Where do I start! When I first walked into the office as a new patient I thought that the office must be open only a few months, modern, clean, but found out that they had been in this location for many years. I was greeted warmly and found the staff to be professional and friendly. It had been a while since I had a good cleaning (had gone to another dentist about a year before who was a "one man shop" and I did not feel confident in the cleaning or his approach to my teeth. I met with Dr. Ebrahim and found him to be so nice and his explanation of the findings of my x-rays to be easy to understand. One point is that the previous dentist told me that I had to replace an old filling that was about to fail. I had pictures of this tooth and showed them to a dentist friend of mine in Florida and he told me no way I should replace it, that it was fine. Dr. Ebrahim said the same thing, leave it as it is!. I ended up having a deep cleaning with I knew I needed. The hygienist was excellent and did the cleaning with little discomfort. I liked my first visit so much, I elected to join the discount membership for future cleaning and service in the clinic. I am very happy that my friend referred me to Sila Dental and I will be telling anyone that they also should be a patient of this wonderful dental office. read more

I am so happy to have found Dr. Ebrahim and Dr. Ansari! I have seen both of them now and find them to be extremely great dentists! The office itself is super clean and charming, they are in a great location not some huge building. Parking is easy, the views out of the windows are of trees. It's nice and peaceful there! My cleanings have been wonderful. Both Dr. Ansar and Dr. Ebrahim are super thorough and informative. And I have found conversation with both Doctors to come easily as they are as warm and friendly as you could hope for. Amber, who manages the office is a wonderful person to coordinate with. Her memory of your history and attention to detail with insurance and calling is on point! Yesterday I brought my two year old daughter in to see my cleaning for the first time. Woke up on a Friday morning with a severely infected tooth. Dr Ebrahim saw me that morning on his day off within 45 min. The infection taken care, tooth taken care of, a plan for going forward with additional treatments needed. Staff is wonderful, Dr Ebrahim fantastic, and so far no pain! My initial visit was more than pleasant. I felt at ease even in the welcoming waiting room. The front desk personnel were quite nice and personable. The back offices were bright, and had twinges of color that made the vibe more relaxing and less sterile (as some dentist's offices can be.) The doctor was quick and kind. The hygienist was a crack up and very forthcoming with what all her numbers and codes meant, just so I didn't feel there was something terribly wrong with me. I liked this office and I was recommended to come here by a friend. While waiting, saw another friend walk in, "oh! You go here?!" I went to Dr. Ebrahim a while back for a chipped tooth issue that was on a Saturday. They were all there on a Saturday doing some sort of back office work. I called and they were able to see me last minute. I had called a ton of other dentists including my own at the time. They were not able to see me. I went in to the office and was pleasantly surprised with how nice the office was. Everyone was so attentive and helped me fix my tooth effectively and timely. I ended up going to them as my dentist because mine was 30 minutes away compared to 2 minutes away. I went recently to refix a chipped tooth and the get my cleaning. I sadly found out I have some cavities but I caught them early. They gave me options for everything and what my insurance covers. It was hassle and easy to go there. I have to shout out to Amber. Dr. Ebrahim and his entire staff are amazing. He truly cared for my daughter and spent time establishing a relationship with her before extracting a baby molar which had become infected, and doing fillings. She was scared, but excited to see him! She told me she had zero pain through all of it, and didn't even know when he numbed her. Dr. Ebrahim even called to check up on her after we got home. We live in Temecula and are moving to Palm Desert in a couple of weeks, but we'll be making this drive to be in his care. Love him. Wonderful man. His wife is amazing too. I had awful and horrible experience in his office.I went to their office 2 months ago for extraction my teeth and dr Ebrahim told me that it should be done with a professional surgeon named Shahriar Dargahi ! I didn't know him but dr Ebrahim told me that he is so professional and he came to their office and removed my tooth. After two weeks I felt some broken stone and called them and they checked my jaw and told that it is so normal after extraction a teeth some part of bone may break. But i had awful pain and they even couldn't recognize that it may have too much infection!!! I insisted they give me antibiotics and after many days intolerably my pain is better but I have too many small broken bones that I have to remove them they don't want to have responsibility for my problem. They have broken some part of my jawbone and I am going to make a sue !!!! read more

I had an great experience at Dr Ebrahim and Ansaris Office today . I went in for a deep Cleaning and scaling which I was really apprehensive about every previous cleaning I had at other dental Offices were very uncomfortable, almost painful. Christina made me feel Comfortable right from the start she has a very sweet spirit. She was very gentle she explained what she was doing as she went and kept inquiring if I was ok during the process. I felt literally no pain even after the Novocaine wore off a couple hours later. The office is beautiful with a very modern vibe and relaxing atmosphere. Heidi at the front desk is very welcoming and helpful. And Dr Ephrahim had such a calm sweet demeanor about him I never met Dr Ansari so I cannot comment but would wager that she is very good as well. At first walking into the office, It's a very modern and beautiful facility, I was greeted by Heidi, the Office manager, she was great, a wonderful person. I had an appointment to have my teeth cleaned with the office hygienist Christina Otterson. Christina was gentle and through, Christina was fun and she really made the experience great. I called Dr. Ebrahim's office at 5am this morning and left a message regarding severe tooth pain I've been experiencing. He personally called me back an hour before the office opened and told me I could come in first thing! His amazing reviews don't lie.
