Buying in person is better, and it's a feel-good store with a fairyland aura. It's owned by Della Stewart. She's almost always there, but she has at least one employee on premises too. At busy times I've seen 2 employees plus Della. If you dance, or if your children or grandchildren dance or take dance lessons, they will have what you need. Della has always been nice to me, but probably sees me as a clueless old man who is buying something for his granddaughter. Which is true, of course. It used to be in a highly-visible location for which it was impossible to find parking. They are now in a funky building a couple of blocks away, with more than enough parking. Enter at the back from Madison Street, just past Grand. (Madison Street is where KFC/Taco Bell is, a block away). They don't refund for returned items; they give store credit. But their computer is very good at keeping track of it; it's indexed by phone number.
