The mother f**##** DEER BUS this mf doesn't show up half the year and is over 30 min late almost every day. That being kind. Where tf is all the money going we slave away for? My kid has health issues and misses enough school. Everyday I have to call the school to reassure myself that the message I got saying my son was marked absent almost every GD day was taken care of by the schools secretary. Like she doesn't have enough to do but to go through 25 students files to fix a mistake. Dean is costing us. They are costing our kids education. Pay ur mf drivers a decent wage to deal with all the stress of taking care of our kids, most by the way act like ass holes. Then maybe u wouldn't have issues with filling the driver seats. I'm small businesses, if someone doesn't show up for work, the boss will fill in. Id like to see the fat asses that run that place. I guess quality goes out the door with government contracts. I also booked transport for my brother and his new wife post reception all the way out in rural DeWitt. They were on time and flexible with a few changes - really making things easier for the newlyweds. Definitely going to plug these folks into my phone for next time I'm back in EL/Lansing.

The cabs are very clean and the drivers friendly and courteous. My son and daughter-in-law were married this past weekend. iCab provided a beautiful clean 24 passenger bus which transported the wedding party to and from the church. Benny the driver was wonderful! We had the bus return at the conclusion of the reception at our property to provide transportation for guests to the hotel (three trips). Again flawless service. If you ride Greyhound, expect awful bus stations, rude or unconcerned faculty, lies about Wi-Fi and outlets (they pretty much never work or don't even have them), and most of all extremely late arrivals. As I type this, my bus is 2 hours late and won't be here for another half hour. If you think taking Greyhound will make things easier, it will NOT. Greyhound may see this and will ignore it because corporate insensitivity seems to be a core value. Refunds or any kind of reimbursement is not things they like to do. Go Megabus, save your sanity

I reserved a taxi through their website, and gave the address from which I was leaving and my…read moredestination. "Cab" arrives without logo, or meter, and reeking of stale cigarette smoke. Driver took me the whole TWO miles to my destination, and when I asked for total, quoted me a whopping $15. Now, I have taken a (reputable) taxi on this exact route before, for $7. When I protested, he gave me some line about the center telling him it would be a $15 fare because of where *he* came from, south of town. When I explained that it didn't matter from whence he came, only where he took me, he said he would settle for $10, saying that "they" were supposed to have told me that it was going to be a $15 charge when I ordered the taxi in the first place. If I had known that calling Kash Cab was the equivalent of being transported though time and space to a third world country where we haggle for prices, I would have walked to work. Rider beware, and hold tight to your wallet!
