In replacing one of the ceiling fans, Matt discovered that the original fan had been hung without the appropriate bracing -- so he went out, got the bracing and hung it right! Likewise, on the install of the light fixture, the new fixture 'kit' didn't come with a ceiling plate, so Matt, once again, headed out to get the missing elements to make sure the install was done properly. Brenden ran the numbers for us and during that conversation, we discovered that Brenden also sells TVs, had that very TV in stock available and offered this very TV a few hundred bucks lower than Samsung.
