That idea had been ruled out by my gastro team earlier, but based on that notation, they searched further and found the stones. I came in there with undiagnosed pain. I was dehydrated and they dealt with that immediately and ran test. Thank you to the doctor for going the extra mile. My 2nd experience as similar. Undiagnosed extreme groin pain. Upon physical exam and by CAT scan (ordered by them), they were able to narrow down the cause of the pain. All of the staff are extremely nice and ready to help. I felt the doctor and PA were knowledgeable and thorough. I would have given this facility 5 stars other than I spent a long time there in the process, but happy with the result.

Recently I experienced my wife being taken to this facility. In discharging, the nurses left her in…read morecharge of a young man who they obviously has not told him she was on a blood thinner, but put him in full charge of 2 things. 1) removing IV and rolling her outside to wait on me to get car. Right before I rolled up he noticed she was bleeding heavily from where IV was and exclaimed, oh, you are on a blood thinner! I didn't wrap your arm for this! I was there to pick her up after leaving her only a minute or 2; she had already bled through gauze he had put on with only a paper type tape that did not reach around site.....once home I helped her with trying to get gauze off & wash arm/wrist down. This ER staff should have said something to a new staff person assigned to remove IV, wrap site tightly before the man rolled her outside to wait for me to get car. I cannot imagine people who have to go through this ER over others at our Tall. Hospitals, and treated by these people in this ER. Never again will I take my wife, nor will I, go to this ER.

She said they hold appointments for an hour even if you're not here. Then she tells a guy when he walked him they're extremely busy and he should go to TMH urgent care. (What)?? Then she tells a customer they may not take his insurance without knowing if that was the case so he could leave. The problem is I have the same insurance that was previously accepted. I asked for her manger (Xavier she stated) She called him and lied about my concerns and then sat there and whispered with another office worker while still not wanting to work. She didn't mention to me when I checked in they were running behind I had sat over 45min before she says they will try to see if the other appointments don't show which they hold for an hour even if there not in the building. I've never heard of this, but maybe this is why they turn patients away and get behind. Terrible!!!!!!! My issue was identified on the Patients First website as a condition that they treat. It seemed…read morethat the medical professional had decided she would not see me regardless of the issue. I felt the NP was not willing to listen to me objectively. The NP kept explaining her policy and procedures instead of allowing me to explain the medical issue and their list of conditions that they treat as posted on their website. The NP said she could not just go by what I was saying. I guess I should have left right away, but instead I thought I could plead my case to the NP who made the rash decision to refuse to see me. I felt that this NP started with the assumption that every patient is lying to them. I was offended because I felt that I was denied access without cause.

Took my young adult relative to ER late last night for assistance with a behavioral health crisis…read moreand all the staff encountered from security to front desk, the physician, imaging techs, and especially the male nurse were extremely kind, efficient, respectful, and professional. We got right in and were seen within minutes and staff took the time to listen to family and patient's concerns. The issue was resolved in a timely manner with detailed discharge instructions and needed scripts provided. The hospital was a clean, uncluttered and inviting environment. So thankful for this experience and services so nearby while we're were visiting from out of state.

Iyana at the front desk, checked me in early and was very kind and professional. Janay and Ryne were both helpful in my diagnosis and spoke to me not only professionally but like a human! I was there for about an hour, but I was taken back early and they ran 2 tests so it seems like an accurate timeline. I am self pay, they told me what I owed up front and what it included before ever being seen, they also helped me find the best pharmacy to get prescriptions for the cheapest price. Facilities were nice and clean! I'd recommend this location 100%!
