I sighed in and waited a little bit, there was a lot of people there on a Monday at 8:30am. I was finally called to be evaluated. I ended up getting together with Dr. Jordan Walters and proceeded to make quick plans for surgery that same week. This was my first surgery ever and I was very curious about the entire process of everyone's jobs so everyone was pretty nice to talk to about what was going to happen. I had my surgery at their older TOC building with physical therapy on the left side and the surgeries taking place on the right side. Overall, I'm one week post op recovering now and already have my leg at 40% ROM with no pain. This is definitely an experience.

We're travelling from the West Coast and booked an appointment first thing Sunday morning for my son's painful ear infection. We were able to do most of the pre-registration online (a nice feature). The site is a little jenky on mobile...the phone number field kept doing bizarre formatting and throwing an error. Once I got that submitted, we headed over and no one was waiting. After about 10 minutes, we were seen by Savannah, the Physician's Assistant. She was thorough, patient, and kind when she explained what was going on and how it should be treated. I sincerely hope never to have to bring him back to urgent care :-) , but if I did, I wouldn't stress at all about going to this office. Not sure why it was so low in rating.

Iyana at the front desk, checked me in early and was very kind and professional. Janay and Ryne were both helpful in my diagnosis and spoke to me not only professionally but like a human! I was there for about an hour, but I was taken back early and they ran 2 tests so it seems like an accurate timeline. I am self pay, they told me what I owed up front and what it included before ever being seen, they also helped me find the best pharmacy to get prescriptions for the cheapest price. Facilities were nice and clean! I'd recommend this location 100%!

She said they hold appointments for an hour even if you're not here. Then she tells a guy when he walked him they're extremely busy and he should go to TMH urgent care. (What)?? Then she tells a customer they may not take his insurance without knowing if that was the case so he could leave. The problem is I have the same insurance that was previously accepted. I asked for her manger (Xavier she stated) She called him and lied about my concerns and then sat there and whispered with another office worker while still not wanting to work. She didn't mention to me when I checked in they were running behind I had sat over 45min before she says they will try to see if the other appointments don't show which they hold for an hour even if there not in the building. I did have to wait longer than expected but the wait and appointment was worthwhile. The receptionist, the nurse (Maiah) and the APRN (Jennifer) were all very prompt, professional, thorough and caring! The Mahan Team ruled out COVID, flu and strep. I am on my way to recovering based on their instructions and meds provided in detail. During the Christmas/New Year Season, they were present for their fellow Tallahassee Neighbor. Thank you!

In addition to myself, my kids have also utilized their urgent care services which really come in handy when you have kids that can't wait for booked up doctor's offices to have an opening.
