I was here yesterday for my annual oil change/tire rotation (I only put like 2-3k miles on my car per year, if that). As always, impeccable service. I was there at 7:45am and all 3 service advisors were super friendly and happy for that early on a Friday :) I set up camp in the lounge to get some work done and after listening to the chef chat with other customers (again, both the chef and even the customers were all super nice and friendly) and seeing several people get some good looking food, I caved and got the French toast (it was great). I love that they don't try to upsell me. They said my car was in great shape and they didn't have any recommendations. I fully expected to have to replace my cabin filter because I'm at 21k miles and that's part of the recommended 20k service (which I didn't get). I would DIY that myself anyway, but they said everything is in good shape, so that saves me a bit of money for now. My only complaint is that I don't have memory seats because they always adjust my seats (even just for the car wash) and I can never quite get it back to my sweet spot lol. I'll keep that in mind for when I'm ready for a new car haha. I will always bring my car here and if/when I'm ready for an upgrade, I would 100% purchase from Fields. I'm just waiting for Lexus to offer another 0.0 or 0.9% financing special since I waited too long and let the my grad student rebate eligibility expire. read more

My wife went to do 5k maintenance on 5/11/2026. 1. Service advisor promised that maintenance would be done within 1 hr but it actually took 3 hrs. The person kept lying that "service would be done in few mins" 2. Service rep incorrectly assumed the car was from a rental agency. 3. After maintenance, the car was sent to car wash and the car got "lost" and advisor spent 1hr finding the car and finishing the wash. Was eventually told that the car in the service line never got in the queue for wash. 4. Also noticed a wrong key was handed to another customer. Absolutely chaotic management and gross service. Will complain via survey as well as Engagement Center about this place. Will NOT return after 10k maintenance read more

I am very disappointed with my experience involving Fields Collision Center and the Lexus dealer during the repair of my Lexus after an accident. I chose Fields Collision because I understood that it is a Lexus Certified Collision Center and because of its relationship with Fields Lexus. Even though the location was far from my home, I trusted the Fields name and Lexus certification. My vehicle was at Fields Collision from April 28, 2026 until July 27, 2026, almost three months. I never rushed the repair. My only request was that the vehicle be repaired properly and returned as close as possible to its pre-accident condition. According to my final repair estimate, the repair included pre-repair, in-process, and post-repair diagnostic scans, a road test, and "Dealer initialization and calibration of safety systems" for $821.25. Therefore, after the vehicle had gone through the collision repair process and dealer initialization/calibration, I expected it to be thoroughly checked before being released. Unfortunately, after receiving my vehicle, I found seven serious quality-control concerns: 1. Metal debris was left throughout the engine compartment after the repair. I tried cleaning it myself, but some still remains. 2. The replacement hood was poorly painted. The surface feels rough to the touch and appears to have dust or contamination in the paint. Other painted areas also appear uneven. 3. Some bolts/fasteners were missing or improperly installed. I returned and asked for corrections, but I still found issues afterward. 4. Several parts and trim pieces were not properly aligned or reassembled. I had to compare my vehicle with another Lexus to determine how some pieces were originally supposed to be installed. 5. The vehicle was not adequately protected during the repair. The interior had oily/greasy contamination that was difficult to remove, and I found two long scratches on the exterior. Fortunately, I have photos and videos documenting the condition of my vehicle before the repair. 6. The coolant level was extremely low after I received the vehicle. Fields added coolant when I returned, but the level became low again shortly afterward, requiring further inspection at a Lexus dealer. 7. Most concerning, shortly after receiving the vehicle, it displayed "Hybrid System Malfunction" and Check Engine warnings, instructing me to stop safely and contact a Lexus dealer. I understand that Fields Collision performed the collision/body repairs and that the Lexus dealer's role may have been limited to specific initialization and calibration procedures. I am not claiming that the dealer caused all of these problems or that calibration caused the Hybrid System Malfunction. My concern is the overall quality-control process: after almost three months of repairs, multiple diagnostic scans, a road test, and dealer initialization/calibration of the safety systems, how was my Lexus ultimately released to me with all of these issues? I trusted Fields Collision and the Lexus dealer because I expected a higher standard of workmanship, inspection, and quality control associated with the Lexus name. I have photos, videos, warning messages, repair estimates, and other documentation showing the condition of my vehicle and the problems I discovered after pickup. I hope Fields Lexus and Fields Collision management will seriously review what happened, explain what was inspected and calibrated before the vehicle was released, and provide an appropriate resolution. read more

