We picked Rebecca because we adored her style. We were not looking for formal, posed portraits for our wedding; we wanted to capture the real and spontaneous moments of the day that, to us, make it special. Rebecca does this flawlessly. Her photos capture the emotion and feeling of the moment in a really true and honest way. Because we were on a budget, Rebecca worked with us to give us a package that fit our needs at a price we could afford. She talked at length with us about what we were looking for, and made sure to get shots of details we wanted to be sure not to miss. Her professionalism was bar none, and she coordinated with other staff to ensure we got all the photos we wanted just right and without needing us to assist, so all we had to do was sit back and enjoy the day. The end result was nothing short of magical. I didn't expect to love the photos from the wedding as much as I do, but my husband and I find ourselves looking at them more often than expected just because they really capture the happiness and joy of the day in such a real way. She got photos of things I would never have remembered otherwise, and they are all so special. I look beautiful, my husband looks handsome, and all our friends and family look so happy. It would have taken us at least $60K to fix it up, and maybe we'd see $80K back. It would take months, especially with contractor scheduling and supply chain issues. The local franchisee, Sal, made a low, but fair offer. He said he'd pay all the costs involved with the sale. We talked with others in the same business and they ranged from honest dealers to downright con artists. Some had an odd way of getting to the sale (though we can understand their logic). Sal's conditions were clean and straightforward. We were expecting some kind of last minute twist to screw us over, but it never came. The only thing we had on our side was to pay our share of the property tax for the time while we owned the house. Totally fair. We thank Sal for being businesslike and getting us to the relief of knowing it was finally done.
