We greatly appreciate the huge roll he had in Bills recovery. Every worker here has a positive attitude and is very kind to the patients and their families. The staff is very friendly, kind as well as helpful. Now I've gone in for a strained shoulder, well visit, tests and a couple of "crap! I'm not sure better go to be safe" visits. LOL But, no matter what, I've never been treated any different than welcome. The MDs' bedside manner is really good. She is wonderful with both my children. One 10 the other 4 yr old, and they both feel very comfortable with her. The nurses are also very nice and professional as well. I would definitely recommend this place.

On top of that I paid out of pocket because they did not take my insurance but was assured that all I had to do was send my diagnosis and receipt with a claim form to my insurance company. When I went home I tried to do that but my insurance carrier requires some of the form to be completed and signed by the physician including codes and tax ID #. The rude people working there told me they do not sign forms because there are different doctors there each day and I have to fill the codes out myself.
