Robocallers - I have never done business with you and have asked politely for you stop calling but you won't. I have reported you to FTC.

Overall: You get what you need and when you need it. I was looking for a small business loan and a friend of mine recommended this place. Parking: Free and plentiful since they have a private parking lot. They do do online applications, so it wouldn't really matter unless you went in to see a rep or agent. Service: Excellent. I was surprised at how friendly and helpful they were given that they're in the business of loans. I applied online, got a call right away, and a few reps walked me through the whole process. David was legit in answering all my questions, even the stupid ones. Within several weeks, I got my loan. It would have been sooner had I not been too lazy to gather all the bank statements and required documents. And there was a little bit of back and forth but nothing that wasn't to be expected.   Cons: The interest rates are painful to look at, so close your eyes when you sign that loan document. The drawback of getting an unsecured loan, I guess. Pro tip:  The sooner you pay it back, the better. So choose your terms wisely. Overall, I recommend coming here if you really need help getting a small business loan and your options are limited. read more

I don't know what call center this company uses, but they call me about every two or three weeks to try to sell me a business loan. I have asked to be removed from the registry every single time they call, and they do not honor my requests. Don't do business with a company that refuses to honor common decency! read more

Completely intrusive and harassing techniques they engage in. Repeated solicitations even though I have told them to stop. I posted this and they quickly private messaged me and asked that I provide more personal information in order to stop contacting me (as if), and basically said the burden was on me to stop them from contacting me, if you can believe that. Emails tell you to reply back and unsubscribe, even though you never subscribed to begin with...never do that, as it only confirms your email is live. Avoid this place. Anyone who uses intrusive sales tactics is not a business worth your time or money. If they were good, they wouldn't need to do any of that. This post is loooong overdue, but I used these guys back in 2013 when I first moved back to OC and needed some funding for a mini business I started in 2012 managing rooms and properties. I wasn't sure if I wanted to do it full time, but I figured I could dip my toes into it since it had been doing relatively well for the amount of time I invested in it. At the time I wasn't in a position to obtain a loan from the larger banks and only needed a short-term loan and was referred to Capital Alliance by a gym mate who used them to get his business rolling. I can't speak for anyone else, but I was fortunate enough not to get spam calls from them and to this day still don't (whew!) *fingers crossed* You pretty much apply online on their website with info about your business and cash flow and provide them 3 months worth of your business' bank statements. Then someone contacts you about your funding needs. I was helped by Anthony at the time, and because my business had some nuances to it, I actually went into their office, which was at a different location at the time, because it almost sounded like I wasn't going to qualify for a loan based on my cash flow. Anthony walked me through the whole process and let me explain my situation. He was very professional, empathetic, detailed, and easy on the eyes. Thankfully, I qualified but since it was an unsecured loan, I did pay a premium on the interest, which I didn't mind since it was only short-term and it really helped me out with getting equipment and paying for much-needed maintenance and repair costs for a couple of the properties. It took me about 2 weeks before I received my funding, but I think you can get it sooner if you really needed it. If I'm not mistaken, I believe their payment plans only last for a maximum year-long term, and you can pay by the day, week, or month, which was nice since it gave you the flexibility of paying them back whenever it was convenient for your business. I haven't used them since then since I had earned enough capital from the business over the years to re-invest in it and eventually discontinued it due to my employer's restrictions from engaging in my own business. However, my mom and I consulted with another agent there to explore options for her business venture. He was just as professional and thorough, and even though my mom didn't end up going through with the loan since she hasn't been in business long enough, he didn't dismiss us and still took the time to talk us through the process. read more

This company uses robo telemarketing practices to leave vague voicemails on my cell phone - which I have NEVER opted in nor provided to this company. Usually I get a voicemail from a regional number (which changes often) that says, "Hey sorry I missed you. It's Rachel (as if I know who this person is). I'm just calling to follow up on your business line of credit. It actually looks like I have you pre-approved for up to 250,000. Give me a call on the number that popped up on your caller ID. I'd really like to catch up and go over some of the rates and terms. Have a great day." I get these calls 1-2x a week...sometimes from "Rachel" and other times from a male voice. Either way, it's illegal and annoying. read more

