I've been here in the past and it was fine, nothing special but not awful either. Came here today for the first time in a year and it was terrible! All the techs wore the same gloves without changing between clients, answering the phones, etc. the place definitely didn't look super clean, and all the partitions between pedicure chairs have been removed. Service was very rushed, the water was ice cold, i got lotion literally slapped on my legs; and the icing on the cake is i now have a foot fungus for the first time in my life! I'll preface my remarks by admitting I arrived about an hour before closing. Given that, it's possible the staff was in hopes they might wrap up the day a little early. Be that the case or not, I would have preferred to be told they couldn't accommodate me at that time than have the rushed, poor quality service I received. Problems - They have a limited selection of colors compared to other salons I've visited. There was little soaking time so exfoliating was minimized. I was nipped Twice during cuticle removal. Without assessing, or really even looking at the bottom of my feet, the tech started buffing, which nicked an area of skin thickened by pressure. The application of polish was no more precise than I could have done. I only noticed after leaving several of my nails were left longer than others. Lastly, but something that adds huge value for me, the massage chair was the least powerful and least easily customizable of any I've used. read more

Since we were on Cape visiting family, we decided to take our niece out for a little pampering. We have been to some of the other salons in the area and haven't had the most pleasant times, so we decided to give this shop a try. When we walked in we were warmly greeted by the staff who allowed us to make our decisions and then didn't press us for add-ons. My fiancé and my niece both got pedicures and manicures, while I let them go to work on my massive feet. Throughout our time here the staff was polite, made great conversation, and actually made us feel comfortable. The prices here were reasonable, and in the end they gave my niece some detailing on her nails for no additional cost. I don't typically spend a lot of time in nail salons, but for the few I have been in, I have to say that I thoroughly enjoyed the experience. The salon is super clean and the staff is warm, welcoming and polite. The owner's girlfriend, Kathy, has quite friendly and accommodating. Lisa (Suan) is awesome too. She is kind, calm and patient. Eek, NO. I gave this place a try because it was a short drive, but immediately regretted the gel mani I got. The technician was on the phone the entire time- both texting DURING the manicure (looking down, typing between each of my nails) and took 3 different calls in the 30 minutes. She ended up realizing something was happening with the gel as it dried, and put on about 4 different coats, having me dry each nail in between (never had this experience before). I sat down at the same station as the woman who had just left and nothing was cleaned in between sessions, other than the tools "soaking" for a few minutes in the dish at her station. The whole salon also had an extremely strong chemical/polish smell, which was beyond the typical salon smell. I needed to get my nails fixed before returning to work on Monday and they squeezed me in on Saturday at the last minute, did my manicure in record time, and did a fabulous job in spite of those obstacles. I normally don't post reviews but my experience was so awful that I have to share. I went in today to have my dip manicure removed. I had watched a few videos on how to do it at home but ultimately decided that it would be better to go in and have a professional do it to avoid ruining my nails... Big mistake. I guess I should've done it myself after all because they pried each nail off with a spare acrylic, ripping off layers of my real nails underneath. When trying to make it right with them, they said "that's just what they look like when they're taken off".... My nails are going to be ruined for the next few months. Needing a pedicure before a cruise to Bermuda I'd normally go to another salon but this is near where I live and a little cheaper and as a guy I don't want to spend a lot on my feet. I did a walk-in and within minutes was sitting in those chairs w my feet soaking in the Jets and back getting massaged. Language barrier might make it tough as I thought I could leave a tip on my credit card receipt but they only do cash tips. The pedicure was great and they did a callas and dead skin removal for an extra $5 which was much needed. I'll definitely be back. Solid way to spend $25 plus tip. read more

Great nail salon. We came here 2 yrs in a row for pedicures while on vacation. They are reasonable, very friendly, and were able to work on my difficult toenails. I'm a runner and deal with toenails that are falling off and in various stages of regrowth. This combined with ingrown toenails make me a pedicure nightmare! Absolutely go! Here on vacation for a week with my grandparents. I stopped in close to closing time to get a mani/pedi and the staff was SO friendly and accommodating. They convinced both grandparents to get a pedicure next to me! Stayed open later than closing to make sure they made my grandparents comfortable & happy. The regular pedicure includes hot stones & the woman who did my nails was so careful & attentive. Wow! I received to best shellac manicure here two weeks ago. It lasted two weeks through gardening and much hard work my hands have been through. I live in Sandwich and was in the area two weeks ago.
