My 30 min consultation with Katherine was really helpful! I learned formatting tips and ways to beef up my resume by adding a header, summary, and core competencies and creating sectional dividers. She recommended outcome-based bullet points that highlight the benefits and quantify the results rather than a laundry list of tasks. Katherine was friendly and thorough and even had enough time to quickly proofread my hubby's resume. It was really nice to get an extra set of eyes! While the $299 starter package seems a bit pricey, it's a good deal considering that you are equipped with the A team of an interviewer, drafter, and editor. They will rewrite your resume and can fine tune and belt out those bullet points. While my resume could use a few tweaks, the starter package is a great option if you're looking for a resume overhaul without doing all the guess work. I found the resume consultation surprisingly useful. Would highly recommend it and consider the packages!

I have formally requested a refund and am currently pursuing legal action to recover the funds I have already paid. Given the experience I've had, I will not engage with any LLC offering similar services in the future. I retain all documentation as evidence to support my case if anyone wants to see them.

She sent me a follow up email accusing me of sending her what she sent me. I told her it was different and I just emboldened the letters. She finally completed the resume. It was a page and a half, even after she told me beginner resumes should be three pages. Two weeks later my dad called her, she was rude to him, claimed she finished with me two weeks ago, even though she did not recall our interaction. She explained she did not have much to work with and that's why it was a page and a half. This is complete bunk, my past career coach made me a resume that was three pages long and much better. Thankfully my parents covered the 350 for the resume because this was a complete rip off. Horrible customer service, horrible resume. She conned my parents and I, she should of had more integrity and said she could not help me. Instead she conned my family out of 350 dollars. I will never work with her again. And all I can say to anyone considering her services is stay away. The resume she could make is not worth the headache of dealing with her bad attitude.