I've been here several times so I'll break this review down by department. Sales: I was in the market for something different and was in between a BMW or a Lexus. It's been 6 months since I purchased from here and I continue to love my new ride! Nate guided me, step by step, throughout the entire process. He listened to what I wanted and respected it. He was not pushy and didn't try to upsell me on anything. He is extremely patient, knowledgeable, and friendly. As everyone knows, purchasing a car takes some time. Nate checked in on me even while I was talking with other departments (finance, IT, etc). At one point he got me food from the food court to make sure I wasn't getting hangry, haha. I traded in my previous car and got a very fair price. It was the highest bid when compared to other places I've been to - BMW, Mercedes, Tesla, Honda, and Carmax. I highly recommend seeing Nate if you're in the market for a vehicle. No BS and no headache, he's great! Tip - if you purchase a brand new car from here you get a complimentary 6 month service check in (tire rotation and full inspection) and your first year oil change. Loaner and Service Department: When needing a loaner Carlos provided me with excellent customer service. He thoroughly explained the process of borrowing a car and also offered to show me the features of the car since I was not familiar with driving a Lexus previously. He's very friendly and kind! During my 6 month service I had Marvin as my service advisor. The process was easy and quick. I opted to grab food from their cafeteria and he found me once my car was done being serviced. Throughout my apportionment I was receiving text msgs and videos of the status of my car. I found that to be very helpful. Car buying can be challenging but Carlos and Nate really made this process easy and enjoyable for me. I'm extremely happy with my decision on joining the Lexus family! read more

I bought a 2024 RX350H in 2023. I had to wait several months for the car to be manufactured. This was good and bad. Since I had to wait for my car to be made and sent from Canada, I was able to customise the interior to my specifics. What did suck was paying a deposit of $1000 and then waiting maybe three months for the car maybe show up. Eventually my car arrived on December 23, 2023, I drove off in my brand-new car. I recognise that living in a post-Covid world, prices have gone up, businesses have reduced perks or benefits that had been previously extended, and a lot of individuals lost their jobs. I found it rather bizarre that it took six months after me receiving my car in December 2023 to me receiving the second key fob. I understand that given the technology that's involved in new vehicles key fobs are more complex than they were 20 years ago but I was informed at the dealership that I should be receiving my key fob in 2 to 3 months. Lastly, I paid for my car in cash. You would think that this would incentivise the dealership to add a few perks for example rubber floor mats; this was not the case. I was offered two cheaply made leather key fob holders after dropping 65K on a car. I do love the free car washes don't get me wrong. I do think it's weird that I have to leave my car for them to "vacuum" when they do a piss poor job of vacuuming in the first place. Additionally, being a person living with a disability, me getting out, traveling through a hallway, and then getting into my vehicle causes a lot of anxiety on my end, especially if there is a queue of people behind me. They've let me stay in my car a few times but for whatever reason, on 11/01, they had me stay in my car go through the car need to leave my car so they can wash my car again. So now I need to go home and get my assistive devices to go back and get a car wash. I might as well just go somewhere else and pay $5 or $10. In my mind, cause there's literally no point in me getting out because they don't vacuum the vehicle in any efficient way. I do love my car. I was a bit miffed that I only received two complimentary services on my vehicle and have utilise other dealerships to have my servicing done due to the high markup of the Lexus brand. The snacks are nice and it's lovely that they do serve a late breakfast and lunch if you are waiting for your car to be serviced. I do want to say that I had shopped around at various Lexus dealers within Chicago and suburban Cook County and this dealership was the most pleasant to engage with. Every time I bring my car in, the service is great. From routine oil changes and maintenance to more (unfortunate) complex issues, they treated me like a valued customer. This last service however, I want to call out Jeff H and Joe. When I recently brought my car in for a routine service, I mentioned an issue I was experiencing and Joe after inspecting my car immediately knew what the issue was and came out to meet me so he could explain the issue in great detail. ( I had taken the car to 2 independent mechanics prior who both dismissed my concern as "this is normal"). Joe made sure I understood exactly what was going on and the anticipated $$$ and we scheduled the car for service. He made sure I got my car back and running better than before! Before Fields Lexus was at the site it was Bradermans. I must say before they left the site when I came from very far away to have my Lexus service and they arranged for a loaner. Bradermans charged for gas mileage when you took a loaner. I also must say the fields treats you like a valued customer. I bring my car in and they not only service the car but they send you a video of the work they performed. I commend Fields on a job very well done. read more

