I ordered two shirts, both listed as "Clearance" but NOT (nowhere on the page) did it say "Final sale"--only on the "Refunds" link, which I did not check before ordering. Shirts were so-so quality, and HUGE. Could not wear, wanted to return. NO receipt included with shipment, so went to website and started a chat. Then informed items were final sale. By the way, the return window is 7 days from receipt. Not a lot of grace with this company. Proceed with caution. read more

This is one of the best places to stop at the Cape, with so many products pertaining to Cape Cod -- clothing, hats, postcards, decorations, glasses, you name it. The selections are wonderful, with so much to choose from and the chances of being empty handed is unlikely. Just look for a while, and you'll see what I mean. Although not as upscale as Cuffy's, the materials were fine; some w/ large adhesive detailing. Most would last well. At both stores, you must check merchandise before leaving. Prices were lower here; very reasonable. Selection was excellent on tees, and very good for shorts and sweats. As we were the only ones shopping, (March) the help was ensuring the apparel was kept very neat and stocking the store. Overall, the service was four star. read more

I noticed this business when I stopped into the adjacent Christmas Tree Shop. The store is fairly large and has a decent amount of inventory. Prices varied on t-shirts, but I picked some up for $6. They have apparel for the whole family. In addition to clothing they have items like mugs, shot glasses, frames and more. I really liked the sticker selection, I grabbed one for $2. I was recently here and bought my daughter a sweatshirt from the Lifeguard Line. The Cape Cod part is upside down on the sweatshirt. I tried to contact the business multiple times to resolve the issue, as we did not notice until we got home, and no one ever picked up the phone. It just kept ringing and there was no answering service. My daughter is super bummed and I am not happy. Just make sure you check your product before purchasing! read more

I went here today with my family. We have been coming to this store every summer for years. The employees were so rotten and rude to all of the customers. They were not friendly and extremely rude to everyone shopping. I was disgusted by the poor customer service and how they were speaking to people. I have visited this store several times during my vacations to Cape Cod. I usually stay in S. Yarmouth and this location is right next to The Christmas Tree Shop - which is a must stop for me! The last time I was here, 3 years ago, I bought a Cape Cod embroidered sweatshirt. I've worn it consistently during the years since, and it's held up beautifully. It's in a lively shade of bubble gum pink and I still get compliments on the color! That says a lot for the quality of such an inexpensive purchase. But that's not what is driving this review. This year, yesterday to be exact, I found myself back in this store, with my sister. We wanted to buy matching sweatshirts, again the embroidered hoodies because the quality really is that good. We found her size, my niece's size, but not my size. I was adamant in the color/design I wanted. When I want something, I tend to fixate a little. We checked in with the young woman at the register and she searched all of their in-store inventory. She handed us over to Glen and he double-checked the in-store inventory. Then he called the Hyannis store, and they didn't have it. Then he called their store in Falmouth... 45 minutes away... and they had it! Glen made arrangements to meet the person from the Falmouth store last night to get my sweatshirt of choice. This morning I popped back into the Yarmouth branch and there was Glen with all 3 of our matching sweatshirts in the right sizes! Seriously folks, if you want a great quality sweatshirt for not a lot of dough (3 for $50) check this place out. If you also want customer service that cannot be beat on the Cape, then you really have no choice. This place is the best value and service on the Cape. I will recommend it to everyone I know who visits! read more

Very affordable place for tee shirts, hoodies, windbreakers, anything with Cape Cod printed on it. I defy you to find better variety and prices. Many shirts are 6 to 10 dollars, Hoodies 15 to 20, sweatpants, and they have some bags, frames, magnets, key chains etc. read more

Incredibly rude owner. Was in the store less than 2 minutes and the guy wouldn't answer any questions and kept turning away. I asked why he was behaving that way and he blamed his phone. Plenty of other places happy to take my money. Look elsewhere. read more

We Just love this store. The supply is low now. It is September after all but still incredible deals. It's next to the Christmas tree shop in a strip mall so plenty of parking. It's definitely our go to stop for Cape Cod Tees and jackets and hoodies and etc. you won't be disappointed with their clothing and prices. They do have souvenirs too. read more