As many have reported already, this company is set on scamming and using bottom-of-the-barrel marketing techniques to harass customers. It doesn't matter how many times they suggest you've been placed on their Do Not Call list, you'll get a voicemail direct to your phone from "Tim, about that loan we discussed..". My small loans will never be with a company that has CSRs who yell at you and harass you, or in one instance, just outright transferred me to a call center in Mumbai. Not sure I'd trust them to be able to legally represent a loan, when aside from red flagged-phone calls (of which the FCC is aware), they also don't reveal immediately the company they're with or that they may be recording you. You have to prompt them for information. The only reason they're getting two stars instead of one, is because it's hilarious how they elected to spam their own Facebook page soon after other negative reviews appeared with fake profiles. Facebook confirmation (and screenshots) reveal fake profiles posting five-star reviews, many of the dozens occurring within moments of each other. So many other great small business loan groups out there without having to deal with some company that chooses tactics like this to make up for poor reviews and online reports about their shady business - and not just those who are victims of their telemarketing pool. read more

This company keeps calling my number and leaving voice mails from a Wendy soliciting me for business. when I called them and asked them to stop they told me they would do whatever they wanted because they had my number , then the hung up on me. The worst place I ever worked in my life. I had a retired military vet yell at me when he was supposed to be training me. I was shadowing him. He humiliated me in front of the whole office. I was just shadowing him and asked a question. He yelled that I was a subordinate and I mean yelled so the whole office could hear. He said that a lot of other hurtful things. He didn't even know me. He couldn't handle training me or answering my normal questions. When management called me in and I broke into tears and they told me I was being emotional. It was a joke. I got a better job and left less than two weeks later. I ditched my exit interview and everything. Why would I want to speak to anyone about leaving when no one supported me with this horrible outburst. I was basically told I was over reacting. I couldn't wait to get out of there. When I called for my 1099 form they ensured me they fired the guy. It was almost a year later. I should have sued them. I've never been so embarrassed or disrespected in a professional environment and to know all the managers heard and turned an eye was even worse. It was the most horrible experience of my life. I'm so glad for it because I got the best job at Zillow afterward. read more

These scumbags are using a direct to voicemail technique where your phone will ring once or less than that, I got a partial ring, and then leave a BS marketing message. I'm on all the DNC lists so they are breaking the law, I'm sure their business is a scam, too. There's currently a class action lawsuit against them in California, I'd love to see it go nationwide and will join if I can. They are being sued for violating telephone marketing laws. And isn't it a coincidence that the first review here, and the only positive one, is from someone in the same city as the company? Looks like a shill to me. read more

Don't know how much they're a scam per se versus bottomfeeders, but they're scum regardless. Leave constant voicemail messages without the phone ringing (they claim this is for my convenience - gee thanks guys), don't honor requests to be removed (except possibly if you file a complaint with the BBB where it'll be public). Always the same two callers, the man identifying themselves as Tim or Tom and the woman as Rachel or Wendy. Even if you call back they won't say what the company is, it took some work to find out who it was. Be aware that if you call them back to waste their time, if you're too enthusiastic they'll hang up on you. They blocked me on FB when I complained there. read more

I had to take a business loan and got my request accepted. Quite a nice team and fast operation service. However taking a business loan may cause some inconvenience in future but it's well known fact about. Just in case you're wondering. Capital Alliance is the real deal. They providing me a line of credit which i desperately needed. I had only been in business for 12 months. They helped my brother with an equipment loan as wel.I had my money in less than 24 hours. A very friendly, and professional cstaff. Their marketing director had called me a couple of times and left me a message. I kept putting it off. Finally i called in and they sent me a 3 minute loan application asking some basic business information. They ask for zero collateral which means if anything happened, THEY are the ones who take 100% of the risk. Once they verified that I was who i said I was, and made sure my business was legitimate......i had my money. All these people posting negative comments are either liars, or work for some other crooked lending agency, or just straight out did not meet the very minimal and and easy qualifications as far as their lending criteria is concerned. At first I did not believe them, but then i googled the BBB and seen they had an A+ rating with them. I would highly highly highly recommend them if youre looking for any funding for your business. Whats great about these folks is that they have about 10 different options for us business owners. I found out that they ALWAYS choose the best option that suits us business owners according to what our finacial status is now.