Update: Jeff Caddatz just called me from Lexus Glenview. I've worked with him over the years there and he has always been fantastic. He explained what went wrong. He also answered all the questions M didn't answer. They are going to make this right. He is going to personally oversee everything. I am very happy with Jeff's response. It show integrity and a deep knowledge of Lexus cars. Jeff and folks like him are the reason I chose Lexus to begin with. I have full faith they will make this right and correct the issue. Not all heroes wear capes. My advice? Ask for Jeff Caddatz for all service. -------------- I just paid 6000 for a car repair ( Engine light and awd light came on). Throughout the repair process they said text them questions- I did but did not receive answers to all my questions from M. . Then, after paying 6000- I drove off the lot for 5 miles- same day- and all the same lights came on. It was super nerve wracking. Prior to this location becoming Fields, it was Bredemann Lexus and I loved the service and experience there. The Doctor purchased my first Lexus from here and my latest one from Fields. Although the name has changed, the level of customer service has not. Our go to salesman is Jim Dyer and he has always been there for us. In all honestly, we won't buy from anyone else. He has always worked well with us, providing us with just what we need, not trying to sell us on something we weren't looking for. As for the service team, they are always on point on letting me know what is needed and have never tried to up sale me on additional services. When I schedule service, my loaner is always there and there are frequent text messages to let me know the status of my car. All of the service representatives are amazing and super helpful, from Jeff Kaddatz (Manager) to the Service Consultants Malinda Montanez and Bianca James. And I love that my car comes back to me clean after service as it usually goes in dirty...HAHAHAHA! I know a lot of people that go there just to get their car washed, but that is too far for me to go for that. But even though I don't use the car wash, I always get the notification when it is closed due to weather. Scheduling service is very easy to do and I do it online. I guess you can call and set it up, but the online service works well for me. Huge disappointment after we serviced Lexus RX350. The service found a lot of issues and highly recommended to replace the engine gasket for 6000 dollars . In one week our car died on the road because of alternator. I have the report from them saying absolutely nothing about bad alternator. How you can miss basic checks and push for 6000 repairs? My car was towed there because my windshield was cracked really bad from an accident. They had my car for 4 days and would not send an est to my insurance company or picturea so they could approve the repair. I am so glad someone told me to go to this Lexus! I just moved back from California, and my check BSM system light came on. Everything went really smoothly from scheduling to leaving. Kevin helped me out immediately and then Jeff provided excellent care to make sure I knew exactly what would need to be done. They went above and beyond to make sure I didn't have any surprises or pay for anything unnecessarily. They also have very clean and well maintained facilities. Another visit on 09/27/22, another pleasant experience :-) It is my dealeship since 2016 with my second ES350. Visits there are always great: good service, nice faces, and - recenty - a lot of food (hot ones included!) to eat in a new cafeteria! Really. A few years ago I was told by a local tire shop owner that I need new tire pressure gauges - for about $800. That did sound fishy, so I drove to Glenview and Kevin told me it is a BS....saviing me ALL that money; a dishonest person would say: "well, we can save you a loooot of money! My friend and I visited this location today, and our experience was terrible. We went there to look at the ES300, but there was no one available to assist us. We wandered around the showroom until we noticed Adelina Jones at her desk. Initially, she was agreeable and allowed us to take a test drive of the car. I was prepared to give her my card to make the purchase. However, my friend, who recently received his Social Security number, wanted to see if he could finance the car with his credit. When she learned this, her demeanor completely changed. She refused to let us test drive the car and displayed a condescending attitude, making us feel as though we couldn't afford the vehicle. I had planned to buy the car today, but her behavior towards my friend made me decide to take my business elsewhere. I'm sure she isn't aware of my family's reputation back in India; otherwise, she might have acted differently. when I walked in nobody said hello . No one offered a good morning, we/I'll be right with you. Nothing. After a few minutes, the loaner guy jumped in and said someone will be right with you. It was a very snowy day and I'm sure people were busy trying to reschedule appointments but no one was on the phone, they were all on their computers. And this isn't a one time situation. It has happened often. My other experience, with Fields Dealership has been nothing but incredible. I owned an Infiniti for several years and loved the service and friendliness of the service . When I call the telephone number on the Fields Lexus website, it goes directly to someone's voicemail. I've actually brought this up a few times in the past two years and nothings been done about it. It appears as though Fields Lexus management, in general, doesn't care enough about great customer service. I wanted an appraisal on my car and clicked on the email suggested, and it came back with an error. I mentioned this to the staff as a courtesy, and they didn't seem to care didn't take a note down...The attention to detail at this dealership is not great. read more

