I had a terrible experience with this dental group and needless to say they are now being investigated by our insurance company for claim fraud. They charged my insurance company for services they did not perform and are very aware that I discovered their intentional fraud. They were given a chance to reverse the charge with the insurance company and have chosen to remain immoral hence triggering the investigation. This group is not to be trusted and it's businesses like these that ruin it for honest businesses. Be engaged and be aware of these fraudulent businesses. read more

Dr. William and staff were AMAZING! This was my first time at Capistrano Dental Group. I live 45 minutes away from this office, but was referred by one of my friends who said I would love it here. Skeptical because of the drive, but I trust my friend, so I went to try it out anyway, as it is hard to find a good dental office to work with. Definitely did not regret it! Dr. William was very thorough with my check up. She made sure to go over all the conditions dealing with my teeth, and was very professional in her presentation and professional analysis. I ended up doing a deep clean and filler for a tooth that had an abrasion. The procedure was very relaxing and swift. On top of that, the office was super clean, and they have top notch technology and experienced technicians! I was lied to by the former manager about the dentures I paid for. All she cared about was getting my money first. My dentures were never lined properly. They do not stay in even with adhesive . Cant eat with them only soup, mashed potatoes and soft foods. I was conned by her and she's gone.im told there is a new owner but too little too late read more

Do not come to this place has been one of the worst experiences of my life. It's been over nine months and my Dental work is still not done and they made me take out a loan for something my insurance covered and then they ended up getting rid of the person who made to take the loan so now I'm stuck paying it. This place is so unorganized and so out of control there's constantly different people working at the front desk and telling me different things if you're looking for a good dental place do not come here they do not take care of you at all I've been paying on a loan for something I don't even have they don't communicate. All the prior reviews about the rude customer service used to be true, but after the much needed changes in staff, this place is honestly the best. Denzel at the front desk makes the uncomfortable conversations super easy. He truly wants what's best for the patient and that's so rare these days. The doctors too, they make the experience super personal and consider the financial aspect when making decisions if that is something that needs to be considered. Be warned this specific clinic likes to ignore minor issues that could be easily fixed early on, only so you have to go back later and be charged up the A$$ for an issue you tried to get fixed that could of easily been covered by insurance which means they don't get a lot of money out of the procedure. They will try to sell you on the most expensive option when it comes to dental care and express attitude when declined. Even if you point it out for them!! They'll ignore it so it gets worse and makes them more money later on. read more
