I walked in with my mom prepared to shop. We saw the store had great reviews but the two sales clerks, younger and older didn't even acknowledge or look at us. We were the only two customers and it's not hard to miss us as we walked right up to the counter where they were seated to look at the cape cod bracelets. I have a fish ring that I bought at this store in maybe 2012-2013. I have worn it everyday for over 10 years and it is still in great shape. First, they have a huge selection of beautiful jewelry (among other items). There is something for everyone at all price points. If you want a unique gift or souvenir from the Cape this is the place to go. Second, they have the best customer service I have ever encountered. I had an issue with one of my purchases and Sophia the owner worked with me to ensure everything was correct. She was responsive to emails and quick to work with me. This place is truly a gem (no pun intended!). Not your typical tourist trap, but not a high-end jewelry store either, they have great prices on sterling for the area, with fantastic nautical choices. They also have a selection of costume jewelry with the look of many famous designers (without being knockoffs). Great for gifts, but just a warning, earrings are not returnable! I'll admit I have a thing for starfish and anchors when it comes to jewelry so while walking up and down the Main Street area of Hyannis on one blustery fall morning, Hubs and I found ourselves in here. For nautical-inspired jewelry, this place is a goldmine. There is a lot going on in this store in terms of inventory, so surely there is something for everyone in here and if you don't see what you're looking for, just ask. What's nice is that the pendants are sold with a simple chain necklace that can be cut and sized to what is comfortable for you! No one size does fit all. We browsed around and I purchased another starfish necklace to add to my collection, a necklace for my mom, and a bracelet for my mother-in-law. All in all, the total was $80-something, which is very reasonable. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Even after explaining that these items were gifts, they were all still thrown a little haphazardly into a box, so it took a little rearranging once we got back to our hotel to make the jewelry look pretty again. All in all, I was satisfied with my purchases and my family loved the cute gifts. Their website does offer online shopping, which I will certainly keep in mind! read more

My girlfriend and I were searching up and down the Mid-Cape for a quality gift shop to bring some items back to Colorado. We finally found one in this Main St. Hyannis shop. The items were well displayed and looked pretty unique. The jewelry was solid quality and reasonably priced. The staff was incredibly attentive and friendly, happily answering my GF's questions and adjusting the lengths of the normal chains that come with their pendants. I am removing one star because, after we got home, I realized they actually overcharged for one of the items. Super cute jewelry! Staff was very friendly and helpful, although the store got pretty busy and crowded so there was a wait to see some of the stuff in the cases. I didn't feel rushed or pressured to buy something but ended up with a really pretty knot ring anyway. Reasonable prices (I think around $15 for a ring, there's a 10% off coupon in one of the guide books) and good quality - it's been 2 days and it hasn't turned my finger green or anything. Ever since my first day in Hyannis after a few stops in the local shops I started to notice the "Cape Cod Bracelet" everywhere. We went from town to town, one store to the next I saw this bracelet and started to really want one. However, I'm not the type to splurge on myself so often times when I asked how much the price was at the other stores it was usually over my price range. With a cringe and a smile I usually left other stores empty handed. Until I went in the Silver Seahorse on my last day at the Cape.! I went straight to the case that had the display- I knew where it was because I went there on my first day but didn't ask for the price- and asked about it. Low and behold they had my size and it was a price I could afford/justify - under $150. The ladies behind the counter were very cheery and greeted everyone who came in through the door and offered any assistance to those who needed. Besides my beautiful bracelet this shop has a multitude of sterling silver jewelry that is not going to burn a hole in your wallet. They also have a good variety of costume jewelry. All of the, are tastefully displayed on shelves and tables. I think this is going to be one of those places I will have to revisit when I go back to Hyannis. I haven't actually been to Hyannis or the shop, but I was lucky to Internet my way to their website. I found two bracelets that were PERFECT for the flowergirls in my upcoming wedding. I didn't realize they were out of stock when I ordered them. The shop handled it so well -- They not only sent me an email to let me know, but they personally called me to tell me that the item was currently out of stock. This store is just cool. Beautiful, affordable and quality sterling silver jewelry is sold here and I love it. I went to the Cape for vacation and stopped in here with my mother to look around. I got a very nice pair of starfish earrings and my mom got a key pendant necklace. We were greeted right when we came in the door and were told to ask if any assistance was needed. I also wanted to write this review to express the great customer service we received. After my mom bought her necklace, she tried it on later and realized that the chain was way too short for her neck. We went back to the store later that day to buy another chain that would fit her better, but the best part was when the woman at the counter (she might have been the owner) let my mom get a longer chain for free after we explained it to her. I thought that was very kind of them. I don't know about everyone else, but I feel like that kind of customer service isn't really too common these days since everyone just wants to make a buck.