Everyone, including other Lexus dealers, played games and I just felt tired of dealing with sleazy salesmen. By some miracle Fields came into play. A friend whose family does extensive leasing over the years , recommended Fields . My friends absolutely love Jim Dyra in sales at Fields. Jim Dyra recommended the Lexus acquisition specialist James Hotton . James was amazing !!! He is the most knowledgeable person on cars I have ever talked to ! One of the most observant and intelligent people I have come across. He was also very kind, courteous, polite, honest and respectful of my time. It was a pleasure selling my car to Fields once I realized how passionate James was about Lexus vehicles . If you have a Lexus to sell, just take it to Fields . They know what they are doing and some of the most honest sales people in the field. They gave me an amazing price without haggling or playing games. A very positive, straightforward experience . I was promised by my friends once I go to Fields, I won't go elsewhere and I can now stand by this claim! My recommendation- don't even shop around. I purchased my 2016 ES 350 brand new from Bredemann Lexus in Sept. 2015. This is the longest vehicle I have ever owned, it is damn near perfect. I have nearly purchased 90+ new vehicles since I was in high school. I have dealt with the Bredemanns since the 70's and never regretted a purchase. I was saddened when I learned that Marty Bredemann had to relinquish his dealership to other family members who then sold it to the Fields Auto Group. Bredemann Lexus under the control of Marty and his employees knew how to treat their customers, a rarity in todays world. Sure problems occasionally cropped up but generally they were rectified with the customers best interest at heart. I have sent quite a few customers to purchase a Lexus from the Bredemanns and have yet to find any of them less then 100% satisfied. Then came along Fields Lexus and boy did things change (for the worse) . Many fine people left the establishment after working for Marty. They simply could not / would not conform to the new way of doing business the Fields way. The management team along with the employees seem to enjoy being argumentative with customers that purchased their Lexus's from the Bredemanns. There are service consultants to the likes of Bianca James and Marvin Dumanlang in my opinion have no business posing as service consultants and representing the Lexus brand. Being pompous is not a good look on them, yet they seem to get pleasure from their behavior. Then there's the Service Director, Anthony Thommes " a piece of work" what an example to the Service Consultants under him, another fine example of " how not to treat customers". Have you gotten your Lexus washed at Fields since the acquisition? Piss Poor at best, they run it through the wash, carpet is vacuumed, and then a half assed job of towel drying. When Bredemann had the dealership the interior windows were cleaned, the dash was wiped down, the carpet was vacuumed, dressing on the tires and a much more thorough towel drying. It made you feel special that your driving a Lexus, it made me feel good. If you happened to look at sites such as "Yelp" you'll notice there is not one Lexus dealership in the Chicago area that gets at least four stars, two or three stars season to be the norm. I'm been looking to purchase an additional 2024 Lexus, but I may have to look at the competition because I hate to give my money to a dealership that has terrible reviews and a less than honest reputation. Unfortunately, I am coming on here give a poor review of Fields Lexus. My first car with them was totaled this past June in an accident. I bought a new one off their lot in July this year. I had it just one month and Apple CarPlay never worked properly (Siri was unable to voice text properly). First, Fields Lexus tech Howard Meron and then the service crew claimed they had never seen this before and made me spend over an hour in my car as they had me try everything to make it work (after having my car overnight and telling me to pick it up as they thought they knew how to fix it). Nothing worked, except they did a system reset and my odometer jumped to over 1000 miles! I did NOT drive 1000 miles in one month! I could easily account for every day I had that car. They sent me home with my car saying they would contact the TX headquarters and contact me when they figured it out. When I got home I googled my Apple CarPlay problem and it turns out that Lexus has had this EXACT problem with many of their cars for YEARS! They knowingly sold me a defective car and did nothing to help. I was incensed. I emailed both my sales guy Keith Tennyson and the service tech Jeffry Holmstrom. It has now been TWO WEEKS and I have not heard from ANYONE at Fields. So guess what? I dumped the car and got a different brand. I'm out a ton of money, but at least EVERYTHING WORKS IN MY NEW NON-LEXUS CAR. NEVER AGAIN, LEXUS!! SHAME ON YOU!! read more

Long waits to pick up your car from service, lousy customer service, and now, I can't even make a service appointment during regular business hours. The eight calls I made this week were either disconnected when transferring, not returned after leaving a message, or the only person able to make a service appointment had gone home for the day, at 4:15 PM, so I had to call back. After making five calls on Saturday, I called Deerfield and immediately booked an appointment in one quick call, after the Glenview dealership's Employee (who makes the appointments) had gone home.
