Friendly staff (mostly staffed with teenagers during the summer) I can't speak to the men's locker room, but they have a very nice women's locker room. It's spacious and most importantly, very clean! It's equipped with mounted hairdryers on the wall. Many shower stalls inside. They even have spinners to dry off your swimsuit! I felt like I walked into a YMCA locker room! Across from other side of the the pool is the kids locker room.

They made tremendous progress at Warm Springs summer classes compared to a whole year at the other swim school. Secondly, this club facility has improved a lot in the past year. Updated bathrooms, better lighting, security cameras, new loungers, etc. Lastly, the hot tub and sauna are the most underrated features of this club IMO. Definitely looking forward to returning next year.

Yes, it's not cheap for monthly membership, but there's good value here. Two story building. Membership representative is helpful and resourceful. You can find all kinds of classes and exercise activities upstairs. Loved the cycling/spinning room with large screen too. Amazing place. For an extra $50 per month on top of membership fees, the Recovery area looks most attractive/my favorite. Cryolounge, compression therapy, float therapy, red light therapy, cold therapy, and more! Perfect sauna inside and all the machines are high tech/new/clean/well managed. Not bad for not having to drive elsewhere for recovery services. Women's locker room toilets need better cleaning/managing. It was a mess inside during morning hours. Overall, locker room looks fantastic and very functional. Kids area is separate. So far so good. They worked efficiently and minimized the mess associated with such extensive concrete/plaster removal, cleaning up the deck area and existing hardscape daily. Pool rust issues, which proved to be more extensive than appeared when the job was bid, were mitigated thoroughly with no additional charges. It initially appeared that there were two rust areas but four were uncovered as plaster removal proceeded. Ernesto Vega, project manager, was really great to work with and quickly responded to our concerns as they arose (phone or text to him works fastest!). Aqua Blue Pools were very competitive with the other four bids we received, although a big factor in selecting them was that they had just completed our neighbor's pool and they are really happy with the results (pool looks beautiful). The whole job took only 2 1/2 weeks even though work stopped 4 days for the Thanksgiving holiday. We are only three days into the startup process to establish the correct water chemistry and the pool, which looked great once Aqua Blue finished the job, is looking even better each day as the water color becomes more correct. BTW, be aware that the water out of the tap looks really odd when first added to the pool, like green swamp water in our location, until the chemical startup is complete (about one or two weeks) and the water chemistry is correct.

I watched very closely each time as I had to be the volunteer timer at these meets. I pulled my kids out after 1+ year as I don't see much stroke or time improvement. Very disappointed that it didn't turn out to be what we heard.

Swim lessons available thru summer in 2 week intervals with 1 week off during summer. Mini playground, grass area for games and netting for volleyball. While the facility is very clean and well-maintained from a housekeeping perspective, I was disappointed by the condition of the equipment. Several machines were out of service during both of my visits. For a gym that charges premium membership fees, I would expect the equipment to be consistently available and properly maintained. The cleanliness and overall appearance of the facility are excellent, but people join a gym primarily to work out and use the equipment. When multiple machines are not functioning, it significantly impacts the member experience and makes it difficult to justify the high cost. I hope management prioritizes equipment repairs and maintenance, as the facility itself has great potential.
