    1. Utilized a coupon for $7 off their top of the line $15 wash for the 2nd time at 8:02 AM on a Wednesday morning. 2. Came back at 11:40 AM (today) the next day to show them that the right side tires didn't have tire dressing applied and was SUPER COOL about it. The guy working there took pictures of my tires and said no problem. 3. Another guy who never identified himself made accusations to me to the point that I was going to file an online harrassment charge against him after he said, "you know - GET OUT OF HERE - leave!" after calling him out for the ineffectiveness of his machinery. He yelled at me twice all in front of the employee who was going to make it right. Attached are pictures to prove for the whole world to see. This guy was most likely the owner or the manager Mark people are referring to. He claimed he was being nice but he was insinuating and instigating to the point where I got out of the car..... DON'T PATRONIZE THIS BUSINESS - THEY ARE SINISTER SHIESTERS OUT TO ONLY GET YOUR MONEY AND GET YOU TO SIGN UP FOR THEIR MONTHLY PACKAGE DEALS. THEY HOOK YOU WITH THE COUPON AND CAN'T PROVIDE THE SERVICES THEY PROCLAIM. AS I SAID TO THIS MAN WHO WAS MOST LIKELY THE OWNER WHEN I'D PULLED OFF - "GOOD LUCK!"

    Does a decent job cleaning the car, still some dirty spots, but overall not bad. Decent drying too. Free vacuums as well.

    Definitely one of the best car washes around. Doesn't scratch the car and seems to be safe for the paint. Good pricing as well

    Pleasantly surprised by this car wash. I also love that the vacuums are free and are pretty powerful. Best and fastest car wash anywhere

I have had black cars before and none had the deep gloss of my GV60 with Gtechniq Crystal Serum. The finish repels water and dirt. Super easy to clean and then dry with a leaf blower. Like RainX, the coating on the windows sheds water with little need for wipers. What I was very pleasantly surprised by is how effective the ceramic tinting of windows and windshield turned out. It is not just hype. This stuff really blocks the heat. If you hate getting into a hot car in the summer, this is your solution. I was suspicious of putting it on the windshield, but the ceramic tint does not impair visibility in any way and blocks the infrared as advertised. To comply with Chicago regulations I did 50% on the front windows. Once again blocks the heat but not the view along with sufficient privacy when viewed from the exterior. Not cheap, but a worthy investment on an expensive vehicle. I highly recommend.

    I purchased a BMW from this dealership and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience…read more Before buying the vehicle, I did my due diligence and contacted the BMW dealership that had serviced it. They informed me that the valve cover was leaking, and there were signs of leaking CV axles. I asked the selling dealership about these issues directly, and they denied any problems. The vehicle also had an overwhelming air freshener scent at the time, which I now realize was likely intended to mask the smell of burning oil from the valve cover leak. After purchasing the car and bringing it home, I confirmed that the valve cover was indeed leaking and had to be replaced, along with addressing the leaking CV axles. More concerning, the blower motor later began making noises, and during inspection, multiple hidden air fresheners were found crammed near the blower motor intake--five in total--causing the issue. These were the same type and scent used throughout the vehicle when it was sold. I had to pay $400 out of pocket just to have these removed. This clearly indicates they were intentionally placed there to mask odors and were never disclosed. When I contacted the dealership to discuss this and see if they'd be willing to make it right, they were dismissive and defensive, even going so far as to deny ever using air fresheners--despite clear evidence to the contrary. They then accused me of "threatening" them when I mentioned I would be writing a public review if they weren't willing to address the issue. I also plan to report this to the Better Business Bureau. This dealership was not transparent about the vehicle's condition and used questionable tactics to hide known issues. I strongly urge any potential buyers to get an independent inspection and be very cautious when dealing with this business.

    The detailing work itself was excellent -- our SUV looks MUCH better and it's clear a lot of time…read morewent into the job. However, the overall experience was disappointing because of how the pricing and communication were handled. We booked an interior detail online at $185 and specifically selected the "extra dirty" option because we knew the vehicle had heavy dog hair and would require extra work. We fully expected an upcharge. What we didn't expect was to be told at dropoff that the price would now be $600 after comments about it being "the dirtiest car" they had ever seen. We understand severe pet hair removal takes more time and labor, and we aren't disputing the extra work. Our issue was the lack of clear expectations beforehand. If a vehicle disclosed as "extra dirty" can end up costing more than TRIPLE the quoted amount, that should be communicated more transparently before the appointment or through a clearer pricing structure online. At the time of drop off, there was a line of cars waiting to be checked in, so we felt put on the spot and didn't have time to process such a dramatic price, so we left it (admittedly, maybe we shouldn't have). When we raised concerns about the final price at pickup, there was no willingness to discuss any adjustment. Again, the final quality of the detail was very good. But customer experience also includes the level of professionalism, transparency, and how concerns are handled when expectations (final cost) change so significantly. If you have an "extra dirty" car, my advice is to get a few quotes up front. We certainly wish we had done that!
