I just did a basic express wash here for $5. The wash was much improved from my first experience with their $5 wash. All of the salt and grime was satisfactorily removed this time, even from the previously problematic rear of my RAV4, and I have no complaints for the price point. It was so congested though with other customers that if you wanted to vacuum, you would have to do it first upon entering their lot and that would require getting out of the longish car line queued up for payment. I have been a customer for 3 yrs. I was in line waiting. I was 2 cars before the gate.The car in front was not moving, for about 15 min. I finally got out of my car and was trying to call for help, finally I pushed the help button. When the manager came he was rude. Ipulled up to the wash. I saw 5 workers standing there. Every time I go to this car wash , the back of the car and the sides down to the tires, never get clean. I went today and my entire back window all the way down to trunk, is filthy. This business advertises a $17 per month unlimited car wash. However, when I went to get a car wash, they claimed that the $17 per month wash is "sold out ". 1. Utilized a coupon for $7 off their top of the line $15 wash for the 2nd time at 8:02 AM on a Wednesday morning. 2. Came back at 11:40 AM (today) the next day to show them that the right side tires didn't have tire dressing applied and was SUPER COOL about it. The guy working there took pictures of my tires and said no problem. 3. Another guy who never identified himself made accusations to me to the point that I was going to file an online harrassment charge against him after he said, "you know - GET OUT OF HERE - leave!" after calling him out for the ineffectiveness of his machinery. If you don't mind doing some of the work yourself (i.e. interior vacuuming and interior dusting/wipe down,) or if you just need an exterior wash, this automated car wash is a good, quick option. See attached photo for their wash packages (as of July 2021). I usually get the Ultimate or Best wash. The machines seem to apply a lot of soap and the water rinse jets seem powerful. No noticeable dirt left on my car, except a little on the very lowest parts of the body panels, and the rims which needed a bit of a wipe off of grime in the crevices. Still, much better than other automated washes I've been to. The dryer jets are the most powerful I've come across. Almost the entire car gets dry, with just a bit of water left on the back bumper. After the wash I hardly have to hand dry any spots. Impressive. Vacuums work well. Or there is a quick option: a carpet mat vacuuming machine next to the red vending machine. Just run your mats through the carpet cleaner's slot like a paper shredder. Not bad. But I didn't see any information about actually washing the mats, so if your mats need a real wash maybe ask the attendant. Last time there, I got the "Best" car wash for $15 with wax and a "ceramic shield" solution. My car has a great shine and it's seeming to last longer than just the wash and wax at my other local car washes. Maybe it's the ceramic additive. read more

THE GUY THAT STANDS AT THE GATE WHERE YOU PAY MAKES THIS PLACE A NIGHTMARE!! I don't understand why anyone would need help there, but fine. Maybe people may need help. My issue is when the guy stands there just chatting with people and you get stuck behind the car he is chatting with. AND WHEN I SAY CHATTING im not talking about a legit service question. This has happened MULTIPLE times. Or.. and this one is good.. he stands IN FRONT of your gate while talking to someone in a car at another gate and you miss your time to go through. Employees beyond rude. Purchased an online monthly membership and I drove to the car wash and the guy was there with no professionalism he said to come back tomorrow. The actual Car Wash is fine. My issue is with the customer service and specifically the manager named Mark. I've had the monthly pass since they opened about a year ago and have gone at least 50 times or about once a week. In all of those times the Plate Reader has had two to three maybe four at the most issues with reading my plate. Today was one of those times. Once they open the gate for me and I pulled around some guy comes out and puts a sticker on my window without me even asking or explaining what was going on. I asked him to take it off and he told me that my plate was too damaged in the Plate Reader couldn't read the plate anymore even though there have been very few issues. I asked him to take it off and he told me he was going to cancel my account and not give me any sort of refund it and I asked him if we could talk about this after I get the wash because I was in a hurry. He tells me to go through and then he takes it off and he's nothing but a exceptionally rude. They never once said anything to me or try to explain to me what was going on they just started putting stickers on my car. I would have had no problem with us now that I think about it if it had been explained to me and they hadn't just gone and done something without talking to me about it first. I didn't find out that the guy that actually just put the sticker on car with the manager at his name is Mark. Again he was exceptionally rude. I've given them 1799 for 12 months and this is how they treat their customers. read more

Workers were friendly and for the price the wash seems better than the gas station machines. Everything seemed to be an upgrade compared to the gas station machines including amount of soap and the dryer was surprisingly strong. Free vacuums were pretty powerful as well and I will definitely be back. read more

Car was not completely washed, had bugs on the back end from car transport. Went to the customer service the next day would not even look at the car, as if I drive backwards to collect bugs. These are not nice people nor commercially friendly. "GET OUT OF HERE - leave!" also happened to me. After washing my car (and drying), I unexpectedly had to go to the toilet. I asked if I could use their facility; they said they have no public bathroom. When I explained that they have a bathroom for staff and that I, 70+ years old, had a discharging urgency, bordering on emergency, 2 managers said "GET OUT OF HERE - leave!" My intention was to sign up for wash program for one month only. I just noticed that I was actually charged every month a fee without explaining to me at the time I signed up for the monthly pass. I spoke with the manager named Mark, he tried to explain to me that yes, they do make sure that the customers are aware they will be charged every month, but this not true, when I signed up, one of the employees enter all the information in the sheet as a matter fact he entered the license number incorrect, he handed the sheet to me to sign without explaining anything . I like this car wash, and they do a good job getting your vehicle clean. I go with "The Best" wash. If you have an suv be mindful of the rear wiper a couple of times it has been bent up when I left. Not a big deal as I usually vacuum the car afterwards and just push it back down. read more
