more

This sucks! I am from San Francisco and called this place to see if they wax. She said they did. I drove 15 mins to get here and she said that she should have told me but she needed 20 mins. It has now been 35 mins. Considering it's 5 mins to 4 I am not able to explore options as it seems everything closes early. She is very unprofessional and not very friendly.
